The monarch of Morrdh uses the title Viceroy/Vicereine, this stems from the revolt against Stevidian rule in the 1830s when Morrdh was still a penal colony. Part of an agreement reached following the end of the revolt was the creation of the Morridane Crown, though for a while it still paid lip service to the Stevidian Crown hence the title 'Viceroy'.
Now the current monarch is Vicereine Lothwyn Boudica Cathmore II, the so many greats granddaughter of Robert Cathmore who first led the revolt and became the first Viceroy. Lothwyn became the monarch almost ten years ago after the dead of her father, though she was a scant few months short of turning 18 at the time. So pretty soon she's going to be turning 28 but thus far remains single, though Prime Minister Vermillion (as noted in the linked post) has been pushing for that to change mainly to ensure that theres an heir and the Cathmore line (by extension the Morridane Crown) continues. If there is no heir then the succession of the Morridane Crown could get a little...complicated, it may even revert to Stevid.
Vermillion is hoping for ties with the Golden Throne with the view of perhaps influencing the biggest player in GD, but things are pretty much open ended as to how they could go. Lothwyn was seeing Prince Augusto of Imbrinium for a while but the Mordent Conflict(s) has effectively ended that relationship. So pretty much any royal or noble in GD could try their luck.
