The Skellig Aircrafts would manage to destroy 47 of the 60 dogfighters but would lose 44 in the process.

After the scouts were relatively certain that Bahtar was not going to risk an amphibious assault but an airborne, They quickly alerted their superiors.


General Von Steuben closed his eyes and smoked his pipe once he figured out the Bahtarians would not do what he had expected,
He ordered the Motorized Army he had assembled at the coast to return to Skellrovia,to defend from Aerial landings.

Skellrovia the capital of Skellig could not afford to fall. It was the nations proud capital filled with culture,history and the vast gold reserves Skellig had been building up for centuries.

As your planes flew over the topkekki-Skellig warzone they would reach extremely heavy AA fire from the 250 Marskman Anti-Aircraft Tanks stationed there.

Outside the capital Skellrovia and the Topkekki-Skellig warzone there would be little to no air resistance.


Skellrovia 9:AM Von Steuben's bunker

General Von Steuben put on his camo coat and hat, and was escorted to a sewer entrance by two armed guards in heavy green jackets. They would trek through the sewers before eventually stepping out of a manhole 15 miles outside the city in an abandoned sewer treatment plant.


Here would be a civilian car to put off suspicion, a 2004 Land Rover painted green for slight camoflauge.
They would set off at 9:PM to get the advantage of the darkness , and drive through woods when available.

The 3rd and 4th waves were already near the first two who were flying around the aerospace of Skellrovia, the capital of Skellig. The Bahtari plan was simple. Shock and awe. The medium bombers and attack aircraft would strike the city first, eliminating as many of the enemy defenders and lowering their will to fight. Then, the BMD-1s would be paradropped into the city to provide covering fire for the infantry who would come in and wipe out any enemy resistance. As such, the plan began. From the 10,000 meters above the skies, the medium bombers and attack aircraft swooped down and wrecked havoc on the city of Skellrovia below, targeting both civilian and top military targets!

The screech of Cpl. Aziz's Su-7b was deafening. A formation of Su-7b jets were descending fast over the city. Cpl. Aziz struggled to keep his jet in the formation. He looked to his left and saw Il-28 bombers drop their payload on a military force down below. Suddenly, his radio crackled to life. "This is Red Leader! Red Squadron, unleash your missles on the skyscrapers and buildings in the city center, we'll bring this whole city down to the ground!" With that, the squadron headed towards the dense areas of the city, unleashing their missles and cannons on most of the city's buildings.

The An-124s and An-22s were starting to descend, too. Within minutes, the BMD-1s and paratroopers began dropping onto the burning city down below them. Crewman Saleh was just the gunner for a BMD-1, but he, and other crew members role were important to the mission. He saw the door of the An-22 burst open and watched as paratroopers paradropped down into the burning, sickly excuse for a city. He closed the hatch of his tank. And slowly began traversing towards the exit. "3, 2, 1!" Counted the tank's commander.

His tank began swirling down towards the city and eventually the heavy parachute opened up. He looked through the gunner's scope and saw paratroopers and tanks alike drop onto the city. He was just another important asset of the Bahtari assault on Skellrovia.

They begin starting Howitzer Fire sporadically in the hope they might hit a few targets although more so to unsettle their enemies.

General Von Steuben scoffed at the idea of surrender and continued working on operation 'Final Assault' in his Skellrovia bunker, Although he knew he would soon have to evacuate to the 'Hawk Alcove' bunker where Lord Skellig was residing in a top secret location.

CNO Hoch: My leader... Our naval fleet is no more. General Von Steuben assumed control and we have recently lost contact with all ships. They are destroyed.

CNO Hoch: We simply could not ... If anyone told me Topkekkia had as many Destroyers as they do. I would of told them they were seeing ghosts, and had them admitted to an asylum. But no, the tyranny have been preparing to warmonger for a century.
Lord Skellig XIII: It matters little anyway, defensive battles are rarely won in the water. All that matters is that 'Final Assault' is coming along, the assault that will make sure that this war is not worthwhile for our assailants

Air
The bombers soared behind the fighters, dropping smart bombs from a safe distance towards the AA guns below while staying safely out of range, letting the laser guided bombs do their work while the troops below prepared to land on hostile shores. Air support would be ready soon for the soldiers on the ground.

