Gran Russia's Foreign Secretriat has formally decided to provide aid to the Government of Shemlia and any asylum seeking operations, while remaining militarily neutral. Peacekeeping forces may enter the capital city of Ashton if tension arouses. We will also begin air strikes if the rebels begin to retaliate.

Swindenlandean parliament decided alongside the foreign ministry to halt military operations. Only a few more towns and natural entities have been occupied, but now we don't want to take rebel territory anymore. We will accept anyone fleeing from the government or from rebels to SOT or Swindenland. We are now focused on diplomatic talks with rebels and the STO (Swindenlandean Occupied Territory) is now practically an dependent sovereign protectorate held by Swindenland but claimed by Shemlia.

The STO (Swindenlandean Occupied Territory) will now elect its own council with universal suffrage and full political freedom alongside the rule of law. The STO is now getting prepared and equipped with anti-offensive military equipment, it's receiving economic aid, business opportunities, volunteers, free school for all and cultural heritage is protected. Swindenlandean introversion is promoted. People here are going back to work and the joint STO-Shemlian and Swindenlandean police force keep the Territory safe.

In order to cross into the territory, you have to go though border control and the Shemlian military has no right to enter the territory without a permit.

The STO is transformed into the Swindenlandean East-Shemlian Protectorate (SeSP) and becomes an dependent territory/republic of Swindenland. The SeSP is herewith offically an seperate country with full sovereignity shared by Swindenland.

The Protectorate will now get full economic help (building large projects, motorways, airports, factories, stadiums etc.), presidential, parliamentary and local elections are held. The capital city Shaq will receive a highly advanced missile silo centre. More than 2250 Autonomous drones watch over the territory, while the SWL military slowly goes home.

I'm happy to say that many refugees that fled to SWL returned to Shemlia, although most of them rather stay at the SeSP.

Although the Most Serene Republic of Stratarin has decided not to expend resources and damage economy at present by becoming a military presence in the war, General Secretary Drugov officially condemns the Republic of Shemlia and recognizes the legitimacy of the Great Rebel Alliance.

The Swindenlandean parliament approved to send 45 high-tech tanks, 50 artillery canons and 25 military helicopters to the Shemlian military, if the Shmelians need any help in their capital they can request for our full help, we have fresh soldiers.
Meanwhile 1.5 Billion Marks of additional economic aid (in form of investment) go to the SeSP (Swindenlandean East-Shemlian Protectorate).
Our government also sent 35 Million Marks of economic and 80 Million Marks of Humanitarian aid to the Shemlian

Swindenland reentered the war with a full scale surprise attack on Rebel territory. With air, space and water supremacy we occupied 2 major rebel held cities. All occupied territories are put under SOT (Swindenlandean Occupied Territories), the Swindenlandean military now bombards rebel territories and is moving towards the Shemlian capital city.

Diplomatic talks have been reopened in Brulix between the SWL, GRA, other moderate rebel factions and we hope to continue peace talks with the SML government in oder to end this civil war.
