Name of applicant: Sky Commander Djastom Vec

Biography: To be candid, very little out of the ordinary can be said of Djastom Vec's personal history. Like all others born native to the Hadron Corps, he was raised a patriot to the Corps, and furthermore turned out to be no less than a natural child of the clouds. Boundless in his bravery (and charismatic bravado), he leapt at the chance to enlist as a soldier proper when he came of age, joining a Vulture squadron the moment he left Altus Academy and swiftly earning a name for himself as a pilot prodigy.

Gear: Djastom pilots a heavily customized Screech Vulture, a vehicle capable of swiftly transforming between a ground-attack VTOL jet and a flight-capable assault mech. Among the weapons and devices wielded by this formidable machine are:
  • 2x Deadfeather Rotary Autocannons with 60 seconds of firing time per gun - Basically two stubbier Avengers, these guns deliver beastly amounts of blinding plasmophoric brrrt at relentless rates of fire.
  • 16x Vision Flare ASMs - Heavy anti-armor air-to-ground missiles, each capable of liquefying a heavy tank in their plasmatic explosions.
  • 64x Scathe Guided Rockets in 2x rocket pods - Devastating antipersonnel munitions with a tendency to leave behind burning sheets of incandescine. Like Napalm, but better.
  • 2x Sunshear Hadron Cannons - Particle beam weapons that fire quasineutral streams of subatomic particles (not all of which are actually hadrons) that are remarkably efficacious at vaporizing and/or turning to plate glass everything they touch.
  • 2x Talon of Ra Hadron Claws - Alternatively, the Hadron Cannons can transform into these apparatuses mounted on the hands of the mech, being claw-like mechanisms that saturate everything they contact with various highly energetic particles and electromagnetic waves in what might be called a "brutal death soup".
  • 1x Troposphere Electrokinetic Shield - A quasienergetic force barrier effective at blocking fermionic matter, but conversely permeable to light-based weaponry.

Abilities: Djastom is an exceptionally skilled pilot of his Vulture, which in turn is quite diverse in its capabilities. Above all, it is an offense-oriented craft that relies on unleashing ungodly amounts of dakka on a target until it stops moving, using its two available modes to facilitate this doctrine. As a ground-attack jet plane, it is capable of reasonably swift and agile forward flight, as well as sustained VTOL with omnidirectional movement capabilities. As a mech, it is likewise fairly responsive and quick, to the point of emulating a well-trained human in movement.

Advantages: As before mentioned, the Vulture is at its strongest when attempting to annihilate everything within its forward line of sight. Moreover, Djastom is well-versed in pushing his craft to the limits of its performance margins, resulting in some truly impressive maneuvering .

Disadvantages: Chief among the Vulture's design weaknesses is defense. While it is relatively well-armored as far as attack jets are concerned, that's not saying a whole lot in the grand scheme of things; its physical armor can withstand sustained fire from small vehicular weapons and not a lot more. Most of its protective capability is centered around its Troposphere EKS, which while quite capable is nevertheless power-intensive. Against a particularly potent attack, power from some cover angles may need to be redirected elsewhere, leaving those angles open to surprise attacks. Moreover, it is largely incapable of defending against photonic attacks.

Compounding this is the fact that, in both of its modes, the Vulture is only moderately fast, although Djastom's piloting abilities do rather make up for this in being able to haul the Vulture's bulk around with remarkable celerity. Nevertheless, its relative vulnerability to enemy retaliation leaves it weak to opponents able to withstand its initial onslaughts.

And finally, on the subject of its pilot himself, Djastom is unquestionably the picture of a hotshot maverick flyboy. Though otherwise a friendly and good-natured fellow, incredible amounts of cocky overconfidence, egotism, and a propensity to show off have stymied his rise through the ranks more often than any other factor. Invariably he will behave rashly and recklessly in any fight he enters, and a canny opponent will deliberately present themselves in a way prone to underestimation to take advantage of this.

