Harbrook, Norcourt

The first wave had charged! 400 men, sent over the top to gain a foothold in the outskirts, rushed the positions of the Covenant, grenades were being tossed continuously, since new tactics had been adopted that proved useful. Using objects for cover, and using prone and crouching positions, proved much useful when combined with Light Machine Guns. The unexpecting Covenant forces, took to their rifles, and began firing- but it was too late, and the Norcourtians had captured the trench. The rebels were captured, and were sent to prisons, where they would seen be executed. The Norcourtians now had a great vantage point, a hill upon which the entire west of the town was visible, and Covenant positions exposed. Shortly, this rebellion would be destroyed.

I see that your horribly unhealthy and very annoying obsession with:
1. Continuously posting OOC in IC

and

2. Showing off and telling your enemies of how your forces are superior in every way in the current situation, oh, how so very predictable.

Top Secret Panzer Testing Grounds, TeknoRepublika
With the new land that TeknoRepublika gave Wargloria access to so to test it's war machines, Wargloria has decided to test it's newest breed of Panzers: The Panzer III Medium Tank, and the Panzer IV Heavy Tank. What was so good about them is that they were their very first turret tanks, they will soon replace the other Panzer Is and IIs. Though the Manticorans supposedly had the superiority (hard to ignore with all their propaganda and bragging), Warglorian engineers were working every hour of everyday to try and create better weaponry.

Stats of Tanks:

Panzer III:
Image
Name: Panzerkampfwagen III Medium Turret Vehicle/Tank
Designers: Unknown
Primary Armament: 75 mm
Secondary Armament(s): 3 Machine guns (2 front, 1 back)
Crew Capacity: 6
Speed: 40 km/h
Armour thickness: 20 mm, Steel
Basic Info: The Panzerkampwagen III MTV, or simply Panzer III is the first Warglorian tank to use a turret. Made as a medium tank, it can be used as both an MBT, and an infantry support vehicle, because of it's many more machine guns.

Panzer IV:
Image
Name: Panzerkampfwagen IV Heavy Turret Vehicle/Tank
Designers: Unknown
Primary Armament: 75 mm Gun or 105 mm Howitzer
Secondary Armament(s): 3 Machine guns (1 in turret, 1 in own turret on front, and another with it's own turret on the back), 37 mm gun (right beside 75 mm gun)
Crew Capacity: 6
Speed: 25 km/h
Armour Thickness: 30 mm, Steel
Basic Info: The Panzerkampwagen IV HTV, or Panzer IV, was shortly introduced after the creation of the Panzer III. Unlike it's lighter counterpart, the Panzer IV sacrifices speed for heavier armour and packs much more firepower then the Panzer III, packing both a 75 mm and 37 mm gun. It can also be fitted with a deadly 105 mm howitzer, which could also make it a deadly siege weapon.

Darbov Village
Araebhum, Vale of Babalon

January 13th, 1896

Hooves thundered. Rifles cracked. Men yelled and horses shrieked like broken gulls on the shores of hell.

It was, in the end, a bloody Babalon morning. Ululating whoops rang from the Morvern vanguard as the Arengian line retired in disarray. Quickly, the tromp and clamor of Imperial Morvern infantry regiments surged forth to disarm the stricken foe, and men were detailed to take charge of the prisoners. All weapons, even personal knives and pistols, were confiscated to be returned at the end of hostilities, and disarmed prisoners of war were sat on the ground in groups with armed soldiers on guard. In the end, a detachment of bearded Bazakids were detailed to take care of the captives, who promptly set their charges off on the arduous trek to captivity in Qalangdar. An ignominious fate, to be sure – yet preferable to death.

The regiments of the Imperial Morvern Infantry had other plans, however. Not west to Qalangdar did their steps take them; but east – ever east – ready for trouble towards Karnopol.

Qalangdar, Al-Morvern
Vilayet of Etheiophum

February 9th, 1896

From a woefully undersized railhead, Morvernian forces poured into the steep, blood red mountain valley that men and maps alike knew as the Vale of Babalon. Slowly but surely, a full Imperial Army was assembled along the border - thousands and thousands of men ready to execute the Imperial Will. Stockpiles were created, ammo dumps amassed, and artillery positioned.

