Notes: A young agent, Strong was highly intelligent and gifted in close quarters and ranged combat. He participated in operations in Tamir, Halium, and The Twelve Isles, conducting assassinations and terrorist actions until deserting in Tamir after the invasion. His weapon of choice for assassinations varies based on mission parameters, however he is known to use a modified AT-1 anti-tank rifle, equipped with a scope and muzzle brake, as well as a Model 1889 Baker rifle, Model 1889 pistol, and Model 1891 carbine. He is fond of explosives, having used car bombs, truck bombs, wagon bombs, horse bombs, and even hiring suicide bombers for missions in the past.

Strong is a ghost. An expert on foreign customs and languages, he can just as easily disappear in Skarten, Arengin, Rannoria, Wargloria, Eodor, TeknoRepublika, or Halium as he could vanish in Manticore or The Transvaal. No one in MIS has heard from him in nearly two years, although several assassinations in Tamir appear to share similarities with his past work.

Dude. I do believe we agreed that Hydra is freaking crazy and can do crazy shit. The only reason I would nag is if they tried to blow up a whole city.