Melee rating: 7/10 - Giant death claws count for something, but they're all the Vulture has, and at melee ranges the EKS is much easier to circumvent.
Ranged rating: 10/10 - No such thing as enuff dakka, but this thing comes real damn close.
Defence rating: 6/10 - The EKS is the only major defensive system present, and it can be circumvented or even brute-forced through.
Agility rating: 7/10 - Middling in terms of aircraft speed and maneuverability.
Intelligence rating: 7/10 - Though hardly a mastermind of the field, Djastom in concert with his onboard systems has a surprisingly good head for tactics.
Expertise rating: 9/10 - He has consistently shown himself to be one of the most skilled Vulture pilots in the vehicle's operational history.
Endurance rating: 10/10 - The Vulture's Cirrus reactor provides a virtually unlimited source of energy for all onboard systems.
Stealth rating: 0/10 - This fucking thing is more flamboyantly ostentatious than a gay-pride parade.
Psi rating: 6/10 - Though it has no offensive synedetic capabilities, the Vulture's cockpit is hardened against psychic incursion. Combined with Djastom's deadzone neural implant and psy-warfare training, he is very well defended against mind-to-mind attacks.
Environment rating: 6/10 - Battlescape engineering is generally too roundabout for Djastom's combat tastes. However, his Scathe rockets provide a particularly effective method of area denial by saturating the space around detonation with incandescine, a particulate compound that leaves lingering clouds of hazardous plasma.
Overall challenge rating: 6.8/10 - Battles against him tend to be swift and decisive.

Biography: Ushe Ai Tochue was born, as the vast majority of all Novalunar citizens are, through the Zygotic Reserve Program in the Exclave, and later came under the guardianship of a group of military personnel from XCL-I GEB "SkyFortress". Influenced by his family-cum-community and equipped with all the right characteristics--determination, a sharp mind for tactics, and a strong sense of duty to protect--he decided to head into the security services himself, training at several military academies and facilities and rising through the ranks as a respected and admired combatant and leader. Wishing to influence future generations as his forebears did him, he became a combat command instructor at SkyFortress, during which he took under his wing a young and green Trechil To Quiai, later to be known as Nova Black.

Ushe never considered himself a man of much ideological conviction. When the civil war erupted between the Luminarists and Volitionists, at first he opted to keep his distance, disgusted at how it so tore apart Novaluna's once tight-knit security establishment and set them against each other. It was Nova who convinced him at last to join the fight, alongside herself on the side of the Volitionists. Though he cared not for their ideological bombast, the basic tenets for which they stood impressed him as worth fighting for. And as one of the Volitionists' most formidable soldiers, fight he did.

Abilities: Beyond his powerful, but otherwise not particularly special weapons and power armor, Ushe's prototype PCVFS utilizes nascent, cutting-edge psionic technology to incredible defensive effect; Ushe himself was the test bed for the first iteration of this potentially revolutionary technology, and for every prototype version from that point on. As the articulated foci allow small sections of the shield to "flicker" on and off in time with his weapons, he can fire them while simultaneously using his shielding, the only sacrifice being an opening so small and brief it is negligible. The foci also allow him to control field strength in different areas and redirect power as needed when facing particularly powerful attacks, though by default it is a full-coverage sphere. Outside of immediate engagement, it shuts off to save power; this is not ordinarily a problem, as his CCS is fast enough to detect imminent threats and reactivate the shield before they pose any threat of slipping past.

