Vasilev Siekmeshko held a speech today:
"The party is over. We can not let the war endanger our nation. No matter the state you live in, how important you are, we are all equal in front of God, we are all equal in Sietsk. Order is to be maintained, and this is why we, Sietskians, can not let others disrupt the order we, for so long, have struggled to keep. Life in the army is tough, it's dangerous, but it's honourable, and honour is always rewarded in Sietsk. We will fight, everybody able will, for as long as it takes, fight in the army and destroy our enemies."

After the speech, the government ordered the mobilization of conscripts and professional soldiers. It is not sure who will be their our first target, but we will find out.

Current polls have Pffeifer up 4 points. Pffeifer holds much more militant views, and experts predict he will make more bold decisions in an elected position as opposed to a chosen understudy

The election results

In a surprising turn of events, Celebrity Khanyae Waes't has been elected President. He is the founder of the KhanyaeWaest party, which has no official platform. He has not made a statement since the January 1st elections. Waes't will take office on February 14th, 2020. In wake of this, President Akha'ae has officially resigned.

BOMBINGS IN KUNDISTAN, AKHA'AE CONFIRMS LEAKS

Bombings took place on the first in Tehran, Kundistan. Kundistani spokespersons say that there was only minor damage to infrastructure, however Taekhumanian officials say the city was completely destroyed. Writing from a hospital bed after a mysterious injury, Former President Akha'ae has confirmed leaks on this matter, and has said, quote, "We are grateful that the city was evacuated. The purpose of the bombing was to elicit a surrender from Kundistan, and not kill any lives. We see we have succeeded in the latter; it remains to be seen in the former."

HIGHEST RANKING GENERAL DISAPPEARS

High General Aelaka Palakae disappeared the day before New Year's. Conspiracy theorists have blamed the disappearance on his supposed death while attacking Kundistan, yet there has not been any evidence released by the government on this case.

PRESIDENTIAL LINE OF SUCCESSION CHANGED

The Upper House recently voted to change the Presidential line of succession slightly. Before the change, it was as such (markings indicate how a person gets the office):
1) President (elected)
2) Vice President (elected)
3) President-in-waiting (elected)
4) Secretary of State (appointed by President)
5) Chief of Staff (appointed by Upper House)

Now it is as such:
1) President (elected)

It is claimed that the Upper House will try to get Akha'ae re-elected after the election. The idea is as follows:
1) Change the line of succession (don't change the position of the first three to avoid suspicion)
2) Have the President resign
3) Appoint the (former) President as Chief of Staff of the Vice President (now Acting President)
4) Have the Vice President resign
5) If this is done before January 10th, the day the President-elect gets the title of President-in-waiting, the Chief of Staff (i.e. outgoing President) will become Acting President
6) Have the Acting President sign a law voiding the title of President-in-waiting, again before January 10th
7) The Former President is now Acting President. No more elections can be held (until an amendment is passed to the Constitution) because any election would have the elected person take the title of President-in-waiting, which now does nothing.

This quick chain of events, called the "Former Act" (from the title "Former now Acting President" that would be given to the then Acting President if this was carried out), have been done so far up till step 2. It is plausible that this may happen due to the enormous controversies surrounding Waes't, and the large opposition against him.

At 1:00, today, the 7th Marine Regiment of the 4th Marine Division detached from the rest of the division to capture the rest of the Kundistani coast, all the way to Ahvaz. At 2:00, the 3rd Marine Regiment split off to conquer the coast along all the way to Bandar Abbas. The 16th Armored Division, stationed near Arabia, was navally transported from Qatar to Kundistan and arrived in full at 3:04. At 3:22, the division began moving towards one of the last surviving cities of Kundistan: Ishafan.

Before an onslaught begins in Ishafan, it is HIGHLY URGED that Kundistan surrenders UNCONDITIONALLY as soon as possible. The attack will commence soon otherwise.

