A couple of things:
1. That carbine looks REALLY small. Not really a big deal but it just looks tiny for 37 inches.
2. Volley fire tends to be unaimed so you would think that the maximum range would be longer than the volley fire range. Also, volley fire is kinda obsolete these days, thanks to machine guns and rifles that are accurate to as far as 1,000 meters in some cases.
3. That bullet kinda scares me. 8mm is big. Though it could do with a larger magazine. Like maybe four more rounds?
1. Twas based on Berthier 1892 length, and also MEANT to be quite small and handy, due to use for Artillery and Cavalry (not so much infantry, but if needed, yes.), also, the main counter for arty, at this era, was cav, so...yeah...
2. Twas also based on 1886 Lebel statistical volley fire range
3. Both Lebel, and Mannlicher rifles used 8mm rounds and were able to function with more than 5 rounds (Lebel: 8 Rounds, Mannlicher M1888: 5 Rounds)
Your criticism is noted. Thanks man!