To: Chancellor Ragnusius II of Aclus,

As far as we are aware, we are not of the male gender. That said; we feel certain Your Excellency’s august gaze have none the less perceived the truth of the matter. Our advisors, we must assume, have either neglected to inform us of this trifling fact or conspired to confuse us as to the true nature of our actual gender in a misguided effort to spare our feelings. Appropriate inquiries shall be made forthwith.

As regards the debacle in Araebhum; we can, unfortunately, not oblige you. The government of the Arengian Tsar has seen fit to let banditry and savagery become the order of the day along that benighted frontier. This is an unfortunate and lamentable fact; a fact we are compelled to rectify with all means at our disposal. If your peaceful intentions are sincere, however – we urge you: direct your entreaties to the court of the Arengian Tsar. If there is conflict in Araebhum, it is his to end.

Her Highness Hamina Bütrafal,
Dowager-Sultana of Al-Morvern

The Weaponry research scientists had developed an new Transport truck design for the Skartenian Army.

This design was very effective. It was mostly easy to drive, with 2 seats in the front (1 For the driver ,1 for the Support gunner)
100 Units of these were ordered to be mounted and delivered to Tamir.

Crap. It looks like I am too late. I submitted a plot for 1876 AD.

Is this one steady timeline, or can we have our own little sub-stories set from 1870-1920 AD?

Field Marshal Otto Himmler smiled at the WarGlorian Commander. "We have perfected a kerosene-powered variant of the Panzer IV. It has only three machineguns. But we have mounted our 77mm high velocity gun in its turret It will penetrate all armor, too. "Interested?"

Eaka, a very close friend of the Empire, had just collapsed. The two nations had bonded during the Asgeirrian War, when Manticore not only supplied Eaka with arms and military advisors but had even fought alongside them. Now, though, that nation was gone. The reasons for it were unclear but what was abundantly clear was that the Empire could not allow the GDU to expand in Nuwe Afrikaan. Troops entered Austrivania a week after the collapse, immediately working to install a functional interim government while also assisting with keeping the peace. Virtually all of the population remembered the Asgeirrian War and knew that the Manticorans had bled to liberate them. This was seen as another liberation and it continued into Gilda in the following weeks.

Empress Catherine bordered an airship to meet with remaining government officials in Austrivania and Gilda, to discuss the needs of the Eakan population. Some necessities were quite apparent: food, clean water, utilities, safety were high on the list of priorities. However, these territories also bordered Halium, a member of the GDU with a history of political instability. There was also a history of Arengin supporting Halium's government. If Halium got spooked by the annexation, then it wouldn't be long before Arengin troops were in country. And with most of Manticore's troops in Tamir, a war in Nuwe Afrikaan wouldn't be very beneficial.

Eaka, a close ally of the NCSU, has collapsed. The bond was cemented after our support during and after the war, where we fought, where we supplied, where we supported them. But now, chaos has gripped the former state in it's tentacles, and has brought Eaka down to the abyss, where the remains of many lie. Alongside the chaos that is ensuing, the hungry lion prepares to scar the fertile lands with it's blood soaked claws. We cannot allow this to stand! Already our mighty ships have gone to Eakan coasts, on them supplies in the thousands, alongside and above them, great warships fly, not for war but for peace, on them, food, materials, and other important needs are crammed, good thing they are not that crammed to be unsanitary.

The mightiest airships of the Imperium have, in a convoy, preparing to arrive at Eakan shores to, in person oversee the many peacekeeping and restoration attempts of the NCSU on the Eakan peoples. Arriving at northern Austrivania the many vessels of sea and air, they began dropping supplies, along with lightly armed men, who began rooting out chaos, and liberating the peoples from the deathly grasp of anarchy and crime. These men would then begin distributing the supplies, and carpenters paradropped from the skies start to prepare for the construction and repair of numerous Eakan structures, and for the homeless, multiple temporary homes are set up. The heavily armed military was then prepared for a possible war against the Manticoran devil, but this was not made obvious. Ah, let's wash that infamy off the NCSU shall we?