Update

Today, the Jerusalemite military carried out bombings of several Kundistan factories, using the Europfighter jets donated by Noxtrem. Reports have said that these attacks were a success. King Isaiah has stated that he hopes that these will send a message to the Kundistan government that it is time for them to surrender to the coalition unconditionally.

The invasion itself is reported to be going well. The Jerusalemite military is gaining gradually gaining more and more ground. The 6th Infantry Division itself has gained an impressive amount of ground.

King Isaiah met with key generals in the military to have a formal discussion on the progress of the war and to discuss recruitment in the newly acquired Arabian Peninsula. Reports say that the King is pleased with what the generals had to tell him.

War Report Noxtremian Foreign Intervention Corps January 7, 2020 Damage Report The Intervention Corps is pleased to report that our bombing campaigns are going along as planned, at least one bomb has been dropped every hour since the deployment of this corps. We can report having done damage to a variety of factories in southern and central Kundistan, including three large arms production facilities. We believe that we have destroyed an additional six military garrisons, and recruiting stations. We also report having successfully assisted the Kannsas-Minnesotean invasion in the south of Kundistan, and also the Jerusalemite forces in western Kundistan. Meanwhile, F-15s out of Makarska, which has been victim of the bombings by NGU, are tracking the fleet. Military Report

After the successful taking of Bandar Abbas 5 days ago, the Military has continued its advance into Kundistan. Using Bandar Abbas as a key transport point, the military now has 100,000 troops in Kundistan fighting on the front. A force of 20,000 has made up of the 7th and 11th Infantry Divisions is occupying Bandar Abbas.

The military has taken the city of Minab. At approximately 0500 hours on January 6th a the 18th and 27th Infantry Divisions along with the 5th Armored divisions began their assault on the city. With artillery supporting them, along with a blanket of aircraft, the city fell fairly quickly. A force of about 10,000 Kundistan Troops were their guarding the city. At about 0605 hours the city surrendered and Kannsa-Minnesotan troops occupied it. From Minhab the Troops marched to secure Tiab, Kolahi, and Bandzark.

Currently the 5th and 6th Infantry Divisions and the 15th and 16th armored divisions are preparing to take Gohren and move north from their. Updates will come as preparations are made.

Military Update

Last night, the 7th and 9th Infantry Divisions reached the Kundistan city of Tabriz in the northwest. These divisions have begun the assault on the city to eventually occupy it. Aiding these divisions is the newly formed International Armored Task Force, consisting of The Jerusalemites and the nation of Noxtem. We hope this is only the beginning of such military actions between our two nations.

In addition to these military actions, several anti-air craft weapons are being used to combat reports of Kundistan aerial attacks. These weapons should help end these threats. FIM-92 Stinger Surface-to-Air Missles are also in use throughout all infantry divisions in Kundistan.



The assault on Tabriz begins.

Yesterday, a message was sent to Kundistan requesting their voluntary and unconditional surrender to the coalition. No reply was given by the Kundistan government, so the invasion will commence. 30,000 more troops will be deployed in Kundistan. We strongly urge Kundistan to surrender and end the destruction caused by their refusal to accept their defeat.

King Isaiah has also given a statement about "an upcoming major economic change." This announcement is expected next month.

War Report Noxtremian Foreign Intervention Corps January 11, 2020 Joint Armored Brigade With approval from the chancellor, the first International Armored Task Force has been formed between Noxtrem and the Jerusalemite Nation. The Task force is an Armored Brigade that is maintained by Noxtrem. 700 Noxtremian Infantry Operators make up the mobile infantry, and armor operators. Whereas 650 Jerusalemite Soldiers work as mobile infantry units and strike forces, an additional 150(Noxtremian and Jerusalemite), serve operating artillery. The unit is equipped with 63 Leopard-2 Main Battle Tanks, 12 Panzerhaubitze (Artillery), 24 Puma IFVs, and 132 TPz Fuchs (Armored Personnel Carriers). The unit is being commanded by a panel of 2 Noxtremian Special Forces Officers and 2 Jerusalemite Officers. This unit's main function is to act as a mobile spearheading force that can outmaneuver, and break apart, enemy units. The unit is receiving orders from the Noxtremian Foreign Intervention Corps, working in conjunction with Jerusalemite High Command. The International Armored Task Force is working to shatter enemy forces around the city of Tabriz, they are serving with the 9th and 7th Jerusalemite Infantry Divisions. The 4th Marine Division and 16th Armored Division continue to forcibly push through central and southern Kundistan relatively unopposed. The Kundistani army, after moving its entirety to the north to fight Ubizytotska, has left the rest of the nation
vulnerable to the rapid war machine of the coalition. As a result, all Kundistani access to the ocean has been cut off.

