I was thinking more about the Kenyan, Tanzanian, Ethiopian, and the Nigerian militaries.

You could at least get the AK-47 or the G3A3 for your small arms, as well as some armored T-55s or T-72s.
They're usually surplus stuff and a lot of African and Middle-Eastern nations have them.
