Sadly it's Soviet so the NC is most likely going to use it but thanks for the lesson

Yeah I added the 3 Il-76MD's transporting 420 Airborne Infantry and Air Defense Systems just to ensure my ground troops aren't vulnerable to air attacks, I was tempted to include some Attack Submarines... yknow... hit their ports and stuff before they can develop a navy, but I think I can leave that to my air force, or someone with a stronger air force/naval force than I. My air force's deployment is more focused on maintaining air superiority over the area of operations of my troops as well as Close Air Support.

My recommendation though would be to add AT platoon with proper ATGM systems.

Your total number of personnel even exceeds 3,400, that including the crew of each ship, aircrew for pilots and ground vehicle operators.
Meanwhile, my already small force was not accepted and I had to even gradually reduce it...

To note, I frankly don't believe that S-400 would be necessary here. S-400 is a THEATER/LONG RANGE SAM = designed to protect large formations. Buk would be more than enough...