Name of applicant: Lord Song Hyun Woo / Lord
Biography: Lord Song Hyun Woo, or simply called Lord (real name unknown), was born in a tropical nation somewhere in Asia, and has been fighting for good since he was a teenager when he awakened his electrokinesis ability and became a teen-superhero (or a mutant superhero) along with his friend, Maung (later known as Cheonsa). As he grew up older, he developed his ability and gained various abilities after isolated from the outer world for years, training with many teachers throughout the world. Many years later, he, along with Cheonsa, involved in a great war namely World War III. After the war ended, he became the right-hand of Cheonsa and helped him rule Amenria. Sometimes later, he thought Cheonsa has gone too far and Lord has his own belief on ruling humanity. Lord and Cheonsa argued a lot, and even battled in which ended in a stalemate. Lord left him and disappeared, only to be known that he became an assassin, killing whom he thought sinful. Just before he tried to slain the last evil person on earth, he failed on his mission and killed, buried deep inside earth's soil. Seeing his noble mission for humanity and the world, God gave him a second chance, by resurrecting him, and gave him a miracle by making his body more superior, in the same level as Cheonsa. Later, he came back to life, and went back home, landed in one of Amenria's land and built his own nation. Later, he became the leader of that nation itself. Now, he decided to join this multiversal tournament to test his own ability after years and prove his dignity to fighters from different worlds.
Gear:
  • Cheoljido, or Shichishito, a near-indestructible, gold coloured ring made of divine energy. It's a god-like weapon as it's powerful enough to create a pocket dimension, teleportation, nigh-absolute control of time and space, as well as reality manipulation. This weapon can only be used by Lord, as he is the only one permitted by God to use it . Can be summoned and un-summoned at will.
  • Gakgung, a near-indestructible, white coloured pair of longbow and an arrow made of divine energy. It's a large bow without string. The arrows are generated from the solidified aura of his. With each shot, the arrow dissipates into pure, white-colored energy. The arrow is powerful enough to destroy a small city, and a large city in it's full power. Can be summoned and unsummoned at will.

Abilities:
  • Celestial Physiology : As he was bestowed a miracle by God, his physiology respectively became superhuman. He is also immune to human diseases and toxins.
  • Energy Manipulation : He's able to create, shape and manipulate (almost all form of) energy. This manipulation made him able to control everything in his surroundings, such as electricity, aura, gravity, magnetic fields, atoms, and more.
  • Flash Step : He's able to perform a burst of speed that allows him to move so fast it appears as if he had teleported, and is able to maneuver at the high speeds accurately and does not cause any shock or disturbance to the surface he stop on.
  • Flight* : He's able to fly by harnessing the gravitation/magnetic fields using his energy manipulation ability
  • Regenerative Healing Factor : The Lord can rapidly regenerate. In other words, he's able to recreate lost or damaged tissues, organs and limbs, sometimes slowing, or even stop aging (but he decided to suppress this ability as it can be seen he's still aging)

Advantages: He's extremely fast; able to move at a light of speed, and is capable of being stealth to counter his weakness as an archer. He also has an incredible amount of stamina and energy.
He also excels on marksmanship. And is an expert on medium to long-range combat. Lord is renowned for having the best detection skills, even greater than the best marksman in Ascion (namely Naro, the best sniper in Ascion currently participating in a battle royale competition),he's also able to detect the enemy's presence from miles away and attack them with great accuracy and power from large distances.
He is also known for his excellent vision, as he was able to accurately shoot and kill a man from at least several kilometers away in one shot.

He also has a relatively low endurance (but still 5~10 times higher than the strongest athlete in the world), making him easily exhausted after a long fight (a 20 minute or longer fight). But again, this is countered, by using his ability to regenerate his stamina although it needs around 5 minutes to get his stamina full again.

Biography:
One of the most dangerous individuals in a dangerous group full of them, this "13-year-old" "young man" is best summarized as a "rocket scientist one-man army". Through poisonous gas clouds in chemical weapons labs and chaotic spacecraft battles, to shady missions alongside Curatory agents in rundown ghettos and maximum security prisons, he is within the elite cadre of the Order of the Skull and a veteran of many battles. He is not without ambition however, his previous instance of desertion to build up his own power base having been stopped and earned him the suspicion of the Order's Grand Master Helios APOLLO.

In the present, though somewhat distrusted, S.S. is simultaneously a Knight Captain, an advisor to the Grand Master in strategic and administrative matters, as well as the co-leader of the Patrinavis PRIMALIS project along with the Order's chief R&D department head, Z. As he has served the Order "loyally" after his rehabilitation and is generally its greatest asset/most dangerous weapon, it remains to be seen what the future for the Order in general and him in particular will be.

Gear:
A wide variety of blades, lots of ammunition for his many firearms, explosives and potions, all carried by his Lifewave (optimized for military use) along with an assortment of other weapons for different environments.

