650 capital ships, 220 destroyers, 250 escort ships, about 3,000 tanks, 4,350 armored cars. Given the vast size of your army and the limits of manufacturing in this time period, your army simply CAN'T be fully mechanized. It's too large.

Also, your navy is WAY out of wack. 650 capital ships but only 470 escorts? Your fleet is SO vulnerable to ambush.
