The RSN Gotterdamureng, one of the largest and most powerful ships in the New World Order's fleet, maintained position over Rognalodso. It was there to keep an eye on the recent Gurrila movement there, where rebels 'wanting freedom for the old earth' continually attacked government officials and buildings. The Gotterdamureng was a few hours from departing back to Ichor Hub, as the movement had seemed to have faced itself out. As the ship was moving away the onboard computers registered a small anomaly in the engine room, milliseconds later a colossal fusion bomb detonated in the primary reactor instantly ripping the vessel and her crew to pieces. Rognalodso was in chaos as debris rained down killing hundreds on the ground. On the island of Britain, several hundred men, women and children gathered around the city of Stockport and raised an old salvaged flag. The stars and sickle.

2 Days after the Gotterdamureng incident

The 'Rebels' had planned a full on assault by the New world order against Britain and had come up with a most genius solution. At 8:43PM an energy shield went up over an area called 'the Wirral' on the Irish Sea coastline, encompassing all of Liverpool, Manchester and Stockport and even some suburbs of Chester and Lancaster. Rebel forces went deep underground and their only vessel, a light attack escort that was heavily modified to be bristling with weapons and armour called 'Liberator of the Free World' was deployed and sent over the ruins of London to coordinate the defence of the area.

The LOTFW departed from London with its special cargo and engaged something rarely seen. A Light refractor, designed to hide itself from both Visible and UV light, whilst also making it almost untraceable.

Outside of the Parliment building (or at least what remained of it) 40 rebels took up arms against the heavy armour that was rolling through Westminster. they held the building for 3 hours, dealing quite severe damage, despite being outgunned and massively outnumbered. None survived the brutal execution that the reich soldiers carried out on the steps of Parliment.

A bomb goes of in a police station, 1,000 people around the city take up arms and start to attack any reich soldier they see. They took control of most of the city in a matter of a few hours.

Reactor 3 of the shield complex is forced to shutdown after a coolant failure.

Officers of the Rebel group were all silent as they had ever been, as if the mighty rich fleet above them could hear them talking in the small vessel. Captain Evans had already been dropped off in the ruins of Inverness, Northern Scotland. And they all knew their mission. Hiding from the Armageddon's sensors they hovered just under its hull, and the tiny vessel's reactor was dumped and fired upon by the rebels, the resulting fusion explosion decimated everything in a 3 kilometre radius instantly vaporising the Liberator of The Free World before the crew could even say their last words.

The city had fallen to the British planted rebels. The city was of very little strategic value, but as it was the original capital of Germany and Hitler's reich it held high morale value. The nearby garrison has fallen and several small fighters have been acquired by the Rebels.
Scouts report an armour division coming from the Polish city of Szczecin en route to Berlin.

London
Most of the ruins were in flames, flamethrowers used by the reich to flush out rebels worked very well, too well. Not a single rebel in London ever came out the city alive, unless they were prisoner of the Reich.

The Wirral
The shield was now loosing power as reactor after reactor shut down due to coolant errors.

A strange construction was being built atop the Plaza building with a small solar collector array being assembled in the nearby bus depot ruins. (OOC- Shield can now be penetrated 5% of the time)

Admiral the 2nd Mechanized Division has almost arrived at Berlin but the garrison has fallen and it appears the rebels have some fighters.Their Shield seems to be slowing its expansion rate as well as its energy rate is falling
Once the Mechanized Division arrives tell them to hold their positions until the Airforce arrives as support and Bomb their main city of operations if not anything we will scare the rebels.

Following the failed negotiations with the Reich, the rebels start to burn down several areas of Berlin and more rebellions occur in Vienna and Stalingrad.

The city lies totally abandoned, not one person is left in the ruins. The armour of the Reich as begun firing upon the shield, weakening it with every bombardment.

Undeterred by the events on earth, many NNWB scientists continue to support the Reich in their ever growing war against the rebels.

The strange construction atop the Plaza building has been compleated, a long silvery metal sish with several aerials coming from its centre. It aims upwards at the general area of the Reich fleet and fires a single shot, blue-purple energy streaks across the upper atmosphere, ploughing into the exact centre of the Armageddon, causing a chain reaction disabling all electrical components and simultaneously deep freezing the hull of the vessel.

The Plaza Device fires repeatedly at the new fleet, hitting a few smaller vessels but after the shield failure over Britain, the device is obliterated by orbital bombardment.

Rebels evacuate the city and scatter themselves in the Alps, hoping to shield themselves from the bombardment, as a last resort they fire six fusion missiles at the leading ships of the fleet.

The NTR ship 'Liberation of Soviet' retractes its main cannon, the weapon test over Moscow was done, they were now ready to attack the fleet.

The 'Liberation of Soviet' fires rapidly at the ships of the fleet, taking down 30% of the fleets total strength before they could open fire on the ship. Eventually the ship does take a direct hit and is destroyed in high earth orbit sending volatile fuel into the atmosphere.
