From the desk of Prime Minister Alexander Kerensky of the United Socialist States of Vostria,

I wish to announce that Vostria wishes to become a much more active and devout follower of this Pact. We feel that i will allow the growth of our diplomatic ties and help the creation of a union of like thinking nations. We apologise for our recent inactivity, as some of you may know our nation has recently come out of a hectic revolution but we are now established and fully functioning but we ask that those nations who have sent aide in any form continue so that we can help bring Vostria into the modern era and help with the creation of a number of government policies including, universial free health care, reformed education system and improved public transport. These our short term goals and we hope the members of this Pact can assist us and we will, in return, do our best to help others.

OOC-This thread may warrant checking out. I am expecting this to turn into a war (as soon as they player who's agreed to play the attacker posts), and though Pact intervention may not be neccessary, I just want to make sure you're aware of the possibility.

Comrades, it has come to our attetion, through our participation in the Worker's Pact, that numerous capitalist nations are coming together to threaten the peaceful ideas that we all share. The goal of these pig-dogs is to force change upon the populus, with out its consent, to the ideas of capitalists. Our own manner of thought is that this is a direct affront to our beliefs and threatens not only our sister pact, but can expand to threaten our pact. We call upon our brothers to be mindful of these events. We, on our own accord, will work to defend the Worker's Pact and ask that our comrades in the Serovskya Pact will address the issue, whether it be to help as a whole or pledge support on your own behalf. The capitalists have chosen May 1st or, to us, International Workers Day, yet another slap to our face, for the day of thier "attack"

We will keep the pact posted.

Greatly appreciated as this will help our own tank R&D programs. We are glad to see such an adavncement in tank technology from one of our allies.

OOC: Unfortunately, my own army has it's own standards and is incapable of switching to a tank that uses the 120mm Rheinmetall L55 gun. Regardles, this is a generous gesture. I will certainly take it up and intend to try out the tank in some of my elite units.

Given my own position, I feel that it is only right that I follow your example and will grant free full domestic production production rights for my T-95 MBT and AN-125A assault rifle for all members.

Rusikstan would like to thank Osea and Sharfghotten for their continued support of socialist endeavors around the world.
The Osean tank had previously contributed to our R&D programs though from afar. Now that we are free to produce such a weapon we can examine internals more closly.

Following the example set forth by our comrades we present the:
RT-02 MBT
RMT-08

These Tank DPRs have been released and can now be produced by the Pact. Since the M210 is not truly combat tested we are not ready to offer it to the Pact. We are, also, currently in the design phase of our latest tank the XX-1A Tver, which we believe represents our own next step in tank technology.

Official Statement from the USSG

Dear Serovskya Pact Members,

We are sorry to inform you that we will be leaving this alliance as we feel that the alliance has in fact died. True, it's member states are still strong and growing, but their has not been one single alliance activity sense the invasion of Sharforgotten, and even that was not a united Pact effort. We feel that being in this alliance no longer holds any benefits for our people, and withdraw as a result. Have a nice day.