His tentacles, which aren't usually there, can also be used for combat. That we can talk about another day, as 99% of the time he will not touch these in battle.

Trusty cigarette is also technically an "explosion shooter".

Abilities:
S.S. has always been something of a contradiction. He is said to be gifted in all aspects of magic, and it shows in training, yet he almost virtually never applies any of it - not even small-scale tricks - in actual combat. He more than compensates for this stubborn refusal to apply magic with his physicality and relative cunning.

Perhaps the most dangerous in his skill set is his ability to play mind games with his target while engaged in combat: rigorous training and his participation in many varieties of situations have allowed him to attain a lightning-speed reflex response against movements by his opponents - attempts to read or expect his next movements - cybernetics- and psychics-assisted or otherwise - are therefore counterproductive.

This individual also does not avoid subterfuge if it means quick victory. It is hard to expect any movement from him, however, "dirty tricks" that at best significantly hamper movements are to be expected.

When not necessary (which is to say most of the time), he does not chat with his opponent.

Advantages:
A weapon of mass destruction full of surprises, with ample experience, an agility that shames the fastest jet fighters and the intellect of memetic genii, S.S. is the "ideal war machine", in the word of his superiors.

Disadvantages:
This "ideal war machine" is however not without imperfections. Namely: his calculations (contrary to the belief of some) are not infallible. As well, his unpredictability, while disorienting, can be faced with unpredictability.

Melee rating: 10/10
From a clan with a long line of trained swordsmen, S.S. is proficient in handling many blades. He can fight with his fists just as well, however, and perhaps deal much more destructive blows with his bare hands. If push comes to shove, he can weaponize objects in the vicinity and use them for the kill, such as a cleaver, or even a spoon.

Ranged rating: 10/10
That is not to say he's unable to conduct warfare from long range - far from it. His familiarity with weapons extends to firearms, and it is not for nothing that he's earned the reputation of a literal "headhunter". He is not limited simply to straightforward firearms either: when creative, just about anything can be his projectile.

Defence rating: 9.75/10
He doesn't normally wear armor. This is made up for by his many methods to block small and medium projectiles, or even turn them against his target(s). This includes of a certain "dancing with bullets" technique of his, but mostly bullet-slashing (weapons to handle energy projectiles are available). Part of his static defense is a military-grade force field.

Agility rating: 10/10
At worst, fast enough to back-stab. Or fake back-stabbing. Quick enough to leave after-images resembling the real thing even when he's "elsewhere". (Or is he?) Reaction speed in a matter of fractions of a second.

Intelligence rating: 10/10
Sharply perceptive, and a quick learner. Can devise solutions and traps while still engaged in combat. His brute strength is perhaps not as frequently employed as his head.

Expertise rating: 10/10
Fighting wars has been his job as long as he can remember, and he even trains frequently for it when theoretically "free". In a way, he eats war for all of the day's meals (when he does eat anything).

Endurance rating: 10/10
Can fight for extended periods without suffering much attrition - if at all. Is known to have survived large explosions (while in close proximity) relatively unscathed. Capable of dishing out wars of attrition likely to exhaust his enemies first.

Stealth rating: 9.75/10
Stealth while being over 2-meter tall is difficult... but he manages, surprisingly, to the frustration of those who have to face him or hunt him down.

That is not to say he's unable to conduct warfare from long range - far from it. His familiarity with weapons extends to firearms, and it is not for nothing that he's earned the reputation of a literal "headhunter". Sharply perceptive, and a quick learner. Can devise solutions and traps while still engaged in combat. His brute strength is perhaps not as frequently employed as his head.

Can fight for extended periods without suffering much attrition - if at all. Is known to have survived large explosions (while in close proximity) relatively unscathed. Capable of dishing out wars of attrition likely to exhaust his enemies first.

Stealth while being over 2-meter tall is difficult... but he manages, surprisingly, to the frustration of those who have to face him or hunt him down.