Sea
The ships moved forwards through the pelting howitzer fire. At this point, the main force to the rear had begun to move forward, and would arrive in a few hours. The men began to pile out of their ships onto the scorched earth, ready for war.

"TO VICTORY!"
Five thousand men and their complementary vehicles charged onto the land. The tanks made a wall of metal ahead of the troops while they marched behind, occasionally peeking out to let loose with their RPGs at hostile tanks. The rocket artillery to the rear fired a barrage of sarin-laden rockets at the enemy troops ahead while rolling forward with the venerable wave of manpower, charging into the fray. Men clambered onto the backs of the tanks while carrying heavy machine guns, firing left and right from their more secure positions while the battle raged.

Off the West Coast of Skellig, the Spektronian fleet began to come into view in the horizon. Some while later, the fleet was not very far from the battle. From the bridge of the Spektronian fleet's flagship, the S.S. Süd-König, Generaladmiral Volker Neubert commanded the fleet's advance.

Volker turned to his Vizeadmiral, Anna Klugmann. "The Topkekkians just received reinforcements. Now is a good time to help, to further ensure our victory of this battle." Anna responded quickly. "Yes sir, should I radio the other carriers?" Volker nodded "I want the hover crafts out there, transporting National Soldiers onto the beach." The Vizeadmiral nodded and picked up the radio, which was set to a fleet wide channel. "All Admirals of the Spektronian Fourtheenth Fleet, this is Vizeadmiral Klugmann, acting with the orders of Generaladmiral Neubert. Deploy transport hovercraft to the beach to aid the Topkekkian forces in their assault. Two BTRs on each craft. Out."

Just a few minutes later. the hover crafts landed on the beach, unloading thousands of troops and hundreds of BTRs, going back and forth to pick up and drop off. When the Spektronian line caught up with the Topkekkian line, the Spektronians set up, right alongside with their Topkekkian allies. There were a few dirty looks from the Spektronians, but other then that, the Spektronians fought along side valiantly with their allies. The Spektronian officer who was commanding the Spektronians, greeted the Topkekkian commander as the BTRs pushed up along with the Topkekkian tanks.

The attack had gone smoothly. Nearly all of the defenders of Skellrovia had retreated snd abandoned the city, with only a few, desperate defenders that had taken stands in the sewers and the run down ruins of what was once a great city. The Bahtari now only had to deal with them. Two BMD-1s were advancing down a destroyed street when a Skellig soldier ran in front of them. "Please, I surrender! Don't shoot!" He shouted. The convoy of BMDs stopped and the front BMD's driver jumped out. He walked towards the Skellig soldier. "Damned Skellig slavers! You will pay for this!" He shouted. The BMD driver took a long, traditional sword from the side of his pants. "Repent!" Said the driver, just seconds before slicing his head clean off. The driver jumped back into the BMD and thd convoy began driving. They turned to another street, where a score of Bahtari conscripts were lining up surrendering soldiers and some 'collabrative' nobles.

As the convoy drove past, they begged for mercy. A Bahtari junior officer smirked. "Die, Slavers!" He shouted. The Bahtari conscripts opened fire on the defenseless soldiers and within a blink of an eye, the Skellig soldiers were reduced to dead bodies that were crumpled on the floor in a pool of their own blood. The convoy advanced forward once more, but now, followed by a full score of Bahtari conscripts, soldiers and paratroopers. Two more BMDs joined the convoy and they advanced forward to the heart of the city. The Bahtaris got ready for their final push. Now, their mission was clear. To make a final push and establish full control of Skellrovia and most important of all, to ELIMINATE key Skellig government officers.

The sound of the tanks and soldiers moving forward in perfect unison and heading towards the central srea of the city was terrifying to the enemy. Why? Because it signalled the death of the poor excuse of their nation...

"Go, go, go! Take your positions, quickly rush them and kill them! This is mobile warfare in a nutshell here." Said a Captain.
"Bombard the area with helicopters and kill any troops that there are!" Said a Captain again.

By now the 500 Leopard 2a6 Battle Tanks and 500 Marskman Anti-Aircraft tanks were approaching the heart of the city, The Marskmen would be knocking the Bahtar Bombers out of the sky at an astounding rate. Whilst the 500 Tanks worked on destroying 'Arab' Armoured vehicles and infantry positions.

