The Supreme Councillor finally woke up. He had fallen asleep reading the documents that he had to sign, and unfortunately nothing after that had stirred him. He looked down, and signed the papers.

The Supreme Councillor only then looked around. He realized that the entire room had been blown to pieces. Somehow he, the papers, the table and the chair he was sitting on was still intact, and he was unscathed. Then, he say the two lifeless bodyguards on the ground. But he had seen much worse things in his life, so he merely shrugged and walked over to the garden, papers in hand.

Prince Callum was further up the mountain than Vincent and his shield. He had dived behind some rocks, and was now up to his waist in snow. To of his guards pulled him out. 'Well,' he said, brushing himself off, 'that was... unexpected.' 'It's clear that someone wants us dead. They could be outside the GNS hall, or,' he glanced at the leaders, 'inside it...'

Having realized he wasn't able to open the doors, the King of N27 had smashed out of the window, and as the avalanche crashed towards him, he ran toward Prince Callum, "I think it may be obvious who did it... Lord Vader... He was thoroughly annoyed. But maybe not..."

The Supreme Councillor then realized the avalanche hurdling towards him. He saw Prince Callum, and ran to him, only just making it there before the avalanche hit.

Vincent teleported himself to Prince Callum, cutting right infront of the Supreme Councillor and N27's King. "Is anyone else hurt?" he asked.

'No, all where evacuated before detonation, but some of the staff where injured.' The Prince answered. 'A helicopter is on it's way now, we will relocate to the Royal palace.' An alpinovian soldier marched up to the Prince and bowed.
'Your majesty, an unidentified craft was detected leaving the principality from an unknown location.' He said.
'It's Perkins, right?'
'Correct, your majesty.'
'Do we have a visual, Perkins?'
'Negative.'

[New Romastia]

The secret service for General Secretary Cardona of New Romastia surrounds Cardona, with laser pointers on and with loaded weaponry seeing others with weapons. "Lower your damn guns, I don't want blood. I'm on a roll of not seeing blood. My roll is so far a day."

The Councillor's bodyguards rushed to him and escorted him back to his helicopter. It took off, and hovered in the air. They waited for the situation to clear again.

Prince Callum shouted over the roaring winds of the rotors. 'We'll be dropped off outside, in the castle gardens, from there we'll make our way down to the safe room, 6 feet below the earth.' Some five minutes later, the royal castle was in sight, it's mossy, stone towers glowed orange in the evening light. The helicopter landed in the gardens, atop a row of finely-manicured petunias, much to the gardener's annoyance.

N27 guard vehicles began following their helicopter and surrounded them as they landed on the petunias. Near 30 agents and seven medical staff got out of the vehicles and awaited orders from their king, "Right. I will take you three, and you," He pointed to three security agents, his best, and one nurse, "The rest of you, go assist the Alpinovian Security Forces. You take your orders directly from me, or Prince Callum. Go now. Code Twenty Seven." The agents and medical staff ran off except for the ones King Monk selected.

He opened his phone and rang the head of N27 Palace Security, "This is King Monk, Declaring Code Twenty Seven. Take the Queen and our daughter to Bunker 2003, I repeat, Blue Robin and Bluebird to 2003." He ends the call and turns to the Prince,

"Where is this safe room?" He asked, getting into a Security Vehicle, "We can use this to block the entrance..."

[The GNS]

OOC: This is the live embodiment of the Alliance. It's lands are neutral and co-owned by all in the alliance. All councils of war shall be held here while International Summits may be held in any of it's member nations. We hold exemption councils here too.

In the event of attack, the security force is the GNSIT (Global Nations Summit Intelligence Taskforce - The acronym can be pronounced Gan-sit or Gan-zit or Gensite or Jensite or any other pronunciations you wish. )

We shall arrest non-member trespassers. A non-member is classed as a nation that has not signed the main treaty of the AGNS.

'Follow me.' The Prince said. He strode down the hallways of the castle, and into the cellar. He next down next to a wine bottle labeled 'Sauvignon Chambre Sûre', and twisted it with both hands. A claunking noise was heard, and a door-sized portion of the back wall sank into the ground. A few steps down the passage watch a steel-walled room very similar to the GNS hall, lit by a candelabra which sat along the table. 'fellow leaders, I apologise for that... explosive interruption, please, take a seat.' He said.

