Note: This nation is fresh off the boat, but I've been semi-active across various nations since 2012-2013, on top of RPing I do on other mediums. Will leave sample of my own creation below in a spoiler.

The pacing steps of the Foreign Minister grew louder as he anticipated the worst, and so it was:

"Fighting in the Kamanskian Civil War has, across all fronts, escalated further. Shellings are common, each side equipped with a vast military arsenal, and many dedicated followers and fighters. If one thing's for certain, without intervention, the country may find itself broken and desolate by the war's end", the speakers of the television searing those words forward put the Foreign Minister on edge. His hyper-focused state of mind was broken by a sudden ringing, the ringing being a mild inconvenience at other times turned into a piercing shrill that was almost unbearable.

It wasn't tinnitus, it was his phone. His official phone. His shaking hands picked it up and lifted it to his ear, "George Harrison, Foreign Minister of Imperial Ardenia speaking", he said as calmly as he could. "Harrison, it's your Emperor speaking. I assume you've got the news on? I can hear it in the background", the raspy baritone voice of the Emperor he had grown accustomed to was just as intimidating as when he first took the position. "Yes, Emperor. I do", his computer let off a sequence of beeps and his inbox became a disorganized mess, "And I just got some e-mails from my lessers, their analyses are consistent: this civil war just got a lot worse overnight."

The Emperor breathed in slowly, acknowledging this new development with deep concern. "The intel briefings the Commander has given me indicates the same. This is no longer an isolated conflict, others are going to get involved very soon", the Emperor took a pause, a deep inhale of a cigarette very much audible over the phone's speakers. "I've authorized the Commander to start drafting plans for intervention, if it comes to that, I've given him my word of your cooperation in handling the diplomatic side of this. Will you accept?"

The Foreign Minister breathes a sigh of relief, he looks down at his desk, a picture of his brother in full combat load is shown. He was a patriot, and died fighting for what he believed in. Now, he can assure that his death, and those in the region his concern is raging for, will not be in vain. "Of course, my Emperor. You have my full cooperation, I'm eager to begin." Another long drag of a cigarette is heard on the other end, "Hold your ambitions, Minister, I've not approved of it yet, but if these plans seem sufficient we will guide their nation unto glory. Goodbye, Minister."

The Minister set down his phone and laid back, while happy of his Emperor's willingness to support intervention, his gut said that intervention was not necessarily based on him, but some other force. He waited for some sign of this force's approval before continuing on with his thoughts on the matter.
