NS World War One {IC}[MT, Semi-Open]

[Canis Rex]

Ridrich Dragov had just returned from watching one of the nation's many fighting tournaments, making sure his son was taken care of by one of his closest friends who also happened to be one his top military commanders. The man and his wife couldn't have children of their own, she was infertile, a lesson that was learned the hard way during the course of the Revolution, so the two considered it a joy to watch the little one. But Peren always resided in on these meetings, not usually saying much but there for morale support of her husband.
Turned out he had gotten a bite on the negotiations. From Emerstari. So the place is prepared, not extravagant by most political standards since Ridrich was a rather simple man at heart, but there was food set out and ample security to assure the representative of safety. Armed guards at every doorway and post, snipers on the lookout from higher points on and around the building, and even a detachment of the Wolves special forces roamed the grounds, unseen but hunting for anything that would dare try and tip the balance of the world in this encounter. It was possibly vital, determining the course of the planet by what happened here with so much war on the horizon.
It was set. Once the designated representative arrived, he would be notified and they could discuss the future of their nations.

Canis Rex
Ambassador Aaron O'Neil had just arrived with his three Emerstarian Defense Buearu Agents. He took a seven minute ride from the airport to the Conference, then walked in, and sat down. He began discussing why Emerstari, and Canis Rex. First, he said that both nations ideologies are very similar. Next, he stated that Canis Rex should not align with the evil Hashkin. He finally assured President Dragov that a military alliance with Emerstari would be beneficial for both sides. After this meeting he would stay in Canis Rex for a day or two, he would set off to negotiate an alliance with the Tribes Republic.

Ridrich nodded to much of what O 'Neil said, assuring that Canis Rex currently had no sides in this conflict and that he was perfectly willing to ally militarily. He agreed that the two countries shared some philosophy and stances on things and thus could possibly work together to make this whole situation a bit better. But Ridrich also stressed the point of not dragging those into the war that did not need to. War was fine, it happened, but it didn't need to consume everyone. He had seen that too many times. But in short, he was happy with what he heard from O'Neil and welcomed him to Canis Rex, saying he could stay as long as he felt comfortable and to let him know if anything else came up that the two countries should discuss.

Ramirez stood in front of the consul, smiling with his white shining teeth. "I would like that. I am happy that the countries we fought, bombed and attacked illegally have some good words for us, and wish to help us. Diego's Cousin eh? Is he part of this Viking Group that keeps on showing up and attacking military personnel? If he is, he deserves a swift death. Don't bring the dog here if he is leading them, merely put a round into him and leave him to rot." Ramirez turned as four Peandland Swat Officer's in full tactical gear spoke to him in low voices about another abandoned Viking camp found in an old tank factory mere minutes away from the National building. The leader of the Swat Task Force, designated Crusaders was Viktor Jolly. He was feared all around the world, especially by criminals within Peandlands boundary. He made his name by executing 40 ruthless rapist, sex traffickers and murders who sought only to watch the world burn all around them. He had been a mere Trainee during that, and now he lead one of the most notorious crackdown teams ever.

"They be dealt with sir." Viktor said in a robotic voice, a hand forming the New Peandland salute quickly and sharply. Viktor glared at the Consul and turned around motion his squad to follow as he walked out of the building.

Ft. Harrison
"Alright, get the Battalion ready," said Sergeant Robert N. Emanuel. He, and his battalion were about ready to attack Diego's cousin's stronghold. Scouts reported that only about 230 soldiers were guarding it, after the battle Emerstari would take Sebastian (Diego's Cousin) prisoner, and interrogate him about the group called the Vikings. While this was happening back in Kaginoluk thousands of Emerstarian Soldiers were getting onto the Royal Navy Ships to go home. Only the ENS. Congress (A Destroyer), and the ENS. James (A Cruiser) would stay. And, only 100 Royal Marines would stay along with 1,500 Royal Army men. Altogether that was about two battalions, or a regiment.

