I've been a part of this thread for a while, Have still been posting my movements of my Surface Fleets to get them into position to deploy against the Chosanese. We have just decided to use this as a strike against Asigna as he is on the opposing side as us. And the personal attacks need to stop, kapeesh?

Chkalovsk II: With the constant refrain of the highlighted, this is becoming precariously close to baiting. There is a difference between debating with a player following a disagreement in their actions, and posting in a manner which seems to have no other purpose than to inflame and antagonize. You can debate - and even "argue," as it were - with a player over their actions, whether such are warranted, and whether such should be accepted without resorting to that. I suggest you do such from now on.

Folks, this is simple. If you do not get along with another player to the point where a thread begins to devolve, don't roleplay with them. If through rational, polite, and tempered discussion, a point of compromise cannot be reached, and you (the nebulous "you") feel you can no longer interact with another player in a positive or meaningful way that you enjoy, don't interact with them. If you cannot interact with a player without it devolving precariously close to rule-violating behavior, add them to your Foe List.

My movement posts were done over a 2 day period. People saw that they were SSBN's by the posts. But whatever, I'm the fuckin bad guy.

All of your prior posts made absolutely no attempt to indicate your forces were deployed to anywhere but Choson, and all of your posts indicating a pre-emptive nuclear strike on Asigna were made today. Again, absolutely no mention of any discussion among your leadership to show that you were about to begin all out nuclear warfare. Nor are SSBNs purely platforms for nuclear ICBMs. So yes, you're completely right- you're the bad guy.

Alright, Chil, we can do that!

Just before I post, I have a few questions to ask:

1. I'm not too sure how you'd have detected my fleet tbh. The Sealgaire's a helicopter carrier, and can only carry helicopter AEWs. Looking at the RL Kamov-31, that would only have a range of 120km, 1/5th of my own AEW's radar range. Unless you're talking about having another more powerful AWACs in the area, in which case it's all good.
2. My missiles have INS, or inertial guidance systems. Once they've locked onto your ships during their terminal phase, no amount of chaff or decoys will confuse them. The other ECMs are good though.

1. I have factbooks and a storefront with information about my stuff. The Utility Helicopters I referred to, the Fuisce Utility Helicopter, has a range of 584 km at cruise speed (the Fuisce is based on the Seahawk), so they are further out, far enough to detect your AWACs with their normal flight radars and not your fleet. With a bit of utilizing of ESM-data, one can quickly figure out, that the AWACs are most likely carrier-borne models and, due to the absence of airfields in the area, that there is most likely a carrier somewhere in the general vincity.
If it is more comfortable for you, we could also say, that we are still in the range of my Sneachta Naval Reconnaissance Planes, which have a flight range of 3540 km and powerful radars for the detection of nearby shipping and aircraft. Keep in mind, though, that this might put you in the combat range of my Gaoth-Fighterbombers (think Tornado).

2. I actually figured, that the decoys were launched shortly before the missiles entered terminal phase - enough to confuse a few, but not too many so that the CIWS have something to do. And that one missile gets through to destroy one of my corvettes and shrapnel of the last ones gets to be a serious problem (splinters flying at nearly Mach 3 tends to smart a bit...).

Short question, though: Do we participate in the nuclear "Let's bash our heads together and then declare it uncanon" or do we let the nukes fly between the others and keep it conventional?

However, a short period of craze and hype about the nuke launchings (which were taking forever from our perspective due to anomalies) still happened which was erased from historical records. A few photographs of people holding boards saying 'Paddy is my Daddy' are the only surviving evidence.
