Our nation will have a vote of all Kookahmungan citizens voting to whether hand the base to Kookahmungan hands or not. If approval rate is lower than 50% your country can keep the base, if is over 50% but less than 75% you can keep the base for the next five years and then you hand the base to Kookahmunga if higher than 75% the future Holoska will have to give the port back as soon as possible. Keep in mind no matter the outcome of the vote your country can still keep the port, it will just be considered Kookahmungan by the Kookahmungans."