Sebastian's Stronghold
Half an Hour Later
With only a few machine gunners stationed on the walls Sergeant Emanuel yelled charge. Two squads of Emerstarian Snipers hid in the bushes, and trees while the rest charged into the garrison. Sergeant Emanuel himself stayed with the Snipers, this was uncommon of him to do, because during the Battles of Kaginoluk, Herniluck, and Dernre` he served on the field with his own troops.
Two Hours Later
It would be 3:00 p.m. East Emerstarian Time (Also known as Coronet Time) when the gun shots stopped. Then through the bushes Emanuel saw some Emerstarian Soldiers walk on the walls where the Peandland Dictatorship Machine gunners once stood. About five minutes later he started walking towards the Squad of Royal Marines bringing out Sebastian. Soon he saw a Platoon bringing about one-hundred prisoners out. With 200 of the Emerstarians out of the 937 left staying at the Garrison to wait until Peandland Soldiers came to take hold, the other 737 along with 124 prisoners went back to Ft. Harrison.

Tribes Republic

Lonoc Airport
Ambassador Nathaniel Harrison was getting out of a plane with two Emerstarian Defense Bureau Agents following him. The last meeting in Lonoc, Tribes Republic didn't go so well. He got into a taxi, and started his way to the Executive Mansion to speak with their leader about an Alliance to fight Hashkin. While he was in their he called Ambassador Aaron O'Neil in Canis Rex, and told him that their were new orders. They were that O'Neil was to stay in Canis Rex, while Harrison was ordered to talk with the Tribesmen. He arrived at the Executive Mansion, and stepped out of the taxi with his two guards.

3rd Fleet

ENS. Norfolk
Captain James Vetier (The Commander of the 3rd Fleet) was walking on the main deck of his Flagship the ENS. Norfolk. The vessel was named after a city in Emerstari that withstood a one month siege during the Erenean War (1234 CE to 1240 CE). The Command Ship was in the front of 40 other ships in the Fleet. Out of 80 Ships in the Fleet only 62 were active. The other 18 were at the Royal Navy's Dry Docks in Ifelia, one of Emerstari's Colonies. Some of the other 22 were in Peandland, New Spookistam, Emerstari, and Emerstarian Colonies.

ENS. Mountain
The Destroyer commanded by Sr. Admiral Andrew Johnson was right alongside the ENS. Norfolk, and was the Flagship of a Task Force. Being the Flagship of a Task Force was one reason it was commanded by a Sr. Admiral, and not just an Admiral.

Vanai-West Vanai Border

Siege of Ventier
This battle had been raging on for about a week so far. High Sergeant Frank Enrecs leading the 4th Legion of the 7th Defense Corp was protecting the city of Venteir from a West Vanian offensive. The West Vanian attack force was led by Commander Peter Mason. Then afew minutes later High Sergeant Enrecs heard a boom while several Emerstarians by him were hit by a mortar. After this Enrecs ordered two Mortar Squads be brought forward to fire back, the machine gunners, snipers, and soldiers in the trenches along with the Artillery in the field wouldn't be enough. Then while he got into one of the more protected trenches some soldiers just finished digging he was thinking if the West Vanian leader Emperor Richard Cooke had a Truce with Emerstari since 2013 (So West Vanai could rebuild it's forces) then how did they get so much money to fund this campaign that started a month ago. Then he came to a conclusion, an outside force was funding them. He thought it could potentially be Hashkin, but what would Hashkin want, Vanai had barely any natural resources. It sure had a lot of trees, water, and some stone, but nothing else.

Battle of Geraldstown
This siege also led by the West Vanians had been lasting for about a week, and a half. It was led by West Vanian, Major Darrel Velor, the Emerstarian force, the 1st Defense Regiment of the 7th Defense Corp was led by, High Sergeant Eric Vente`. He was currently in a trench about 30 Yards (90 Feet, 27 Meters) away from where the battle was going on. His ears were stinging from the sound of constant gun fire, mortars, and artillery shells being fired. He estimated that in about 3 days the West Vanians would have to retreat, because of lack of supplies. But, back in Ventier it didn't seem like the battle would have an end. But both Emerstarian Officers were still thinking that an outside force, maybe Hashkin was funding the West Vanians.

The meeting in Spookistam was quick, and now he was back here. They would have an ambassador being sent to spookistam as a permanent ambassador. he sat in his officer chair, when an Arcadian major walked in and he spoke "Mr. Farmer we have a situation in the Kurdistani republic, there has been an islamic revolution."

