The Grande Republic 0f Arcadia never explained how the map works do nations own each area or are they shared between nations because I have been assigning nations to whole areas and if the areas are shared then I've been doing it wrong.

I will update the map here and on the IC thread as well

Each nation owns it's own area. For example, only one nation is supposed to control The Green Union.

On the topic of assassinating leaders you guys can kill Bob Sanders. The nation could end up being in a power vacuum and be filled with rebels from all sides trying to take back the country. Kinda like North Korea and South Korea, except North Korea is in chaos and everybody is divided and trying to take over the country.

If you want to, but it has to be something that drags all of the nations into the war I think it could work if nations start taking the sides of the different rebel groups then it could become interesting

In the Far East there appears to be the following territories open: Castemisia, Esatanistan, Faratia, Astanistan, Solia, Palimetre, Paxime, Labernia, Naraquena, and Ulimia.

In the Far West, most of the territories are open.

I saw your TG in my inbox but because this is your app you can have Bormana because the area was annaxed by Droximate Hashkin in the RP you have to RP a resistance movement that will then start up your nation. It can be long or short doesn't matter you can even work something out with Hashkin and we're not use the NS population just the other stats.

Also to everyone else you can annex other areas, but the can still be claimed by nations that are joining in with the restriction that they have to start off as a resistance movement and take over the country.

someone could attack you or you could have your leader make a statement on the situation and one of the nations involved could take it as you're siding with their enemy. Or you could just have your nation's news organization report on what's going on

If you're in the Far East or Far West then you could pull your troops out of any main map country if they are in any and just check in on the RP and post as your nation's national news organization
