G.R. Partyman Walter Ralin walked up the steps into the, now destroyed, State Government Building. The attack had been succesful and the State was now under the Germanic Republican Party's control, he was now the head of the new nation. He turned and faced a cheering crowd of men and women. He took a pile of papers from his coat pocket, and sat it on a makeshift podium. He cleard his throat and looked up.
"My friends,
Today is the day we have been waiting for, It's all we have planned for, and our rebellion has been succesful. Today, August Fourth, 2016, we have secceded from the Fascist State of Hahklallah, and now establish ourselves as, the Germanic Republic of Hahklallah. Today is the day we fight back, as I speak our troops are capturing Government Armories and Vehicle Depots, our strength will become newly revived, we can fight back against the enemy, crush them under the boot of Democracy, and it shall happen,"
The crowd cheered, and he walked back down the steps to an armored car, which promptly drove him to a government armory that was now a makeshift military H.Q.

Seeing as how the current government of Hahklallah has proven incapable of maintaining internal stability, and in the interests of preserving regional and international stability, a Comorostani fleet has been dispatched to the coast of Hahklallah, along with a contingent of Marines. This force shall land at seize dock facilities and airports, allowing additional forces from the 11th Shock Army to arrive. These forces shall have the following objectives:

1. The seizure of the capital city of Hahklallah, along with all military installations, bases, docks and airfields
2. The implementation of a government more inclined to Comorostan

We will not and indefinately won't return any military vehicles. We have secceded from the Fascist State of Hahklallah, as it give so in the right of the Hahklallian Constitution, which the Germanic Republic has adopted. It is our 9th Free Right, the Right to Secced. Just because you come in demanding we stop the rebellion dosn't mean we will. Feel free to declare war on us, we decline.

heavy murgoth transports carried the 57th murgothian regiment into war. the murgothian 4th transport fleet has been dispatched to do so.
as they reached the shoreline, they recieved news of another country claiming rights to take over the german republic.
the general ordered his fleet to halt. they had not anticipated focused, coordinated enemy action. this would require scouting and clearing.
something the foreverguard and gaurdaspirers where masters at. as they where masters at all else.
the general, wary of attack on his anchored fleet, sent the full 100 man strong contingent in sleek, blue speedboats towards the landing site. they would check for a fleet, and if thier was one clear out as many ships as possible before returning back to alert the murgothian 4th. the murgothian 4th would then, for lack of combat ships, retreat with the jets covering.they would then try to find another spot, or call for murgothian air and naval support.

Within the walls of the Red House Compound, the Capitol Building of Soviet Martilia, Premier Gartoma Haluziki is in his office doing some paper works when an intelligence report with a requisition letter regarding the developing situation in Hahklallah. "What is this??", Haluziki asked his Secretary

"Sir, it came from the SMAF High Command a few hours ago", her Secretary replied in a deeply sexy manner. Haluziki opened the folder and then he read the papers within the letter.

Military Intelligence Report: Developing Situation in Hahklallah

As of 4:00 AM in the morning, Soviet Martilian Time. A developing situation is currently engulfing the state of Hahklallah. According to the intelligence that we have gathered, a possible Civil War will erupt as a Democratic separatist group is trying to topple and take over the Fascist government of Hahklallah.

There are almost several hundred possible nuclear weapons at stake. Foreign nations have pledge allegiance in the situation in Hahklallah, we have confirmed that the following nations of Sjavako, Chazicaria, Murgoth, and The Christian Reich while the nation of Comorostan declared that they will force a regime change to Hahklallah inclined within the kind of government they support.

As this might end in a war in regional scale, the Soviet Martilian Armed Forces is requesting the Supreme Soviet Council of Soviet Martilia and also from the Red House itself, to intervene in this conflict. Formal Requisition Letter for the Intervention of the Soviet Martilian Armed Forces to the Developing Situation in Hahklallah

I, Vladimir Vorenzo, Grand Field Marshall of the Armed Forces is requesting the Supreme Soviet Council, the Premier and the General Secretary requests to INTERVENE in the developing situation in Hahklallah due to the following reasons:

1) That the current situation in Hahklallah with the intervention of other foreign nations have signaled that this conflict might lead into a full-scale regional war.
2) That the intervention of Comorostan, in which they will attempt to make a forceful regime to the current government of Hahklallah that is more inclined to their country, have lead us that Democracy will be eradicated if ever that Comorostan will succeed in their attempt in forcefully changing the government within Hahklallah.
3) That there are almost a hundred nuclear weapons at stake of detonation once this conflict becomes a full-scale regional conflict.

Also, I will state here the following objectives of our nation once you have authorized us to INTERVENE in the developing situation in Hahklallah which are as follows:

1) Successfully overthrow the Fascist government of Hahklallah and install the current Free Democratic Government within the country, before the Comorostanis arrived.
2) If the Comorostanis have able to invade the lands of Hahklallah and there is a possibility of the current Fascist government collapse due to the invasion, then our nation will be forced to change military doctrine from Guerilla Warfare Tactics/Unconventional Warfare to Unconventional/Conventional Warfare to successfully install a Free Democratic Government.
3) If the Comorostanis have successfully installed a puppet government before us, I will send a request formally to change this into a full-scale nation war between Comorostan and Martilia, and attempt to liberate Hahklallah from the hands of the established puppet government of Comorostani

After reading the entire requisition letter, Haluziki paused for a while and think if he will agree to the intervention, but knowing that the Supreme Soviet Council and Haluziki agreed to it, he also decided to sign the requisition letter. He then faxed the requisition to both the Supreme Soviet Council and the SMAF HQ in Kasvenogorod. After an hour of discussion since they have received the fax, the Supreme Soviet Council passed the Soviet Resolution# 7654, or the Intervention of Soviet Martilia in the Developing Situation in Hahklallah. Meanwhile, Soviet Martilian troops has been prepared to be embarked to the lands in Hahklallah.
