In 2015, the global illegal drug trade in Atlas was worth an estimated 650 billion, a sharp increase from ten years before, in 2005. The war on drugs was failing, but it wasn't over. Governments globally, from Acronius to Sde Dov, began to co-operate, sharing information and intelligence, and began to plan exactly how to start winning in this war - And drug lords in Yqueta, Sde Dov, Rodina and other countries knew they were in trouble. And they too were gearing up for the new war.
