(possible) Military Action between 4 XKI members.

This thread started out because of possible military action between the nations of Evil Dictators Happyland, Techoligia, Reaistsn and New Fania. on the 10,000 Islands RMB.
Because of the rules against roleplaying on the RMB, the debate/possible conflict is being moved here.
This will not use NS stats, but rather military factbooks. It will be in-character. Just use the spoiler tags for OOC stuff.
Also, this is my first experiment at roleplaying on NS. Hope it'll be fun!

At this stage of the unfolding events, relations between Evil Dictators Happyland and New Fania are tense, with a possible violation of New Fania's airspace by Evil Dictators Happyland, and definite Grammar Nazism by Evil Dictators Happyland's dictator.
Techoligia has stepped in to defend socialism from a capitalist revolution in Reaistsn funded by New Fania. At this point, it is unknown how the relationship between Techoligia and Evil Dictators Happyland will play out, with any conflict between the two being a communist state vs. another communist state, in a war over the spread of capitalism. Ah, the wonders of realpolitik.
Reaistsn is currently undergoing a rebellion funded by New Fania. OOC: I don't honestly know where they stand here. If they could chime in, that would be excellent.

"The current relations between Evil Dictators Happyland and New Fania have been worsening. The Defense Ministry of New Fania is wanting to make peace. We are ready to tell you our conditions on peace, we demand that the satellite that breached the sovereignty of New Fania shall be handed over to us, we will give you 5 million fanonis in return. The last condition is that you promise of never violating New Fanian sovereignty, ever again. If you do decide to violate it, we will take military action."

Just In: 60 New Fanians were killed in a mass shooting conducted by a Technoligian tourist, who swore allegiance to techoligia in his interrogation. The intelligence agencies are investigating. The Defense Ministry has released a statement: "We, New Fanians, will not be bullied into submission, by harmful forces, we shall be deploying a grand fleet in the South and East Technoligia Sea. Our fleet will include 90 aircraft, 80 patrol boats, 20 Choppers, 15 Destroyers, 12 Cruisers, 15 Frigates, 3 L.C.S., 3 submarines, and 1 state-of-the-art aircraft carrier."