General Von Steuben: My dear sir, Skellrovia is a warzone. Without heavy re-inforcements we will lose our capital!
Lord Skellig XIII: My god.... We need to take drastic action. Is it time for the emergency assault we have been planning?
General Von Steuben: Yes sir. Up until now we have been conservative with the troops we have deployed to combat. But now we must mobilize the large scale assault.
Lord Skellig XIII: Well, I'm not a general. I will leave it to you.
120,000 Skellig Infantry troops have been mobilized from surrounding areas to assist the Armoured Vehicles retaking of Skellrovia.

Skellig Shocktroopers had begun to arrive 5 miles from the enemy base and had begun setting up quick sandbag fortifications. They raised their iconic light machine guns(M249 LMG'S) and prepared for an enemy charge.

The Skellig Forces felt locked inside the sandbag fortification and saw no end in sight.

The 5,000 shocktroopers would begin a rather short trek to the frontline but with the intention of barraging the Topkekki from the side with heavy LMG fire. They would all be filled with anger against the Topkekki and Spektronia 'Terrorists' who they had been hearing so much about.

"Sir, we have spotted soldiers on beach. What do you want to do?" Said a pathfinder.
"We won't charge them. They'll probably have machineguns and it will be absolute suicide. We need to use combined arms here. We have 10 helicopters, use them to our advantage. For now on, stay here." Said the Major of X Corps.
"Find a way to flank them. They're probably preparing for our charge and experiencing tunnel vision. Once we flank them, we will easily kill them using infantry and helicopters. God speed."

The bullets screamed through the air, hot and heavy around Alexei. Suddenly he saw a tank pull up next to him. That was good. He needed a shield. And then he saw the insignia on the side.
"It's the damn Sturmkorps!" The warriors of Spektronia. Most didn't know if they even felt things, but they were a force of nature on the battlefield. Towards the rear, another godsend came: In addition to the already strong air support, cruise missiles came arcing out from the destroyers, seeking targets below on the scorched beach. When he was reflecting on this however, the hostile guns came from the side, shredding through the tank, and by extension, his body.

The Generaladmiral, Vizeadmiral and other officers were standing around a table in the bridge, looking a map of the beach. The Konteradmiral, who's rank was below Generaladmiral and Vizeadmiral had a suggestion. "Sir, our combined forces with the Topkekkians on the beach are going well, for now. But how long before their lines are re-enforced?" Generaladmiral Neubert stroked his beard and mustache. "I suppose that might come sooner than we expected... We should do as much damage as we can for now, so that if they send any reinforcements, It would not help much. Radio Kommodore Mauss, order him to have the battleships launch a GGM missile each." The Vizeadmiral nodded and moved over to the radio and unhooked it, setting it to the channel linked with the Kommadore's ship, the S.S. Wellen Esser. "Kommodore Mauss, come in. This is Vizeadmiral Klugmann. Over." A few seconds later, the radio received feedback. "This is Kommodore Mauss. Over." "Kommodore, contact your battleships, including your own. The Generaladmiral wants a GGM missile launched from each. Over." "Copy, orders will be carried out. Over"

Just a few minutes later, the nine frigates had launched their missiles, making a fiery trail into the sky of nine missiles. The missiles drew closer and closer to the Skellig line, before dispersing evenly along the enemy line, dealing devastating damage to the enemy. One missile, had been fired too close to Spektronian troops, killing hundreds of Spektronians. But none the less, it was also effective against the Skellig troops.

"Vizeadmiral, have the SAMs set up behind our lines, I don't want any of their airstrikes hitting us." She nodded, picked up the radio and contacted the carriers. "Attention, all carriers. deploy your 9K37 Buk M1 SA-11 Surface-to-Air Missiles in the next hovercraft pick up. Over." When the next pickups came to get troops from the carriers, the SAMs were also loaded onto the hovercraft. When they arrived on the beach, the soldiers set them up, while the front lines continued their battle.

The Spektronian commander on the ground, saw the missile strikes as an opportunity to advance. The commander ordered an advance and thousands of troops moved up, taking up new positions, where the Skellig troops had been blown to bits by missiles.

Affirmative. We'll be applying more pressure from the skies with our bombers now, prepare to drop in your men when ready. We'll be needing that support.

