I have transports supplying my colony in Ester Island with vital commodities. They will go to Maui and then sail to Cambrea. The war is in Syday and a few may be sent there to receive frontline training and experience. After all, there is no better teacher than experience. However, for the majority of their time in Manticore, they will be on the mainland for their training.

Cesopium is subject to dissoulution. An empire with that many languages, and different attires, are to fall quickly, ever so swiftly, As like the Austro-Hungarians.

An empire like that would last if not held by love but by repercussions of what would take place if a group rebelled would be brutal and swift, such as what took place at Thebes when they revolted. A city being destroyed every hundred years or so wouldn't affect the entirety of such a kingdom, although it could always backfire and create a new movement for independence, but if it is put down violently and quickly it would ground to a halt and be forced to go underground.

The Roman Empire at its extent had one predominant religion, but that doesn't mean that everyone sacrificed to Mars and Jupiter when such things happened. Realistically, cultures would be weeded out one after another as they are gradually absorbed slowly over a period of centuries or completely erased so no one would be alive to remember them. Another case of the Roman Empire was the very, very diverse military they had. Sure we all know the Legionnaires marching in disciplined formations, but for everyone of those there was Sarmatians, Greeks, Celts, Iberians, and Jews.

Though in case of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, they'd probably implode sometime around the middle of the 20th century, if not for their destruction in WW1.

In the case of different attires, I assume it was a metaphor for cultures and thus is explained somewhere above. But if you literally mean in actual difference of attires, how would that make a difference in this century? Very few countries in the 19th century would have standardized uniforms and equipment. Regiments in the Napoleonic Wars, Crimean War and the Civil Wars of the time, not many had the same uniform. Even standard lines of infantry in the 19th century had differing uniforms than perhaps the regiment standing next to them in the heat of the battle. Uniforms make a regiment look distinct and something to be proud of, as well allow informed watchers to understand what Regiment they are fighting against. Though that usually isn't that goal.

The concept done on my view on the Tamir Continent was done due to giggles as I had realized it was just Tamriel reborn into the 19th century and the way it functions is very unrealistically to what would happen where a single culture would make a effort to stamp out a independent culture standing against it for sake of a opposition to the status quo.

Though in the way I had created it in its current state, it would make a very volatile nation such as the Roman Empire that without a stable and competent government the provinces would break away and power struggles to reclaim them to take place. It needing a common enemy to focus upon unless need be a monstrous and unwieldy behemoth to move around and mobilize to face a enemy.