He held his rifle and walked into the main lobby where other soldiers had set of sandbags and they set up a 50 cal on the second floor of the lobby that faced the bottom floor. They were sending documents to the embassy in the Tribes republic and they had a helicopter land in the street and loaded important documents on board. A small squad of Marines were laoding up the documents and the helicopter soon took off.

Mikkelsen was getting more and more pissed by the minute "We are as close to a nuclear submarine as the OP will let us, in the back there's a fucking NUCLEAR REACTOR, what do you mean the periscope dirty. Let me see... A FUCKING BIRD SHIFTED ON THE GODDAMN..." McManus interrupted "... I think you should calm down sir. If destiny plans for a bird to shit on our periscope, a bird will shit on our periscope. Let's just advance to Emerstari. If we start now we could get there by midnight." Mikkelsen was more calmed now. "Alright, you got to clean that bird shit though" he said as he descended into the submarine.

Due to the rising of tension i have made moves to mobilize our armed forces and be prepared for any invasion of our soil. I ask for our senate to raise taxes to pay for the armed force and for us to Equip our troops with the best equipment possible. We also require an increase in our vehicles and ability to defend our borders." He paused to allow a large round of applause to ripple through the senate as he stepped away to allow the senate to vote.The senate voted resoundingly in favor of the new tax and increase in their armed forces. Across the nation people went to the recruitment centers to sign up or we're drafted into the armed forces

I have also increased patrols slightly on the border with New Carquetharcs, it shouldn't be enough to make them think I'm preparing to attack, but it's enough to give the Provisional Government of Daoine Pacaiste early warning if something does happen.

If the Prime Justicar sends the DPPG into war what will it mean for the people of Daoine Pacaiste and how will they continue to look at the Colony of Tribes Republic's people and Government only time will tell.

Siege of Ventier
"Advance! Force the Westerns back," yelled Corporal Henry Wilkes. His voice was muffled by the sound of mortars, artillery, and gunfire. His squad, along with three others climbed out of the trenches and about two of them were shot dead immediately. "Ge..." Wilkes was shot back into the trench. Without a leader, the rest of his squad fell back to the trench. High Sergeant Frank Enrecs ordered that the L118 Light Guns be put in place, he also ordered that the Challenger 2 Tank be brought up to fire if the Westerns should advance. Emerstarian Officer, Major James Gregor, rode up to the trench Enrecs was in. Gregor stepped out of the MXT-MV and said, "We have reinforcements on the way, it's about 1,000 in total. Should be able to push the Westerns out of Ventier." Enrecs had to yell over the artillery, "When will they arrive?" "they're about an hour away." Both Emerstarians saw the Western Vanians lining up some AMX-30 Tanks in the distance.

Lancing River, Vanai
Two M3 Amphibious Rigs were driving into the 30-foot (9 Meters) river so the vehicles could cross. The first to cross were two MWMIKs, then four Iveco LMVs, next two Humvees, and 20 troop/supply carriers. Finally came 500 soldiers marching with five A1M1 Tanks behind them. After all were across the two M3 Amphibious Rigs came up out of the river.
Fifty Minutes Later.
The reinforcements arrived in the city and were only ten minutes away from the battle. Some of the citizens cheered for them, others formed a 50 man militia and followed them into battle. The 50 man militia charged in right away, but the actual force stayed five minutes away. They would come in when they saw the signal, a flare.

"Push the Westerns back!" ordered Sergeant Aaron Pence followed by 250 Emerstarians full of patriotism. The 457 West Vanians started running. "Onward to defeat the Hashkin," yelled Corporal Ian Dawson with 120 Emerstarians running behind him. After the "Westerns" retreated the Legion was divided up where 4,000 would advance onward to defeat the Hashkinians, and 6,000 would defend this part of the border.

Commander McHenry finished renting out the office in Kaginoluk, he took his important papers and traveled to the newly finished fort, Ft. Harrison. Commander McHenry walked into his new office and was amazed...

High Admiral Richard Forest and his force of 6 ships were in charge of defending Vanai. This force included, 1 Cruiser, 2 Destroyers, 2 Patrol Ships, and 1 Air Craft Carrier. Currently, they were traveling to the site that the Hashkinian Ships were spotted at. They were only about forty-five minutes away.

