Terror Attacks on Peandland Citizens

For the sixth time in The Kingdom of United Tecdo Peandland's history, a Civil War has broken out. The Civil war was started a mere week ago by a group of Communist extremist who bombed a mall in Urshuck, The UTP's capital before entering and shooting the survivors to death. Once the police arrived the act of terrorism turned into a bloody firefight between five Communist rebels and half of the Urshuck police department along with several squads of garrisoned National Guard. In the end, 3 Communist were killed with two escaping via the inbuilt mall railway which is programmed to run 24-7. In the attack 125 people were killed, with 50 being severely injured and 2 escaping without injury. All around the city and many villages around the city gunfights are breaking out between Communist and police. Terror attacks are being stopped daily by people monitoring people's emails and phone calls. Alexander, has called for support from any nations willing to provide aid to the traumatized citizens, or he's willing to accept military aid as the situation grows into a greater problem and may lead to a full on Civil War between the military the Communist.

Communist Protest turns deadly as gunfire erupts
Riot Police attempted to break up a Communism protest in Urshuck yesterday only for several of the protesters to drop signs and flags and draw guns. A firefight ensued and left six dead, one being a police officer who was struck in the throat by a bullet. The attacker's are in custody but many fear this is just the start to a long year of firefights in the streets.

The plane landed in Urschuck after a long flight Chancellor Dr. A.F. Greene and two National Party officials exited the plane and walked onto the runway and greeted you.

Alexander shook all of their hands, dressed in his black suit with a blue tie. He lead them over to a parked limo where a driver stood white gloves and a black suit almost identical to Alexander's on. The group took seats within the car and Alexander started conversation about the Communist.

"So, Chancellor how do you like the country in these few seconds? It'll get a lot worse once we get into the central part of Urshuck next to my house. Anyway, let's talk. How many men are you willing to send to crush these Communist scum? As part of this deal, I'd also like to know if you want anything special for your troops. Weapons, housing, food, drink and transport you can choose."

Alexander reached into a compartment under his seat and grabbed out 4 shot glasses and a bottle of whiskey. He poured the whiskey into all the glasses and handed the three to the other men in the car. "Cheers".

Chancellor Greene had an excited look in his eyes and after shaking Alexander's hand he said "I'm very glad to be here to support another nation in the international war against Communism."
Then the first party member extended his hand and shook yours and said "Hi, I'm Richard Van Dijk and this is my Party comrade, James White"
Jame shook your hand and the men finished the exchanges with Alexander then Chancellor Greene spoke We don't ask for much we just want extra equipment and our men to be allowed to share equipment with your troops and share vehicles and barracks and we'd also be grateful for some form of housing for our soldiers we are planning to send a force of 150 men and we are willing to send more upon request we'd also like to establish Intel sharing. We'll also provide 2 recon drones.

Alexander choked down his drink and looked at the Chancellor. "Intel? What kind of intel?". He filled his glass again and sat up right before drinking the whiskey.

The recon drones will be used quite a bit, we'll need somebody who operates them to teach us how to maintenance them however. We can share our equipment, that will work. Housing, we have a small village about a mile away from here, pretty nice homes there with internet and cable. We can set them up there and reserve a building for weapons there. Does that sound good?"

Alexander choked down his drink and looked at the Chancellor. "Intel? What kind of intel?". He filled his glass again and sat up right before drinking the whiskey.

Alexander lead the three men into his house and sat down at a table, cluttered with plates of Turkey, Ham, Mashed Potatoes, Bacon and other food items along with red wine.

Meanwhile in Skyhookedian capitiol, Bjorn of Steel was having some rest and drinking fine rum. Soon he was interrupted with some news about The Kingdom of United Tecdo Peandland communist rebellion. The officials believed, that this civil war case may be interesting for Skyhoooked. Vice President Casey James started: "Yo, man. As far as I know, some communists want to rebel against the governemnt of Peanland... This governemt is not nice and it restrict people from talking their opinion... but I don't know about the communist and think their motives are probably questionable. Why should we even care? It may yield new allies and potential resources... and some reputation too."

Bjorn of Steel responds: "I think, we will first send a humanitarian aid, with a few batallions as "guards". It would be a humanitarian-investigation mission. And an official message too. If our intervention is required, we would be able to do it right away."

Gunfight in the streets
Once again, in an armed protest Communist rebels opened fire on not only the Riot Police but citizens as well. Though, nobody was killed five citizens were airlifted to hospitals for aid after being struck by bullets several times. 60 People were arrested in their involvement of the protest and shooting and are likely to be executed in a public hanging as a message to The Communist.

