The way I see it is that we keep Shaz's missile launch, but have it be just conventional warheads. He'll still do much damage, but not as much destruction as nukes. Also it'll prevent the international stigma, nuclear winter, etc. Plus, he could still use the ballistic missiles for the conventional warheads. I believe that is a fair compromise.

Yes. I love this idea.

I should mention that because Ausitoria won't know that they're conventional, they'll still try to protect Asigna with their ballistic missile defence systems. We should probably work out roughly how effective that is likely to be, and I'm not an expert in that area, so... any experts in the house?

I think we should just retcon any ICBM launch at all. If Shaz and Paddy wish to continue in this RP, their fleets will be just where they left them.

As I stated in the IFC Thread,

I am willing to make the SRBM's conventional warheads, but I will double the number of warheads per SRBM. That will be my only stipulation for changing them from Nuclear to Conventional.