High Admiral Richard Forest was looking at a map in his office when he heard a crewman yelled, "Enemy ship sighted, enemy ship in sight." Then everyone ran to their battle stations.

The president sat at a short table 6 people in total were there, the list was the general of the army, the commandant of the marines, The general of the air force, and the last general was the navy's fleet admiral. The last person was the logistical supply master. The army had risen from 750,000 men to about 1.5 million and were ready to take more people. The marines had risen from about 500,000 men to 1.2 million men. The navy had recruited an additional 100,000 sailors making their total number 600,000 and had ordered 5 new destroyers 2 new carriers and 4 heavy cruisers. And finally the airforce recruited 50,000 more men adding to their 200,000 men. They had also ordered 100 new fighters 200 bombers 150 attack planes 30 cargo planes and finally 100 new helicopters 50 were transport and 50 were attack. The logistical side had mass ordered new rifles and such to supply the increase in men.
"That takes care of recruitment and logistics now onto deployment." Said the president. The general of the army stood up. "Sir their have been increased activity of our Waldermore border we believe this is just due to mobilization but we can't be sure." He finished. " We also believe we should send more men to that border due to it being one of our and hardest to defend." He said before sitting down. The president thought for a minute. "Alright i agree i want the 1st and 3rd army on that boarder with the 4th marine expedition. In support i want the 101st and 152nd fighter wing and the 55th bomber wing there and finally the 32nd Airborne division to also to be deployed to that area." Said the president before assigning the other army's and such with the navy patrolling their waters.

The men where moved quickly arriving by train and plane to their destination setting up defenses and patrolling the boarder never crossing but getting close to the Waldermore trying to see what they were doing

We have been watching them for a while and we do have support forces helping the Hashkin Resistance, but we have not engaged them directly as we see this as a civil war within Hashkin we provide support with weapons and logistics and that's all at the moment. I can sign an alliance with your nation which I think would be good for both of our nations in these trying times of unrest and if you want to you can use the FOB in the Dallica Province of Hashkin to stage troops out of.

he sat at his office and he signed an order that would invoke military action against the islamic government of Kurdistan, due to the pact made by the former government. The night skyline of Lonoc wasnt like the skylines out west, it was alot more natural and peaceful.

So far tanks have blocked them off from escaping and that meant they were boxed in. He loaded is rifle and sat with his back against a sandbag barricade. Gunshots rang out in the distance, and soon Major Wills walked into the lobby and spoke "Prepare, for anything." Soon some of the tanks blew up and Hills looked up and soon an Arcadian Army helicopter landed with Marines running out of it. One of the Marines ran in and yelled "Get your asses up and move!"

RM3. Joshua Hammond, 9th Batt., 6th Marine Division

He ran out of the helicopter and so far no major resistance until the helicopter took off nd it was hit by an RPG. He turned off the safety and fired his XM8 rifle at the man with the RPG. They would have to go a day without armor support, and soon Arcadian paratroopers fell from the sky. That meant the Shock battalions were on the ground.

Standard patrol One day of deployment
About two platoons of marines sat around in a small patch of forest some eating some smoking resting after their patrol. "Alright so we're here about here 100 or so feet from the boarder with Daoine Pacaiste." said a lieutenant that was leading the patrol a small sheen of sweat. "So far everything has been quite and there have been little reports of contact with them but that's to be expected for the first day. We're here for about 120 days still the 6th army is trained and deployed to this sector." He explained before pulling back to their patrol rout. "We're at about the half way point till we pull back to the rest of the company." He explained showing the area they we're patrolling. "We're going to take a 20 minute break before moving out again so stay sharp and be on the look out." He said as the Sargents turned and went their men.

He fired on the Arcadians as they came by and he soon saw thier paracorps fall from the skies. The IAF was fighting for the skies and every soldier in the Grand Islamic Army was attacking Arcadian positions nationwide. GIA tanks drove past him to hammer down on Arcadian forces. Some rebels took to the streets and some soldiers in the GIA started to fight for the rebels. When he ran out of ammo he loaded his 9mm pistol and ran forward with the other soldiers.

