Currently, the game is set in the Colonial Era. This means that the world is very much still developing. Weapons such as tanks and helicopters do not exist. The latest technologies in the Era include weapons more like gunpowder muskets. Ships are the most common form of moving around in the world of Aylara.
We will the previous starting map from the previous incarnation of this to start this gameplay. Please telegram Mappalandia if you wish to keep your current starting position or wish to change anything. This includes the locations of your three starting cities. The starting map can be viewed from the same dispatch which explains the mechanics of the game.
All active members from the last game will be automatically placed into this game. New members of the region are encouraged to join up in the new game. The map can be extended or another can be provided to accommodate everyone. If anyone wishes to stop playing, telegram Mappalandia and your position on the map will be voided.

Way of the Orange: 20% stronger when defending in own territory.
Explorers of Lands: 30% stronger in battles in territories nobody owns.
Great Expanders: Gets to place a fourth city in the beginning.
Powerful Conquerors: Gets extra 1 musketman regiment when conquering a city.
Wise Traders: Can trade in any trade center, no matter how far away.
Church Affinity: Enemy revolt strength 50% lower.
Holy Sites: Can place Holy sites which act as small cities. (Holy sites produce 10 gold and 5 manpower. They cannot build anything, but revolts can still happen in holy sites. It costs 500 gold and 200 manpower and 100 BM to create a holy site)
Religious Zeal: +10% army strength when fighting against a nation which is occupying at least one of your cities.
Absolutism: Stability is not affected by conquering cities.
Great Sailsmen: Starts with 2 Galleys and 1 Transport.
Cheap Construction: Maintenance for units 40% less. Army strength 20% less.
Good Enough: Maintenance for units 80% less. Army strength 50% less.
No Comment: Maintenance for units 100% less. Army strength 80% less.
Quality Equipment: Maintenance for units 50% more. Army strength 25% more.
Speed is Key!: All cavalry-type units gain +20% attack. All Cannon-type units loose 10% attack.
Please select three bonuses for your application. More bonuses could eventually be added later. You are free to change any of your application before the gameplay starts.
New players are to request their starting positions on the map by telegraming Mappalandia. If your starting claim is declared as greedy by the map admin then you could be entitled to a penalty in the gameplay.