Though war with a single nation would be nice, but we know that's not going to happen. If you declare war, we will face the full wrath of the Alliance, and whether you people deny it, we are simply not ready yet. Wargloria is going through several military modernization phases, and needs more time. As well as the fact that we still need to start to incorporate nations such TeknoRepublika and the NCSU to our cause. So, I am sorry freund, but if you are looking for an offensive plan, I cannot help.

"Such a modified design would be most welcome, we will pay you." The Warglorian said. The man who had just answered Otto Himmler was Panzer General Heinz Guderian, who pushed for designs like these in the first place. "Is there anything you would like to request from us?"

The 3 soldiers wore uniforms extremely similar to those of the SA, but instead of the usual SA symbols, there were the octopus symbols again, plastered onto their shoulders.

After a while, Hans Landa heard a ring, and picked up the phone that was on the desk. Placing it by his ear, there was chattering, before Landa set the phone back down. "Der Panzer tests were a success! Wargloria thanks you for helping by providing the blue prints." Landa said. "Rest assured, you will be repayed quite generously."

"Gut, expect a few more weapon designs from a few weeks, but after that, we are finished." The mysterious man said. "Very well, our meeting is at a close then." Landa said, standing up. "It was a pleasure doing buisness with you Herr...." The mysterious figure stood up, and shook Landa's hand. "Please, call me Schmidt, Johann Schmidt." The figure said.

Second, we would like joint meteorological services and a tornado warning development project, given that our tornado season is year round and we suffer terrible disasters yearly. Navy aerial ships had discovered the Skartenian forces as they had arrived in Skartens area of control. Manticore's war in Skyhelm was going well. The defenders were scattered, with limited ammunition and even fewer weapons. What weapons they did have were small arms, completely useless against the massed ranks of tanks and armored cars that Manticore had brought to bear.

At least, until the Battle of Hill 937.

The 6th Tank Division had been planning to skirt the hill, detaching a motor rifle company to occupy it and set up a communications center. When Roman Legionnaires were spotted approaching from the southwest, the 6th decided it was time to send the Romans packing. This legion, however, had tanks. And lots of them. The first great tank battle of the war was fought.

The Tank Brigade roared ahead, with armored cars, motor scouts, and armed motor carriages joining them. The Roman tanks rumbled forward to meet them, boxy, shaped like turretless Mk.IIIs or like Aclusian Grizzly tanks. The tanks of both sides halted and fired. The Manticoran tanks had an immediate advantage. Their 76mm main guns tore through the Roman tanks like a hot knife through warm butter and the 57mm guns of the light tanks were just as deadly.

The tanks maneuvered, trying to get shots into the weak flanks or rears of hostile tanks. The Manticorans tried always for the rear and worked in platoons, firing multiple shells into their enemies. Manticore's heavy tanks took the Romans on three at a time, while the Romans countered in pairs. Several Manticoran tanks were hit, some were destroyed, others were lucky and survived.

As the infantry joined the battle, infantry men armed with anti-tank rifles targeted the Roman tanks, wrecking tracks and engines. Some even used the anti-tank guns as sniping weapons, killing Roman infantry from many times their range.

The battle was bloody and lasted for hours but at the end of it, 6th Tank was the decisive victor.

Skartenian Army HQ (Tamir)

The Skartenian Army had decided to fortify their claims.

The 16th Sturmtruppen Battallion (70.000) And the 3th Freikorps Panzerbattalion (50 Heavy Tanks,100 Light Tanks,90 Medium Tanks),together with 500 Transport Trucks (100 Of them being the new model),were ordered to secure The rest of White Harbor And Redland. After that, they would move to secure The borders of Riverside-White Harbor and Skyhelm-White Harbour. The Great Skyhelm Line was projected to have Many Artillery pieces, Bunkers, and cover for soldiers.

While it still wasn't being made, it would go out of the paper very soon.

