I'm thinking about moving heavy tanks (which I have had assigned to my regular tank regiments) into independent heavy tank battalions, assigned to divisions from the Corps level. Organization would be 4 companies of 17 tanks each, supported by 6 assault guns, 3 mortars mounted on trucks, 13 armored cars, 26 unarmored cars, 39 trucks, and a total of 720 men.

Also waiting on clearance for my Army expansion.

30 Armored divisions and 60 Motorized divisions is my hope for the final order of battle by 1915, organized into 15 Corps, each with 2 armored divisions and 4 motorized divisions. Unfortunately, the tank limit prevents me from doing this and prevents me from making my heavy tank battalions. I would like to be able to have roughly six HTBs for each corps, which can be attached to individual divisions on an as needed basis.

To accomplish this, I will need permission to build a total of 9,720 light and medium tanks and 6,120 heavy tanks.

I thought that you only aloud for like around 4000 tanks max?

I calculate it as the year 1901.142857142857 AD. It has been 218 days since the start of the IC thread, which is just over 31 weeks. 1 week IRL is 1 year IC, so it has been 31 years since the start of the RP. So it is February 1901.

Prokhorovka. Although, Kursk only had a total of 8,056 tanks.