Khanyae Waes't, the elected President, has no power and will never have any under the new resolution, UHR 2307 "Resolution to Hold a Title". UHR 2307 passed January 10th, just hours before Khanyae Waes't would become President-elect.

Final Push

Kundistan has moved the majority of its forces from the SouthWest to our main force in the Eastern region. Although we are flattered to be seen as the deadliest threat, it was a terrible mistake. All non-occupational forces in Eastern Kundistan, which is roughly 290,000 men, were ordered to engage the "threat".

Air Superiority

So far the Air Force deployed 3 (12 plane per squadron) MiG-29 interceptor squadrons to deal with the aerial threats. The Kundistanian fighters were sought out, and neutralized. 1 MiG-29 retained some damage, but due to friendly AA on the ground, they were left mostly unharmed.

The 72,000 Hostiles

The Kundistanian Southwestern army has moved to engage us in the East a few days ago. This wasn't a good idea on their part, now they've been cut off and surrounded by Imperial and Nationalist troops alike.

Before our two armies engaged, we had 4 AC-130s and the MiG-29 Squadrons firing/bombing the Kundistanians on their entire way to face us, this resulted in thousands of casualties on the Kundistan's part. Hostile tanks were sitting ducks and were easily seen and erased. Due to their lack of fuel from McFreedomstan's PF raids, they've been moving their army mostly on foot with few transports. This must've been a hellish march for them, but we shall show them no mercy until Kundistan surrenders.

Before the Kundistanians reached our positions, they were also shelled with artillery, causing more casualties.
Then our divisions quickly engaged with armor elements screened with infantry. The battle went back and forth over the course of a few days, although always seeming to be in the Empire's favor. Then elements of the NGU armor division came behind the Kundistanian position, and the two coalition armies were able to engage the Kundistanians in a pincer, cutting off all forms of escape. The Kundistanians eventually surrendered, and were taken as prisoners of the Empire.

Kundistanian soldiers are taken as Prisoners of War and are marched to Imperial Military Prisons near occupied Northern Kundistan.

Casualties
Estimated Hostile Casulaites: 43,000+, the rest were captured.
Hostile Equipment Lost: All equipment destroyed or confiscated.

Ubizytotskan Casualties: 9,345
Equipment Lost: 12 Merkavas disabled, 3 destroyed. Several assault vehicles.

NGU Casualties: 2,346
NGU Equipment Lost: Several tanks disabled and several vehicles destroyed.


In other words, instead of dropping the regular ordinance, Ubizytotskan MiG-29s have been dropping leaflets onto Kundistanian military positions. The leaflets read as followed:

Leaflets like these were dropped on Kundistanian military positions, demoralizing them. Telling them to surrender and if they do, they will be treated fairly. If they don't however, the leaflet gets the message across clearly.

After weeks of masquerading as construction crew members in Ubizytotska, the Mamluk Knights of Ahmad were finally given the green light to deploy in the heart of Isfahan. 1,200 knights were parachuted in under the cover of darkness while another 3,300 managed to fight their way into the city after minor skirmishes with Kundistani patrols. Their goal is to destroy AT and AAA positions and clear a path for Ubizytotskan mechanized infantry. So far, heavy resistance has been met by the elite operatives and while not confirmed, and estimate 170 personnel have been killed. Thanks to Ubizytotskan air support, major fortifications in the city have been compromised and swiftly raided by Mamluk forces. Enemy casualties are unknown, but ten SPAAG's and 2 Konkurs nests have been disabled or destroyed by the Mamluk Knights.

