The Protectorate stands, as it always has, looking to the future, with honour at our backs, strength at our arms and undaunted in both. Lyran guns and Lyran force has secured freedom from tyranny of all forms worthy of the name in countless wars, conflicts and squabbles.
Never has the Protectorate acted without cause, and not once has the Lyran blade been turned from its path once drawn.
We now, for the first time, make an offer to the world.
The 18th Order has been tasked for overseas service. 1,940 divisions. 38.8 million men. It is unblooded, in as much as any formation of our Protectorate may be termed such, and it is my intent that that change, or if not change then remain so in a manner that befits warriors.
Submit to this office why the 18th Order should battle under your banner. Convince me why these men and women should offer their lives for you and yours, and they shall.