A series of missiles arced towards the beaches, laden with high explosives, while another squadron of bombers took to the skies, raining down what was affectionately called "the war crime in a box" by its designers; it flung sarin gas and aerosolized thermite across the field of battle behind enemy lines in a series of bomblets. They were expensive to produce, but devastatingly effective, especially in these crowded quarters. At the same time, a number of shock troops left for the front on helicopters from the decks of the destroyers, sixty total. They were from the Crimson Guard, Topkekkia's elite. They had fought everywhere from Algeria to Thailand, and were devastating at moving quickly through the ranks of the enemy in combat. The hellfire missiles flew from the helicopters towards the Skellig forces as the Guard leaped from the sides, into the fray below.

[Reformed Byzantine Empire]

BEACH, 10:00 AM

Infantrymen of the Byzantine Army flanked their way through nasty woods into the open fields. The Major of X Corps began assaulting on the Skellig infantrymen and at the same time, Major of the XI Corps captured a small base and began opening fire on the Skelligs. Helicopters from the skies began launching missiles on the enemy and seeing they have no anti-air defense, proceeded to kill all remaining Skelligs. Machineguns from both sides opened fire, but it was clear that in late parts of the battle that the Byzantines just had more firepower than the Skelligs did. The force multiplier of the helicopters concluded this battle. Within a few hours, the field is cleared and Byzantines had 1,300 casualties (400 killed, 900 injured). But they were ready to start constructing a outpost here to construct a safe harbor for more infantry and tanks to come here and deploy. Meanwhile, the Major of X and XI Corps ordered soldiers to start constructing pillboxes in case of an enemy counter-offensive.

Once the Topkekkian-Spektronian line had pushed up far enough, the Generaladmiral ordered that the troops to begin the process of their air transport. From over the horizon, thousands of V-Tols and air transportation vehicles came buzzing to the shore, with the Spektronian fleet not far. V-Tols which were packed with soldiers all waited their turn to drop off their troops. The V-Tols were gray with Spektronian flags printed on either side. Once in a while, a black V-Tol with the Spektronian Conservative-Fascist Party's flag painted on it, touched down and unloaded Sturmkorps Troopers. Larger V-Tols also came, unloading vehicles like tanks and BTRs. The troops cleared sections of the beach for the incoming air units, which made their own section of helicopters, jets, V-Tols and drones over to the side. After the long process of moving soldiers, the Spektronian force of 50,000 soldiers, was ready on the beach, as promised. The lower ranking grunts of the Spektronian armed forces were roughly two feet taller than any normal people. This was due to the special diet they are fed, which is laced with hormones and other things for genetic modification. On the beach, a forward camp was set up, consisting of tents, communication equipment, turrets and other areas.

On the Spektronian flag ship, Volker switched on his radio to a fleet wide channel. "Attention, 14th Spektronian Fleet, this is Generaladmiral Neubert. I want a defensive blockade set up around the beach. Submarines, I want you the farthest, followed by our battleships then corvettes. Carriers, stay in the center. Over." Suddenly, the fleet sprung to life as it formed a defensive semi-circle around the section of the beach that the Spektronians had occupied. The Generaladmiral then turned to his Vizeadmiral. "Anna, on the next pick up, have the mobile SAMs set up. I don't want any air strikes on our encampment," She nodded. "Yes sir. I'll have them out there in no time." She said as she saluted with her arm extended out, then walked out of the bridge.

Volker then contacted the commander of the camp on his radio. "Festungmeister Adler. This is Generaladmiral Neubert. Over." (Festungmeister=Fortress master) With a few seconds of delay, the commander responded. "This is Festungmeister Adler. Over," The Generaladmiral was glad to hear her voice. "Ah, I hope everything is well out there. Anyway, I want a reinforcement of 4,000 National soldiers and 1,000 Sturmkorps troopers, along with 10 M1A1 tanks to assist our front line assault. Over." She went over the details in her head before responding. "Yes sir. 4,000 National Soldiers, 1,000 Sturmkorps Troopers and 10 M1A1s. Over."

On the front line, as the Topkekkian-Spektronian forces continued to gain ground slowly, the Spektronian reinforcement arrived. Brushing past the lines, some few hundred Sturmkorps Troopers charged into the enemy lines, using heavy riot shields and shotguns, dealing as much damage as each could before they would be shot and killed.
