HYDRA Agents and guards, when they run out of ammo or think they're gonna get captured, get their MP40, and rig it with explosives

But if that doesn't go, and they want a suicidal solution, HYDRA Agents and guards always have explosive vests, and their respective weapons have ignition strings connected to said vest, so if someone were to try and take it from said agent or guard, they would end up in several pieces. HYDRA Personal can remove said pin safely

If you wanted to make an MP-40 SMG only for your operatives, you'd have to ask first.

You also have to remember the name of the SMG, to prove your point.
