And a higher chance than dropping paratroopers into a city and having them succeed. But I'm pretty sure he's right. An MIRV would be incredibly hard to shoot down, given their size and speed. You'd be better off trying to kill the missile prior to it's separation. All that said though, using a MIRV capable weapon for conventional weapons delivery would be tantamount to suicide I think. It would look no different to a nuclear tipped missile, and in so doing it would invite a nuclear retaliation.

If you strapped extra stuff onto the rocket, you probably would not get extra mobility. You'd get extra weight and massive amounts of extra drag. Missiles are the shape they are for the job they have to do.

As far as I know, I'm playing the KDO. They have a provisional government and are lead by a General I've detailed in a post. We hold Arkhangelsk, in my mind that's it.
