People's Democratic Republic of Zyrika"ARGH! ARGH!!!"
The screams of Enemies of the Nation were always a source of pleasure for Lt. Gen. Menta Rhee-Il. Always relishing the opportunity to personally torture those fortunate enough to be punished by his hands. Every time he moved his improvised whip, his victim elicited cries of pain that would normally pierce eardrums of the Proles, as the latter was flayed alive - bits by bits. His victim then was a male citizen from Alamo, of the Tsaoku ethnicity, who had previously been accused of conspiring against the Venerable Zyrikan Nation by his neighbor. Rhee-Il couldn't care less about the reason, however; an Enemy was an Enemy, period. As per policy, his accomplices - his "offspring" (a girl) and her "birth vessel" (the man's spouse) were also brought into the same room, restrained and forced to watch as the "sperm donor" was tortured by the overweight military officer. The chamber they occupied was riddled with hand-prints made of blood - remains of previous sessions like the one being carried out.
Another man, much taller than both the torturer and the victim, entered. It was none other than Rhee-Il's personal bodyguard, Colonel Talung Ping. His goatee moved as words escaped from his mouth.
"What was this man's crimes again, sir."
"We suspect he has connections with communists. He still has the more important charges of 'displaying unpatriotic love' and 'jaywalking' however."
"Yes, sir, do carry on with the scumbag, but I have something more important for you." Colonel Ping raised a paper for his superior to see. "An order from the State Party, sir. A coalition is already on their way to annihilate the Reds in Chosan. The Paramount Leader wants us to assist them, using the power of your Heigui Army."
"Ah." Rhee-Il stopped the whipping. "So our dogs in the western part of that giant godforsaken landfill have failed to stop the filthy Reds?"
"Yes, I'm afraid."
"They've outlived their usefulness. Make sure they're all dead then." Rhee-Il raised his hand, dismissing the existence of the pro-Zyrikan anti-communist presence in Chosan. "Charge them with 'incompetence'. Mark them unpersons. Kill them like the animals they are, if they possess no nationally-desired traits."
"Already on our way, sir. I have ordered what useful men there are left to immediately surrender and defect to the Communists."
"I don't blame you for making that choice, but no, they are loose ends." The overweight man walked to a desk where a pair of gloves and a glass containing a yellowish-green goo was already prepared. He continued speaking as he wore the gloves. "Unless they're the finest of our agents, they, too, are to be killed off due to high chances of actual defection to the Red scum."
With the gloves on, Rhee-Il approached the tortured Enemy of the Nation, opened his mouth wide, and poured the goo inside as he casually conversed with Colonel Ping.
"Have you compiled a list of allies and foes of the Chosanese scum?"
"Sir, do you mean to report to the State Party that all Chosanese are to be considered enemies?"
"Yes. Every last one, regardless of allegiance." Rhee-Il stopped pouring the goo. "Colonel, would you please."
Already wearing gloves, Colonel Ping took out a knife. As Rhee-Il backed away from the Enemy, the latter's entire body began to shake violently. The Colonel closed in with his knife, and began to remove skin from the man, as his body began to enter a state of necrosis and bubbles of blood formed in his eyes and mouth.
"Senjakala, The Selkie, Hindustan, Pacifica, maybe Zhouran, Asigna Philippines and puppet states, a nation we cannot make any sense of, Sang-eo... whatever it was. And the Fengs. They are the ones we're certain are intervening militarily in Chosan." With every word, the Colonel removed blackened flesh off the body of the man, whose body was beginning to literally crack. While an unknown, green fluid escaped from those cracks, the Colonel picked up from where he left off. "There are also hordes of communist conscripts from other godforsaken lands; we're surest of the presence of German communist-fascist dogs and an anti-Zionist state named 'Carosi'. Too bad that the latter had chosen to side with the Reds."
As the Colonel finished his report, Rhee-Il, who was eating a potato, promptly held what remained of the potato in his hand, and crushed it.
"Then they shall die like the rest."
The arms of the "Enemy of the Nation" fell off just as the General crushed the potato. His facial features reduced to a bloody, indescribable mess made of dead flesh, he fell off, facing the direction of the "birth vessel" and their shared offspring, who were unable to speak, but very clearly terrified.
"This new sample seems to be a success, sir, as we're unable to hold back death by removing the skin anymore." The Colonel said.
"Good. This will be reported back in detail to the People's Defense Council." Rhee-Il rubbed his chin, while two figures in HAZMAT suits proceeded inside to remove the broken corpse. "As for the intervention, we will send a detachment of the Heigui Army. I want the composition kept secret. Oh, and Colonel, would you please."
Knowing what Rhee-Il meant by "would you please", the Colonel moved towards the two restrained females in the corner of the chamber. He began carrying them on his shoulders.
"Move them to Dungeon Number 6. Thoroughly examine the younger one to see if it's fit for childbirth. Throw the older one in isolation and break it."
"Yes, sir."
The lights turned off. Both men walked away from the chamber, before the two faceless figures from before sealed the door entering the chamber.
