Because it wasn't part of my ORBAT. The spec ops aren't enough to warrant a request, but the sub is. If I don't get a response soon, I'll just go with it, since I am currently 4 000 under forcelimit.

Yes, but I don't see you inserting special forces into the nation. Their coastal defenses are about to eat shit. They'll basically be running around marking targets that can't be spotted by satellites for destruction by missile and doing coordinated hits on military structures like radio centers to disorganize their forces.