After the explosion at the gate of the Executive Mansion Colony Emergency Medical Response(CEMR) had responded to the event when they got there they were treating over 250 wounded and they counted the dead in the area which was at 25. While the CPG were securing the area and the CEPG were investigating it. The media was saying that the van came from the Kurdistani Embassy, but the CEPG didn't arrest anyone at the embassy they just placed it on lockdown and made sure that there was no way in or out of the building. The group in charge of the lockdown of the embassy was the Colony's Armed Internal Guard(CAIG) which had 1500 CAIG around the embassy.

Vanai-West Vanai Border

Siege of Ventier
The flare rose up and lit up the sky. This signaled the one-thousand Emerstarians waiting up on the hill in the city to come down and start the second wave, the artillery and tanks would follow. The West Vanians were holding strong, though. The AMX-30 Tanks the "Westerns" had lined up later were still firing on the Emerstarians, only one had been destroyed since they were placed up there. There was barely anyone left in the volunteer militia, they had either been killed or retreated back into Ventier. The West Vanian commander, Peter Mason, had only 1,200 men left out of his original force of 3,000. Many of the "Westerns" had been killed or retreated back the West Vanian Garrison, River Point. This garrison was only five miles north of where the Soldiers crossed in the Lancing River. It was where the Lancing River and Hampton River met. This battle had been raging on for 10 days, it seemed like it wouldn't have an end until the Emerstarian L118 Light Guns hit a vital point in the West Vanian Offensive. When the shell landed Peter Mason was shot 6 feet back from where he had been standing. Not only that but some of the other Howitzers' shells had hit some West Vanian Artillery, the Emerstarian Mortars also were devastating West Vanian Troops. Soon Commander Mason said anyone who wanted to retreat could fall back to River Point while the others would stay, and hold the Emerstarians back. Mason himself went to River Point. With only about a platoon staying the Emerstarians advanced and defeated the offensive, the battlefield scattered with friends and foes was silent. High Sergeant Enrecs ordered two platoons to go up the hill and build some defensive structures like trenches and temporary walls. The other 3104 would stay and set up camp outside the city. They also would clear the battlefield, 900 Emerstarians were injured or killed in the battle.

Ft. Gerald
Having won the city back from the "Westerns" the Emerstarian troops under the command of High Sergeant Eric Vente` and Major Darrel Velor built a fort to prevent from a West Vanian Offensive and named it in the city's honor. They also asked for reinforcements from "High Command" as they called it. High Command was the Officer in charge of all Military Force in Vanai and his "council" of officers. Thye asked General Dietrich Faro for ten L118 Light Guns, 10 A1M1 Tanks, and five E146 Patrol Vehicles. High Command wouldn't accept it right away. The forces granted to protect Emerstarian Colonies (Not including New Spookistam, technically in Emerstari Vanai would be a colony; Neijne and Furhowt would be provinces; New Spookistam would be a territory; a place like West Verni or Valparaiso would be a state) were spread thin, they wouldn't have much to work with unless the Council of Generals or President E. J. James granted more for the Colony Protection force. But, Emerstari does have about 3,000,000 soldiers in reserves. Emerstari's usual Military is only about 3,506,000 people large but then earlier in the war they had the draft of 1,500,000 able-bodied males from the ages of 25 to 40. This draft would include Emerstarians in Emerstari, Emerstarian Colonies, and only about 6,000 from New Spookistam since 98% of New Spookistamians are of Spookistamian decent.

He drove his car in a parking garage near Atross Grand station, which was in downtown BayJune which was one of the largest cities in the world. Atross Grand station was a major hub of the continent with tens of thousands commuting every few hours. He got out of his car, and walked out of the parking garage and he was met by another officer. There was a bomb threat down the street from the station and he was called in. He was being sent to the station to make sure nothing happened. The doors were on lock-down and some trains were being redirected. As he made it to the station officers were everywhere working with security. People were yelling and many were angry. Soon the crackle of the station wide microphone went off and this was spoken "There is a situation down the street so for your saftey we must put a temporary halt to your transportation today." That meant all 53 levels of the station would be stopped and this was going to be bad. Soon a massive boom was heard from outside and he was soon called outside. He ran toward the smoke and saw firetrucks already on scene and it was bad. People covered in soot and smoke were walking away and paramedics tried to stop them. He saw a small child with blood coming from his head crying and holding a stuffed bear. He ran over to the child and spoke "Where are your parents?" The small child started to cry and Rios picked him up and brought him to a nearby ambulance and yelled "We got an injured child here!" The EMT soon took the kid and started working on his wounds. He walked back and he saw burnt out cars, and this mustve been a class 3 explosive device that went off. He saw what remained of a gas truck which that meant it couldve been a softer explosive but it was still to early to tell. There were two soldiers in uniform helping the police and he went over and asked "What is the Army doing here?" One of the soldiers replied "We were going on leave and then this happened."

