It's not. My population is 828 million, the stats say my military is like 67 million and I rounded it up to like 70 million

Spektronia, your numbers are very inflated. If you shift a lot to your national reserves that's okay, but I'd put the cap at about 2-3 million for each branch. Now, if you explicitly say that you are not going to put that many troops into the front unless it's a complete, destructive total war, than that's alright too. But realistically I don't think you- or anyone- could sustain such a massive army.
