IC won't be up until the Swedish Civil War finishes, which depending on Sweden and Wasabiton's reaction to my post will either be today or tomorrow minuim

The Atlantic is neutral, but not Switzerland neutral (It is prepared and willing to fight, whenever it finds a faction that benefits its economy the most, and has the best cause, rather than Switzerland which will never fight unless attacked)