18,000 contractors were deployed last night into the northwestern Kundistani strongholds via Caspian amphibious landing craft. As stipulated in their contract, their main object is to secure the region for the Ubizytotskan armed forces. An additional force of 8,000 shock troopers have hooked up with the Ubizytotskan motorized rifles brigade heading towards the Kundistani coastline where they will enforce Ubizytotskan boundaries as their contract requires. The Northwestern force managed to secure several small towns after threatening, killing, or evacuating anyone who didn't submit. The 3rd division ran into a stalemate against Kundistani forces in Gilan as their entrenched positions made any land approach far too dangerous to attempt. In their typical fashion a cruel but effective impromptu plan was devised and carried forth. Several M101 artillery guns shelled the city with sarin gas for hours until the defender's gunfire was reduced to the occasional rifle shot. The 3rd division waited two days for the gas to completely disperse before moving their armored vehicles into the heart of the city and capturing essential infrastructure. An estimated 6,700 Kundistani troops were killed by the nerve agent along with 31,000 civilians. Kundistani Mortars and SACLOS missiles destroyed 12 AFV's and killed 980 contractors before succumbing to the gas.

War Report Noxtremian Foreign Intervention Corps January 13, 2020 Occupation of Tabriz High Command of the International Armored Taskforce is extremely happy to announce our capture of the city of Tabriz. Late last night mobile infantry squadrons locked down every section of the city. We discovered the only major threats in the area were a few hundred militiamen that attempted to outflank the armored column as they pushed south through the city. Although our superior mobility allowed us to push forward a few reserve infantry companies that successfully suppressed the enemy. Another counterattack was attempted by a small militia force (roughly a company strong) on the western side of the city, but our artillery destroyed most of their forces, leading them to retreat into the city. We are still sesrching for them, but we don't expect much more resistance. 15 kilometers west of the city, the 9th Jerusalemite Infantry Division tore apart a Kundistani defensive line (numbering nearly 650 men strong). The enemy put up a pitiful defense, the Kundistani quickly overwhelmed them. Taking most of the enemy line as prisoners. 362 Kundistani were killed, whereas 26 Jerusalemites died, with three wounded, while 12 Noxtremians were injured. Locals tell us some of the militia commanders were actively supporting Kundistani genocidal and criminal efforts. Fall of Isfahan

This morning at 12:00, the Mamluk Order had liberated Isfahan from the Kundistani forces that were already under siege by NGU forces for days. Refer to the Mamluk Order report sent to us this morning. In response to this, we have sent an infantry brigade of 5,500 strong to help secure Isfahan. This should hopefully solidify Imperial claims in the region, and strengthen the coalition effort into dethroning the Emirate of Kundistan.

After Noxtremian diplomat Herman Belrik (right) met with General Freidrich Jehtsburg of the Vanavoian Army (left) in a small border town in Alsace, the meeting resulted in the signing of a non-aggression pact and a pledge by Noxtrem to supply military goods to Vanavoy. In return for military supplies and Noxtremian Assistance in military training, Vanavoian has promised to increase military presence along the border with Walgreens. The agreement, which has been named the Belrik-Jehtsburg Pact is to be put into effect January 16, 2020 and has increased Vanavoian and Noxtrem military cooperation and relations.

Thanks or the International Armored Task Force, the city of Tabriz is now in coalition hands. All major generals of the military report that a coalition victory is near certain. We once again call upon Kundsistan to surrender to the coalition. Further Kundistan resistance will only lead to more destruction.

King Isaiah gave an official address in which he announced the future of The Jerusalemites's world presence. He officially announced the formation of the International Scientific Research Pact with Noxtrem and Vanavoy. What this pact entails is uncertain, but he did make mention of it having to do with something in the Indian Ocean. Other than that, nothing is known on the pact.