Skyhelm was secured and now forces were beginning to dig in along the border with White Harbor and Redland. The defenses were simple for now, merely trenches with armored machine gun emplacements and mortar pits, intended to be held by as few men as possible. The Armored divisions were already being sent elsewhere. The military was working on rebuilding the territories under their control and returning Tamir to a state of stability.

Unkown, Warglorian Alps
Schmidt was walking down the hallway of a very busy looking factory. He had just come back from a meeting of one of their own, he hoped that Wargloria could be manipulated to the point for Schmidt to take power. Wargloria would be but a part of Schmidt's bid for power, he's goals reached larger heights. Suddenly, a man in what looked like a Warglorian General uniform but once again with the octopus symbols plastered on. "Herr Schmidt." The man asked. "Ah, Herr Strucker, you seem concerned?" Schmidt replied.

Strucker walked alongside Schmidt. "Herr Schmidt, I heard that you have made an arms trade with Wargloria? What do you think you're doing Schmidt?" Strucker asked Schmidt. "Remember, under the orders of our mother organisation, the Rising Sun, we have to work with Wargloria, and there for the Order, in this war against the Alliance." Schmidt plainly said, still walking. "But why help Wargloria? Why even decide to follow orders? The amount of power we have at our tips is immense, we could brush the Rising Sun aside." Strucker said.

"You must understand Strucker, why settle with some power, when you could have more, do not worry, once our spies have infiltrated their ranks, and the fools give us more funding, we will rise, und they will fall." Schmidt said. "Und do not worry, those war machines are quiet inferior compared to what we are working on."

I Fear time has come. Manticore has not left Skyhelm, which is a province of mine, even after the warning we gave them. Even though the GDU Founding Terms may cover me, i ask you the permission to a declaration of war.
But for that, i would need your support.
It is not of my choice, but they have gone too far.

Very well, I shall send my Foreign Minister, Von Ribbentrop as Wargloria's representative.

Rising Sun Base, Unknown, Secluded Forest in The Traansval
Robertz started running in the forest, panicking. He was wearing the usual Rising Sun uniform for the area, a Traansvalian Military uniform with the Rising Sun armband. The NAD has recently been active lately, but it was not them he was running from. He soon caught sign of the base, a large barn like building in the middle of the forest. Soon, he crashed through the doors, tripping down. The guards, shocked, nearly opened fire. He got up, closed the doors, and then quickly put his hands up.

"Nee! Nee! N-niet s-schieten, ik b-ben Rising Sun!" Robertz said. "What's the code?" One of the guards said. "The Sun never sets on the order of pureness!" Robertz quickly said. "What's the meaning of this then?" An officer said. "One of our own crashed through the doors." One of the guards now said, lowering his rifle. "You must block those doors! H-hurry, they're attacking!" Robertz stuttered. "Quickly, board up und lock those doors! Slow down soldaat, what happened?" The officer asked.

"W-we were on our nightly patrol! We didn't s-suspect anything! But then we s-saw movement, and then w-we were gunned down, and..." Robertz shuddered. "Heer veldheer, I see movment!" One of the soldiers said, looking out the window. "BLOCK THOSE DOORS! Who attacked you? Was it the NAD?" The officer asked. "No, they fought unlike them." Robertz said. "Heer veldheer, I'm seeing something, what should we do?" The soldier asked. "Then who was it? The Order? Cthuluists? Banjoists?" The officer asked.

"No, no, it--it.." Robertz stuttered. "Herr Veldheer? It's getting closer!" The soldier said, now gripping his rifle. "DAMN IT MAN, TELL ME!" The officer now screamed. "HEER VELDHEER!" The soldier also shouted. "IT WAS HY-" Robertz said. Suddenly, the doors were blown up with a terrific bang, killing the Rising Sun soldiers who were attempting to block the door. The officer just recovered himself, when suddenly soldiers started rushing in, aiming sub machine guns at the remaining Rising Sun Soldiers, who in turn aimed their rifles.

