Well, since most destroyers have a single 76mm gun and a few smaller guns, the larger wooden ships have a chance. Destroyers have virtually no armor.

My destroyers are armed with two 76mm guns and a set of six 6 pounder turrets on each side. As well as many machine guns set on the different decks. We are well armed. And the armor is the best in the world. Pure Arenginian iron.

If by minor you mean a 2,400 horsepower gasoline engine and a 1,200 horsepower electric motor, then yeah. Minor AND IMPOSSIBLE. Not to mention that U-boats of this size and speed won't be built until 1915 so until like 1905 at the earliest. Get an earlier design. Like the Holland.

Many of those ships haven't been launched yet. I've been expanding my navy since I joined the RP and I don't expect a completion on my naval expansion until 1900-ish.