The Chief Minister walked through the gardens in search of the Emperor. After asking several people, he had a vague idea of where Napoleon IX was and he made haste towards it. Garden after garden, waterfall after waterfall, statue after statue, he finally found him. "Your highness." the Chief Minister said to the Emperor. The Emperor was clearly drunk and had a woman in both arms. "HmHm? Cardinal?" the Emperor responded. Cardinal Girardot (the chief minister) continued, "Your highness a civil war has broke out in Peandland." The Emperor looked at him like an illiterate, "I give you permission to do whatever you see fit."
"Yes, thank you your highness." responded Cardinal Girardot before he made his way back to the palace.

20,000 Soldiers is plenty for now, though we would like to make sure they have some riot training as things escalate in the Capital and protest turn into riots, and riots turn into shootings.

Sergeant Klovick sat in the passenger seat of a Humvee his Insas Rifle in hand and metal helmet on his head. He looked over to the driver who turned down a street toward a group of Communist rebels firing at a barracks of soldiers. Gunfire snapped around the vehicle and from an apartment across the street from a barracks forty Rebels fired from windows with AK-74's. Klovick opened his door and jumped out, taking cover behind his vehicle as gunfire tore at him. One of the soldiers from the barracks ran out with a RPG-32 and fired it screaming "Clear backblast!". The rocket zoomed forward and exploded against the apartment, destroying a floor, and starting a fire in the floor above. Klovick grabbed his radio and shouted into it. "Alexander, direct the Foreign Aid here once they arrive, or get them to the center of the city."

Within only a few hours of confirmation, a small flotilla of ships was deployed. One aircraft carrier and several transport ships containing the twenty thousand soldiers and several guillotines(which are regarded as the most humane method of execution in Napoleonic Europa).

In the Kremlin, Ryusian President Vladimir Krischov had prepared to deliver a broadcast message on state TV. He began speaking of the current situation in the nation of the United Tecdo Peandland. The Ryusian president then began by stating that fighting is never the solution to peace. The Ryusian President then begun by saying that the Ryusian military will begin by deploying a small military force of 100 troops to commence a peacekeeping mission within the nation.

Alexander made a statement in response to the arrival of two new nations in the conflict, Ryusia and Kailnin.

"We thank both nation's for their help in this conflict and we hope that we can resolve this without much more bloodshed. I thank Ryusia for the peacekeepers and I thank Kailnin, and I would like them to deploy recon within our nation".

Klovick kicked the door in, firing his rifle into a rebel as he scrambled to jump out of a window. Another rebel in the bathroom leapt out and tried to punch Klovick but was decapitated by The Pale One. The Pale One was the overall leader of internal security in The Kingdom and had decided to join in fighting against the rebels. The Pale One was decked out in kevlar and a white t-shirt with a kevlar helmet and a flashlight attached to the side of it. He gripped a massive sword, like something out of Peandland's medieval age. Klovick heard Alexander's voice talking about the arrival of Foreign armies and grinned, before shaking The Pale One's hand and walking into the hallway.

The transports began to offload thousands of soldiers. All were European, mostly French. They began to load themselves into trucks and motorcycles and heading to the front. Meanwhile the commander of the division was in route to find Alexander. He was in the elaborate, but standard, Napoleonic Era uniform for his rank.

Alexander sat at the table, chewing on a piece of turkey and sipping on red wine. A servant rushed in and told Alexander of the arrival of The Napoleonic Europa Division Commander, and that he wanted to speak with him. Alexander nodded and continued eating and chatting with the Chancellor and his three men.

Northern Border of Peandland

Peandland citizens walk alongside a Ryusian military convoy

Ryusian troops entered through the Peandland border. Immediately they entered a small border town and soon troops had hopped off the trucks to get a few stretches and a little unpacking before they move down south. In command, was Commander Nikolai Verislov, who was a former special forces soldier, was in charge of leading Ryusian forces in Peandland. The first order of business was to secure some parts of the border town, as well as a search for communist, who may disrupt peace within the area. As they move through out the city, many of the citizens came out of their to watch as the battalion of troops surround the city. At that point, many civilians would get the feeling, that they are being invaded.

Ryusian troops would set up a small outpost, as well as checkpoints, which were installed on roads leading into the town. Many units had been set up all across the city. By tomorrow, about a quarter of the troops would move on to the next town or city.
