To everyone population can fluctuate but it has to be realistic as in you can't gain 1 million people in a day the population you chose when the RP started wasnt set in stone but your nation must have some kind of nationalization process like RL nations

population has always been in play you can say that your nation has begun the process of making citizens of the refugees that have fled to your nation or something

Would it be possible to move my territory or no?
For: Israel, Palestine, Kurdistan, American Nationalism, American citizens of Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, and US Virgin Islands receiving a congressional vote and being allowed to vote for president, military, veterans before refugees, guns, pro choice, LGBT marriage, plural marriage, US Constitution, World Peace, Global Unity.

Against: Communism, Socialism, Fascism, Liberalism, Theocracy, Corporatocracy.
