The main Njengi rightist opposition to Hlayambinda is in the form of the EP (Njengi military veterans, militia and the like, opposing him militarily), and the PNP (Njengi secessionists who aren't opposing Hlayambinda militarily, but instead hope to defeat him in the eventual national elections and take power democratically).

The PPP are also made up Njengi moderates and traditionalists, and have disagreements with Hlayambinda, but they still support him in that they are part of the multiparty interim Coalition Government.

You can smuggle in military aid and military trainers to the EP.

You can either politically support or try illegally provide foreign funds to the PNP or PPP (either of whom can refuse these funds).

After much debate within the Greater Markion Alliance of Nations (OOC: done mostly between me, myself, and I), a plan has been drafted to facilitate the entry of Nchiyamengian students into the GMAN cross-borders school system. The plan rounds down to include statements that Nchiyamengian college students will be able to directly apply for university in GMAN nations as if they were living in a GMAN nation, and therefore are subject to the standard processes for such an exchange:

- Students will be subject to the standard application and tuition processes of the universities they attend, including whether or not their tuition is covered at said university.

- Students will be given automatic visas for the length of their course, but their host nation retains their normal abilities to withdraw visas without giving reason. Cost of airfare will not be covered.

- Students will be subject to any and all municipal, provincial, and federal taxes in their host nations should they choose to find work during their stay.

- GMAN nations will keep a tally of the expenditures on foreign students from Nchiyamengi, and will expect Nchiyamengi to pay the debt at a later date. Nchiyamengi is also expected to give corporations from GMAN nations preferable treatment in negotiating economic deals.

Further statements have been made specifically by The Green Union regarding Nchiyamengian students choosing to study in her universities. Some statements strike out the statements for Nchiyamengian students in GMAN nations at large, while others build on them:

- Students will be covered by the same Green Union education laws as Green Union citizens. This means their tuition, on-campus housing, and on-campus eating costs will be covered should they be accepted.

- Basic travel costs including two way airfare will be covered.

- Students will only be subject to taxes on purchases and income made in The Green Union.

- Green Union universities will offer temporary jobs to 134 pre chosen Nchiyamengian university professors, primarily medical school and teacher’s college professors currently unable to practice their profession due to post-conflict complications in their home country. Professors will be offered jobs to teach by the Nchiyamengian curriculum. Nchiyamengian students will be given access to speed courses in learning English, French, or German.

- Reaffirming previous promises made to travelers in The Green Union, no visas will be suspended without a clear reason being given beforehand.

- The Green Union will not expect debt be paid for foreign students in her universities, and will instead ask for a Nchiyamengian endorsement of the fair trade Grünwald Trade Bloc, allowing trade bloc companies to be formed in Nchiyamengi.

In terms of accepting the terms of the Grünwald Trade Bloc, we are happy to temporarily agree to join this trade bloc. It is the opinion of the leadership and our legal experts that the full confirmation of accepting joining this trade bloc will have to await a vote by an elected legislature, along with the final acceptance of a constitution and other formal legal matters. This will add democratic legitimacy to these actions.

We are willing to temporarily sign up to this agreement however, in the interest of ensuring greater trade and strengthening the friendship between our great nations.
