In order to cross into the territory, you have to go though border control and the Shemlian military has no right to enter the territory without a permit.

I will take any territory inside shemlia, it is the only way, i will eventually come out on top

I will conquer the territory, they are claiming land on the coastline and are near ashton so i will deploy 300,000 troops in ashton 500,000 on the borders and rivers 300,000 in the rebel territory 400,000 around shemlian territory 500,000 on the coastlines ane borders 1,000,000 reserved. Surround most of shemlia with 500,000 boats, and submarines, i will build 500,000 tanks 1,000,000 grenades, 200,000 guns 50,000 bombs 100,000 planes, 75,000 underground troops and 25,000 military bases

The STO annexes another rebel town and valley, which is also the end of STO expansion.
Swindenland ends talks with rebels and offically leaves this civil war.
The STO (Swindenlandean Occupied Territory) will soon be tranformed into the Swindenlandean East-Shemlian Protectorate with its capital in Shaq.
Note that the STO already isn't a part of shemlia anymore.
For now we will intoduce free education and healthcare, a stationary and automated defence system, railways, meteorological stations, powerplants and build factories in our Occupied Territory. Afterwards we'll start promoting the Swindenlandean culture and introduce trilingualism (Shemlian, German and French). 5/6 of our military is stationed here, but now we will also move our AM-Defence system and 35 ICBMs to the STO.

There's no reason for agression, plus I have to remind you that there are still parts of your country occupied by rebels, I pose no threat, unless you attack me, which is a bad idea due to Mutually Assured Destruction. Let's talk this through, you should use diplomatics.

Chernobiliya's recent purge has been temporarily stopped, as their greatest enemy, the Monolith, needed to be used to help the old Shemlian government.
They transport them in planes and notify the Shemlians of their arrival.

The STO is transformed into the Swindenlandean East-Shemlian Protectorate (SeSP) and becomes an dependent territory/republic of Swindenland. The SeSP is herewith offically an seperate country with full sovereignity shared by Swindenland.

The Protectorate will now get full economic help (building large projects, motorways, airports, factories, stadiums etc.), presidential, parliamentary and local elections are held. The capital city Shaq will receive a highly advanced missile silo centre. More than 2250 Autonomous drones watch over the territory, while the SWL military slowly goes home.

I'm happy to say that many refugees that fled to SWL returned to Shemlia, although most of them rather stay at the SeSP.

Although the Most Serene Republic of Stratarin has decided not to expend resources and damage economy at present by becoming a military presence in the war, General Secretary Drugov officially condemns the Republic of Shemlia and recognizes the legitimacy of the Great Rebel Alliance.

The Swindenlandean parliament approved to send 45 high-tech tanks, 50 artillery canons and 25 military helicopters to the Shemlian military, if the Shmelians need any help in their capital they can request for our full help, we have fresh soldiers.
Meanwhile 1.5 Billion Marks of additional economic aid (in form of investment) go to the SeSP (Swindenlandean East-Shemlian Protectorate).
Our government also sent 35 Million Marks of economic and 80 Million Marks of Humanitarian aid to the Shemlian

Swindenland reentered the war with a full scale surprise attack on Rebel territory. With air, space and water supremacy we occupied 2 major rebel held cities. All occupied territories are put under SOT (Swindenlandean Occupied Territories), the Swindenlandean military now bombards rebel territories and is moving towards the Shemlian capital city.

Diplomatic talks have been reopened in Brulix between the SWL, GRA, other moderate rebel factions and we hope to continue peace talks with the SML government in oder to end this civil war.

Shemlia have won a major battle and the rebels look almost shattered, 2/5 of rebel soldiers have died and shemlia won without that many soldiers dying, shemlia can re conquer the land and shemlia will benefit from the war.