His power is so great that nobles, and even the leaders of Anodian tribe (from another dimension) acknowledge his strength and grow excited at the thought of challenging him. He's said to be the second incarnation of Maori god of volcanoes, Ruamoko, for having a tremendous strength, and various abilities which seem impossible for a normal human to have. He has tattooes over his bodies, symbolising the strength of the house of Ruamoko, as the tattooes are used to cover each scars Mikaere got from a fight (and this also applies to other members of the house). Mikaere believes in strength gained by oneself through training rather than acquired by other means. He is extremely loyal to Lord and most of the times he focuses on training.

  • Combat Specialist : Mikaere has an encyclopedic knowledge in hand-to-hand fighting styles; therefore understanding and analyzing opponents style of combat and flaws in the opponent's attack and defense.   • Concussive Force* (generated from Supernatural Condition) : Mikaere is able to deliver impact of concussive force, whether directly or remotely, which can knock the target back and cause internal and external damage.
  • Regenerative Healing Factor* (generated from Supernatural Condition) : Mikaere can regenerate in a speed higher than normal human (it would take 30-40 minute to regenerate a lost limb). In other words, he's able recreate lost or damaged tissues, organs and limbs, sometimes slowing, or even stop aging. Although, his regeneration speed is far below Lord's.
  • Geokinesis : Mikaere has the ability to manipulate earth and rock in all their various forms.
  • Aura Manipulation : As the strongest Head Noble, Mikaere possesses an immense amount of spiritual energy (aura).
    In his highest state/godly state :
  • Volcanic Fields Creation : Mikaere can create, shape and manipulate the volcanic fields and areas of volcanic activity and everything surrounding him, including all the aspects of the volcano, from the purely physical ones and also mythical/conceptual ones.
Advantages: Mikaere is an excel in close-combat. Having trained for years in the harsh environment of Mt. Taupo in Zealandia, he gained various abilities and learned some fighting techniques from his mentor, or the first incarnation of Ruamoko; Tama Ruamoko.
As he's able to analyze the opponent's weakness, it would be easy for him to knock his opponent (almost permanently) just by hitting one vital area.
Mikaere is not without a great defense--he's able to withstand a great explosion by using rocks to defend, or solely his hands. It's hard enough to pierce his body to pieces, as his body is as strong as a rock, even the strongest man-made sword would only give him a really small cut, which is not hurting him at all. Simply, he's as tank as it gets.
He could transform into a godly state, by using a secret technique of what he call, "The Blessing of God". By reciting an oath, his strength, abilities and basically his body transform to a state far beyond his limits, making him able to control magma and volcanoes by having a great energy. This also made him far more stronger than his normal state (obviously).
Disadvantages:
Mikaere is not immortal. He's still a normal human, only with greater abilities in some aspects and higher physical limits.
His godly state is not without a cost. It needs a great amount of stamina and aura to be used. Also, a long-time use of the godly state would drain his stamina and aura quickly if not used carefully, which means, this ability is somewhat temporary--but most of the time, he always try to finish his fight as fast as possible while being in his godly state.
Due to having a large body, he can easily noticed even though he's moving in a near-supersonic speed. Also, being in a godly state means he's literally a walking volcano, and it's hard to not to miss him.

Biography: B43 was born in 2040. Like all Supreme Authority Slayers, he is a product of selective breeding, his mother selected by an impersonal algorithm to be impregnated with banked Slayer sperm. Taken from infancy for a lifetime of training and war, he excelled from nearly the very beginning of his life, and was particularly noticed for his first kill at the tender age of four (during a scheduled wrestling match). His body took to the augmentations more readily than most, and he was inducted into Alpha-1/Overseer's Shadow at 18.

He served with distinction during the first six years of his career; a living weapon wholly devoted, body and soul, to the Supreme Authority, the Overseer, and its noble cause of multiversal tyranny. At 28 years of age, he was selected to be a member of the inaugural group of Bookkeepers; exceptional Slayers who were subjected to the tenshification process initially developed by Kyoki Chudoku. Like all Bookkeepers, his training and Slayer augmentations permitted a substantially more potent tenshification than possible for baseline humans, granting him magical abilities on par with the best of Aozora's tenshi (though magically inferior to her Densestu or Aozora herself). During his two years with the Kyoki Chudoku no Guntai, his power manifested through the control and manipulation of electromagnetism. He quickly became able to perform such feats as conjuring lightning from thin air, or frying electronics with but a glance. Even in mundane combat, he learned to channel additional voltage into the actuators and servos of his power armor, granting him short bursts of performance beyond even the average Slayer's formidable abilities.