Suddenly, an officer simply walked in slowly, he wore the uniform of a General, except it was black, with the same octopus symbols, and he wore a large black cape. He walked in with a walking stick that had an eagle head on it. "What is the meaning of this? You have no right to.....wait, Captain Zemo?" The officer asked, surprised. "It's General now, actually." Zemo said. "What the hell are you doing? Himmler will have your he-" The officer asked. Suddenly, Zemo cut him off. "The Rising Sun is nothing, I serve Comman-, or rather Director Schmidt now." Zemo said.

"This...this is an outrage! The Rising Sun will have your heads! We outnumber by the thousands!" The officer shouted. "Believe me, if I thought that Schmidt would fail, I wouldn't have joined, besides, how will you have superior numbers...when we own them?" Zemo said. Suddenly, the remaining Rising Sun soldiers redirected their aim from Zemo to their fellow officer. "What? You are all traitors! The Rising Sun will destroy your puny terrorist group, we wi-" The shocked officer bragged. Suddenly, Zemo took out a sword in a lighting pace, decapitating the officer, his head rolled on the ground with a petrified look.

The soldiers slang their rifles and submachine guns. "Hail Hydra." Zemo said, sliding his sword back into it's scabbard. Suddenly, everyone in the room responded with shouts of "HAIL HYDRA!", saluting by putting both their arms up while their fists were clenched.

From: Alexander Oswyn II
To: Chancellor Marcus Ragnusius II of Aclus,

I send you this letter in regards to the border conflict of Araebhum. I can assure the conflict will be settled and I ask you not to spread the word of it, I do not wish to drag the GDU into this small conflict. Please friend.

Thank you.

Atte. Oswyn

Araebhum, Vale of Babalon

The news of the defeat of the small Arengin army and the Morverian claiming the valley for themselves was a big shock that spread across Araebhum but not as widespread into the rest of the nation or the world. Oswyn took notice and commanded his top commander to amass the army of the south to face the Morverians.

At the valley, Major Demrav had surrendered his 1,500 men and was taken to a prisoner camp in Morvern along with his troops. It was a devastating defeat that no one saw coming. He had been outgunned and outmaneuvered due to his lack of knowledge of the region and the might of the Morverians.

Karnopol

Meanwhile at Karnopol, the city had began evacuation at the news of the Arab troops moving in close to them. The mayor had been replaced by a military commander. Colonel Makarov of the 2nd Araebhum home brigade had only 25,000 reserve soldiers on his disposition to protect the city and had to hold out. He was told of the 8th army moving in with 120,000 troops, however due to the lack of railways they would take time to arrive and Makarov and his men would have to hold out.

General Dobromir Petrovich, minister of war had commissioned the 8th army to begin march to Araebhum from Levatine. They began the long march, Makarov had a battle on his hands that he alone would have to endure for the time.

The Assault on Jar Noogai: ...fire!

Communist POV
Khrendy von Holtzen laughed upon hearing the Boomer was en route.

"Perfect!" He exclaimed. "Chekov will be proud! Jar Noogai will fall before us, and the zealots will bow before our power!"

And as if right on cue, a man came in and said, "It is here."

Khrendy chuckled, then walked out of his tent gracefully. He saw it, and smiled.

The Boomer was huge. Weighing 232,239 kilograms, and able to fire at a distance from 130 km from its target. The perfect weapon. Doctor Ottomein Urop was next to the Boomer, and explained everything to Khrendy. Khrendy had received special orders for Ottomein after he explained everything.

Once Ottomein told Khrendy the final details, Khrendy yelled out, "BUNKER 8-3-E!" Following that, several communists rushed towards Urop and restrained him.

"How can you! I helped you! I MADE ZIS WEAP-"

"Silence, fool. You're insane. No one appreciates that, and so I'll make it quick to explain. You're being replaced, and you're going to go to Bunker 8-3, and suffer the same processes as that man Kartai did."

"K-k-k-... Kartai?" Ottomein whimpered.

"Yes, Kartai. Now go."

The communists carried Ottomein away, as Ottomein scrambled and fumbled and kicked and punched. But for every communist that was downed, another replaced it. Ottomein's last words would be screams and he would never see the sun again.

Zealot POV
"Jules." One of his soldiers spoke. "We have lost."

"What?"