The Supreme Councillor now noticed that he had messed up his signatures on the paper, so he crossed his name out and wrote it again.



'This document has been drawn up to protect and secure the safety of the alliance'

By signing this document, you hereby commit your nation to this treaty and alliance for a period of 12-months, at the end of which, we will reconvene and update the document to reflect the current happening.

Nations of the alliance have duties:

[A]: To aid and assist all nations of the alliance
[B]: To supply weapons to their army for the protection of the alliance
[C]: To aid during Z-day.

If nations DO NOT comply to the parameters of this treaty, they will be contacted by the TOC (Treaty Overseer Council) and given 2-months to realign their nation to comply with the treaty. If they do not rectify themselves during this time, they will be ejected from the alliance. Then they will be monitored for a period not-exceeding 3-months, to determine:

[A]If the nation is capable of defending itself and if not, the nations of the treaty will defend it for a period of no longer than 2-months.
[B]If the nation holds any bad-will to the alliance and if so, it must be placed in the dossier for quick reference and an army unit put on yellow alert in case of attack in any form from the nation.

Then, the Supreme Councillor's helicopter flew to the nearby FRUCSO forward operating base.

BTW, the reason nobody has ever heard of this FOB is because our nation secretly builds FOBs in all nations of interest, so that our government officials have a safe place to go in case of an emergency.

OOC: Yeah, we could have a web conference or something like that. The Supreme Councillor went to the FOB because his security chief thought that thought it was unsafe at the summit, because of the bomb and that entire fiasco.

Prince Callum snapped his fingers, and four conference screens opened up, each with the personal residences of the ANGNS leaders on footage. 'AHH! Don't mind that!' He shouted to King Monk. He quickly snapped his fingers again, and the leader's faces appeared instead.

Monk smirked, "These are your lands... You have every right, sir." He tried snapping his fingers, nothing happened. "Biometric snapping security! Such high tech... It's amazing..."

He watched as the four leaders appeared on the screen, "Can you hear us? Hello?" He asked loudly, "This is an international emergency, we have been attacked by persons unknown. For this moment we must act as though there are more threats. I would advise informing our respective governments, and sending your security personnel to investigate your current residences for any signs of intruders or bomb technology. Prince Callum, I suggest we do the same here." He nodded at two of his security personnel, who awaited the go-ahead from Prince Callum to search the residence.

"For now we must find who blew up the state building..."

'My guards have the entire country on lockdown, there is no need to search the grounds.' He answered. 'However I do agree that we must find the culprit of this unprecedented attack.'

"Are we sure one of the Staff didn't place the bomb there?" Monk asks, "Hold on, I'm going to notify the N27 government." He pulled out his phone and rang the prime minister, "Seal off the palace, and detain EVERYONE leaving the country, allow no one in." He ended the call and walked back, "My country is in lockdown."

He seemed to think and then spoke up, "We should go to the GNS Neutral Lands. We'll be protected by the GNSIT there. They got a bomb into the Alpinovian GNS Headquarters, I think they can get past a simple national lockdown!" He sounded exasperated and upset, "I know I should be brave as my nation's leader, but this could harm our international relations with all these nations... There could be bombs in our homeland governments, there could be bombs in our palaces! The GNS Neutral Headquarters won't because there is a constant 24-hour patrol, guards in every room, and I mean every room. Honestly you can't move around without being asked for identification." Monk looked at the Prince of Alpinovia, "The decision is yours, Your Majesty." He turned to the screens, "Should we reconvene in the safety of the GNS Neutral Headquarters?"

'I believe our current locations are safe enough. The culprit clearly wants us all dead, and that task is harder if we are in different places, communication via computer.' The Prince suddenly jerked upright. 'OMIGOSH! I think I might know who the the bomber is. There is a certain movement within Alpinovia to revert to our traditional isolationist ways, they call themselves the 'Alpwatch', and they reside in the northern mountains. They claim to be a breakaway nation, and lately have become more and more violent. They could very well be the people.'

Monk nods, thinking, "Hmm, I have an idea... Mobilize your army. They can't be strong enough to hold off a fully fledged attack! If you don't want Alpinovian loss of life, I will bring you my personal palace guard squadron of 207 soldiers." He smiles deviously, "We'll arrest them and seize all the documents, and interrogate them to see what will happen next... Only if you want to of course!!"
