OOC: This organisation has only existed for a short time and, despite that, I already have things I want to add to the treaty. Well, I have made a thread on our forum, with links to each the voting thread for item I want to add to the treaty. Whatever your opinion on them, it would be advisable for everyone to vote on these items.

OOC: Well, I'm think of creating a Council of Commissioners, as part of the Serovskya Pact leadership. However, I have yet to figure out how that will work out. For the moment, these positions are being held by Osean deputy ministers for the Osean equivilents of the Commissions.