River Point
With the Emerstarians just across the Aarons River, River Point was the next obstacle in their path. The West Vanian General at River Point was extremely mad at Commander Mason's performance at Ventier and assigned him to a defensive position. They couldn't risk another loss on the front. As for the average soldier at River Point, they were commanded to patrol, dig trenches, and strengthen defenses. Sergeant Rick Ianson was overseeing the soldiers and laborers work on digging the trenches and piling up the sandbags. When one of the patrol groups were walking in front of the forest one of the officers said while pointing his gun at the shadow, "Did you see that?" Another officer replied saying, "It's probably just a deer or something." "you're probably right." "yeah, I am. Now let's move on."
"Corporal, here it is," whispered Private Hugh Greene of the 3rd Scouting Squad of the 1st Scouting Platoon. Private Greene had enlisted when this war first began and he had served during Emerstari's campaign against the CSS. This group of Scouts had been assigned to find out about the defenses at River Point. When they arrived back at Camp Ventier their report was, "They are currently building up their defenses, about seven trenches, some barbed wire, and three patrols. I expect artillery there any day now." They had also mapped out the terrain and the best paths to take.

Richards Medical Camp
"We got another twenty-three coming in," said Private Peter Renolds to High Sergeant John McConnell, the officer in charge of the Medical Camp. So far thirty soldiers were there recovering from wounds received on the battlefield. Most of them had been injured during the Siege of Ventier. The camp was located on a plain outside of Ventier and it had few defenses. It was fit to hold fifty to sixty soldiers at a time and it had 30 medical beds. Very few of the soldiers really needed to stay there anymore, but they didn't want to go back to the death of war. But, they would have to soon. Then in the distance twenty-three soldiers accompanied by four uninjured guards were either on a stretcher or in a transport truck, some were marching. Corporal Mike Vence was in the front leading them. He was an experienced outdoorsman and an expert with a gun. After the Siege of Ventier, he had been entrusted with the responsibility of transporting injured troops from point "A" to point "B." He also was given an experienced entourage of infantry to aid him in this. Not only that, but he also received three troop transport trucks and one Humvee, too.

Ft. Gerald
The fort wasn't close to being done. It would take one more month at the least if all 40 laborers and craftsmen were working at full force. The workforce had been hired for about 2,800 or $2097. That would be 70 or $52 per worker. The fort's walls would be made out of Vanian Red Oak lumber. The Vanian Red Oak is a plentiful source of lumber in Vanai, some could even say it overpopulated. Inside of the walls, most buildings would be constructed of bricks imported from the Colony of Voveri. Others would be made of wood or just be tents. The barracks would be made of wood.

Camp Ventier
"Any more injured soldiers?" asked High Sergeant Enrecs whose ears finally recovered from the shrieking calls of war. An officer responded, "No, but our scouts have returned from the River Point Garrison. Here's their report." "good, we shall launch the invasion on Thursday." The officer walked out of the tent and went to the barracks to talk to the Drill Sergeant. Drill Sergeant Daniel O'Connor had just finished training a platoon, but the next wave would arrive in roughly five minutes. Outside several men were starting a campfire, some others were fishing in the lake. The lake led right out to the Lancing River, it was mostly populated with trout and bass. Then a soldier shouted, "Hey guys, I got a bite," and he started reeling it in. It was a thirty-inch (76.2 cm.) bass. He took a picture, then released it back into the wild. Up the hill, the soldiers had finished putting up the sandbags and digging trenches. They would station machine gunners, artillery, and three squads of riflemen up there when it was completed. Corporal James Lawson had been overseeing the project.

While waiting for a response the crew of all of the ships readied the guns. High Admiral Forest was wondering what was taking the captain of the submarine so long? Were they planning something? He sent the message again. Maybe they didn't receive it. Or maybe they jumped ship, but how could they of escaped it was a submarine?
