yes, it's nearing the end of the war, but I will be starting the second part to this RP after this one is done so I'd advise that if you do still sign up just do news reports from your country about what's going on. As when you sign up for this one you don't have to sign up for the second part

Uh, that would take a long time. Also, it would take a lot of manpower to do that. The renaming is fine, but I'm not so sure about conquering 3 countries at the end of a war in a little amount of time.

as long as the areas are unclaimed you can conquer them, but people can still claim them

if you RP that you conquer them then yes, but other people who join can still claim them

I agree with you. So far there has only been troops in other countries barely fighting, this isn't really a war as much as a small skirmish. In my opinion I think something should happen at the negotiation talks that starts the war up again.

The war is still going on and if you join this one you don't have to sign up or wait for part two to start as you will already be involved, but if you do join just post as a news organization
