Alisa shuffled her papers on the podium, her announcement would be broadcasted live on TV all over Rossferry. Taking a deep breath, she began her speech.
"Now, I know times have been turbulent, what with the bombing of the Chuukangan Embassy in ROC, and of the CSS Maria, however, contrary to speculation that this was either done by us, or Realm; It has become clear that the a Terrorist Organization, by the name of ATAN, or 'Anarchy to All Nations' was responsible for both of these attacks'' She Quickly looked up, and took a deep breath, "This organization of criminals operates somewhere within the southern point of the Southern Chuukangan Desert, moreover, these scum will be taken care of, and Imassure everybody, the acts of these terrorist are highly condemned by us, and the rest of Chuukango."
She quickly ended her speech, ignoring the pandemonium as the crowd took in the news, now all she needed to do was attend the Peace Confrence, assuming that it would be held.

We want peace as well, but as things keep happening, we don't think that can happen. So far, a naval ship has gone missing, an embassy has blown up, and our Military General has gotten assassinated. Aengus McLennan finished making the call, and a light started blinking on his computer indicating a notification. He looked at his screen and saw the response. He began typing.

I shall assist you how I can in eradicating the pests. If peace is agreed for in the referendum, then we can discuss further on how we can help you with the eradication of ATAN. I will do as I can to push for peace.

Offices of War (ᠳᠠᠢᠨᠢ ᠠᠯᠪᠠ), underground bunker in the mountains of the Borzeg Region
The Khan paced back and forth in the rather lavish meeting room as General Garzikh, the head of Galiagolach's Air Army, was speaking.

"We have twenty vulture attack jets awaiting orders on the GKNV Noborov, armed with experimental jet-propelled torpedoes. We also have six squadrons of strategic bombers which have moved to the airfields in the Nen Region, within strike distance of major off-shore naval bases in Chuukango and Realm of Councilry. If we needed to, we could attempt to cripple their ships before they had a chance to assault one-another. All I need is an order, Khan."

"Yessir," Admiral Liangyu spoke, puffing on a cigar. "We have destroyers prepared to intervene at a moment's notice. If this situation were to escalate, then Galiagolach would be capable of swiftly delivering peace."

"And what then?" piped up the rather young Admiral Borgjin, "All Galiagolach would be known for is sticking its nose where it does not belong! I say let them fight it out if they must, it would save more of our people's lives than outright attacking both of them!"

Khan Mingxang finally spoke. "Listen, I do NOT want this to escalate. If, by any means necessary, we can bring peace into the situation, then we must."

Suddenly, a secretary to one of the generals walked into the room, saluted, and handed the Khan a brown piece of paper. "It is from the Realm of Councilry. They wish to use our land as neutral ground for a peace treaty."

"Neutral ground??" General Garzikh laughed, "When did we become the neutral ground? I thought that was Shek Tong Tsui's job--"

"HUSH!" Mingxang yelled, sending the room to an awkward silence as he read the telegram. After a while, he finally looked back up at the rest of the room. "General Garzikh," the Khan ordered forcefully, "I need your men to prepare Base Rat in Gol Region. We're going to have some visitors."


Base Rat, Gol Region
The entire complex was a simple military base, containing a single run-down airstrip and a couple of buildings that haven't been used in decades. Base Rat was a military testing site for some of Galiagolach's first-generation jet fighters, but since then it has fallen into disrepair. Positioned on a plateau 2500 feet above sea-level, and surrounded by tropical jungles for nearly sixty miles, Base Rat was truly an isolated location. Why Mingxang chose this location is not known, but several hundred Galiagolach soldiers were already at work patrolling and cleaning structures on the base. General Garzikh sat in a chair outside, waiting for the planes which would carry ambassadors from Chuukango and Councilry. He anxiously hoped that they could just get it over with so that he could have an excuse to use Galiagolach's air army in one of its first full-on engagements...

[Realm of Councilry]

The Secretary's Office
"No!" Prime Minister Folsom shouted to his secretary after hearing about ATAN, "What is their proof?" The secretary shook her head and shrugged. "I guess you can ask at the meeting." She said. "But, they have just made an enemy of a terrorist group that maybe didn't even do anything. Because they need to show us proof. This just makes it more insecure for me to go to this meeting."

Calvin Nevada
As Calvin Nevada, the Realmian Minister of Foreign Affairs, was walking from his Mercades-Benz, he was thinking about ATAN. He believed the Chuukangan government was correct, and that it was ATAN that dos it. He believed that the group was trying to rip the governments of both nations apart, as well as making nations in their region side, ripping the region apart, to achieve their goal: total Anarchy. His phone started ringing. "Hello?" He said. "This is Michael." Came the reply. "You believe them, right?" Said Nevada. "What? No! It's a bunch of lies! This'll ruin my career as well as my county by listing to them! I already have my new military general on it." The Prime Minister said "No. We can't do this. At least not till after the meeting." Nevada warned. "It's not safe for me to go. Not even with guards. I'm not going." The Prime Minister stated. The Prime Minister then hung up.

The Arrival
After two hours of thinking, the Realmian Prime Minister finally decided it was best to go to the meeting, but would be bringing two extra guards. "For the people." He thought over and over. He new that it was his duty to bring peace to his nation. And he thought it might help him get re-elected too. As he got out of the plane he haerd a *crack*! The bullet missed him by just inches. His guards quickly saw the shooter, who was clearly a ATAN member. The guards had captured the man, and handcuffed him. They then handed him over to authorities in the nation. "Nevada was right" he muttered to himself.

Aengus McLennan met up with the Fórsa Bás. He entered a nearby building, with the other Magisters who had arrived earlier and prepared for travel.

BOOM!!! A fireball rises from Worcestor Castle, home of the Royal Family of Treka-conland. Screams are heard from all over the city. The Duke and Duchess along with their baby come running out of the castle. "WHAT HAPPENED!!!!???" Prime minister of the Royal Guard Ethan Fontenot looks at the Duke. " Sir, there has been an attack in the south wing, we've estimated about 20 are dead, 10 injured". " is it the Bill land dadoan Rebels?" "no sir, we do not know as we have not found any evidence". " ok, make sure y..." "LOOK OUT!" 3 men in mask walk by firing at them with machine guns. they duck behind cover. POW! a royal guard starts shooting, POW! BANG!, the uknown men die. The Royal Family is rushed to safety before somethingelse happenings.