B43 has recently returned from an above top-secret mission. Though its effects are as of yet unknown, the Overseer Council is confident that d*m*cr*cies everywhere will tremble. Seeking to remind the multiverse of the Supreme Authority's awesome military might and unshakeable resolve, O-5 decided to enter B43 into the Proving Grounds.

To him, warfare comes as naturally as breathing, and he carries an effective and versatile loadout. His magic provides him with a variety of paranormal abilities, any one of which can serve as a critical edge.
Disadvantages: Although B43 represents the pinnacle of Supreme Authority's military and technological achievements, these achievements are firmly early-PMT. He also suffers from mental inflexibility, an inevitable product of the brainwashing and propaganda that pervades every element of Supreme Authority society, which even his Chudokuren trainers could not completely fix. In addition, some of his magical abilities are most effective in a squad rather than for himself as a lone combatant, and he will be unable to benefit from the extensive network-centric warfare capabilities provided by his armor and brain-computer interface.
Melee rating: 4/10 - his armor provides excellent protection against most conventional melee weapons. However, his chainsword would likely struggle versus equally well-protected enemies, requiring B43 to target weak spots.

Agility rating: 4/10 - somewhat more agile than MT special forces thanks to brain-linked armor and training, and capable of armor-assisted sustained running at 32 km/hr, but not otherwise exceptional. Out of armor, probably at the level of a modern Olympic gymnast.
Intelligence rating: 7/10 - has been reared since infancy as an ultra-elite soldier, which has substantially honed his mind. His tenshi training has boosted his mental abilities beyond most Slayers. However, he is also the product of a lifetime of indoctrination and brainwashing; traits which hold B43 back from utilizing his mind to its fullest potential.
Expertise rating: 9/10 - growing up with weapons and technical objects/situations has granted him a truly intuitive level of expertise.
Endurance rating: 8/10 - his Brain-Computer Interface and stimulant injectors allow him to remain awake and alert for nearly 48 hours of continuous fighting, and his twin hearts, oxicytes and powered armor grant him superhuman levels of endurance. However, he cannot safely utilize his magic for extended periods of time without risking tenshi burn.
Stealth rating: 3/10 - while highly trained and very skilled in stealth and infiltration, and his suit has a rudimentary active camoflauge layer (computer-controlled color-changing patches which attempt to blend into surroundings), any supersoldier in powered armor will be relatively easy to spot.
Psi rating: 2/10 - unlike some of his fellow Bookkeepers, B43 has consistently been unable to exert any parapsychological activity. However, a lifetime of brutal physical and mental conditioning, along with his fanatical indoctrination, would be expected to grant him at least some measure of resilience against psionic attacks.
Environment rating: 4/10 - although an exceptionally experienced soldier, his mental rigidity will hinder his ability to conceive of new tactics on the battlefield.

Like all Bookkeepers, his training and Slayer augmentations permitted a substantially more potent tenshification than possible for baseline humans, granting him magical abilities on par with the best of Aozora's tenshi (though magically inferior to her Densestu or Aozora herself). During his two years with the Kyoki Chudoku no Guntai, his power manifested through the control and manipulation of electromagnetism. He quickly became able to perform such feats as conjuring lightning from thin air, or frying electronics with but a glance. Even in mundane combat, he learned to channel additional voltage into the actuators and servos of his power armor, granting him short bursts of performance beyond even the average Slayer's formidable abilities.

B43 has recently returned from an above top-secret mission. Though its effects are as of yet unknown, the Overseer Council is confident that d*m*cr*cies everywhere will tremble. Seeking to remind the multiverse of the Supreme Authority's awesome military might and unshakeable resolve, O-5 decided to enter B43 into the Proving Grounds.