Instantly, a cannon sounded. The blast was felt and Jules was knocked back, and so was the man. Jules' tent was ripped and debris landed in locations. Jules got up and looked at what had happened. The barracks had been destroyed. Men had been impaled by shrapnel, were killed in the blast, buried under debris, and so much more other things. The barracks contained three-quarters of the people the zealots had in Jar Noogai. And in front of him, above it all, lurked the largest piece of artillery he had ever seen.

The Assault on Jar Noogai: The Dead Zone

The Boomer decimated the zealots.

Only in mere hours, Jar Noogai had fallen. The city was blown to bits and smithereens. The soldiers and garrisons were lost, and had ascended already to the heavens. Armies broke and ran, yet a valiant few stayed to defend the fallen city. As communist troops approached, Michael Jules and his band of zealots comprising of around 50 men grabbed their swords and rifles ran past the rubble and hid behind pillars of former buildings.

Michael Jules knew that if he didn't turn back now, then he would surely perish. But, he was strong in his cause.

He and his band of courageous (or stupid) allies joined him, and the force would hide in the Citadel of Limone. The Citadel was a religious site, where monks and pilgrims would travel for advice or for prayer, but now it was just a husk of debris and crumbling pillars. It still had walls, and was generally well covered and still standing, but one artillery shell and it would fall to pieces.

Another Boomer shell landed, knocking everyone back and destroying part of the wall with sheer force and shrapnel, yet the Citadel did not fall completely. They managed to find several other small forces, which totaled to 250 men.

They prepared their swords, rifles, and whatever else they could find, and made their last stand.

Flanked half a dozen agents, The Big Traders, Inc! operatives met with the Hydra agents. "Per our agreement, one million dollars in gold."
"Excellent!" A Box of MP-40s, ammo and accessories was inbound to Tekno Republika. Of the twenty MP-40s, Five were sent to a government arsenal, and five were sent to Murakami arms. Beretta, a new company, was also given five. This included the accessories.

Five were also sent by U-boat to WarGlorian. Admiral Karl Doenitz was astonished by the MP-40s effectiveness, too. WArGlorian arsenals began evaluation new weapon... Tekno-Republika. Hajime Murakami examined the requirements, as did Gino Beretta. Murakami was impressed by Beretta's advanced machining and production techniques. The samurai ethic of Murakami arms impressed Beretta. They agreed to joint development.

'Project LEAP'

Requirement: produce an improved MP-40 but in .45 acp. The end result shall designed Tornado 45, or T-45.
SPECS:
.45 acp
Folding MP-40 -style or improved folding stock.
Muzzle brake
Hooded front ramp sight, shooter's end painted neon orange.
wooden grooved stock underneath the barrel.
thirty round detachable box magazine.
double mount buckle sling.
All internals drop in in.
fully or semiautomatic fire
[Think a .45 acp Beretta Model Three]

Two Months later, Otto Himmler read the test results. They were all gloriously well. But production transitional time meant that only Big Traders, Inc! would get the initial batch, too. It would be years before the T-45 would replaced the Murakami PK-44 carbine. The civilian sales of the PK-44 were hyper popular as a both a home and ranch defense weapon, too. The production was eventually decided to 10% PK-44, 90% T-45. Beretta was also lisenced to produce the T-45, as was Little Chicago Military Arsenal.

Sterkisprut

A new Rebel force had been rising in northern Eodor. Calling themselves after the place where Cain was sent after murdering his brother, The Brotherhood of Nod. Their leader, a figure known only as Kane, has begun a spree of terrorist actions against the Eodorian government. His followers, a band of around 15,000, burn down villages that refuse to join them and attack military patrols in the country. The force uses stolen military weaponry and is highly secretive about it's inner workings.

Julgrad, Agramer

The town of Julgrad was attacked by a force of 2,000 Nod soldiers. They broke through the tightened police security using their firepower and proceeded to burn important government buildings and recruit disillusioned citizens. By the time Eodorian Military troops arrivers the force had swelled to 7,500 and much of the town was ash and rubble. The Eodorian soldiers wasted no time in attacking the town and killing all who were armed with any sort of weapon.
