I assume this arrival of DAX (well, re-arrival, reincarnation, reappearance, you get the gist.) is going to cause every soldier from the first war to experience nostalgia-inspired PTSD change a few things, wouldn't it?
I guess we should all anticipate a army of terminators to appear only question is who'll they fight for!

DAX fights for himself, and his droids are , if I remember good from what Rimworld Remnant told us, simple and outdated. But they still have blasters, and blasters keep being as letal as always.

However, since he needed to hide his factories and all that, I think his droids could be now very very simple, having the minimum necessary metal so they can stand and shoot the blaster, because, you know, he lost his factories, and he needed to rebuild his factories and armies from rubbish

And I'm reading that the Hellas can make all of its rocket-propelled fists a single molecule, what's up with that?

And by that, I mean the Imperium will sit back and watch while everyone else fights the threat and then swoop in and destroy everything when they've all been weakened from bashing one another's heads in, and take all the glory.

Yeah Nilokeras has barrier that either absorbs ot disintegrates anything you throw at it and it lasts a hell of lot. But since it also absorbs light... it can't see Jack shit so it uses aerial stealth cameras and it has a small gap in it's barrier to receive the signal from the cameras. Hellas uses it's six fists and turns them into a single giant molecule... which simply translates to "shit can't hurt it". The weakness is that the thrusters can be destroyed by shooting it.

I'm considering DAX right now as such a small threat, that it's not even worth discussing. We'll just let you lot handle it..

Hellas can launch it's fists at a great velocity and it uses distance to gain a lot more speed. And yes the Hellas is designed to, quite literally, punch through super heavy armor so it is designed to punch through ship haul (pun intended). This was in the anime as well. So yeah you don't want a giant molecule traveling at super sonic speed to hit your ships... it's gonna hurt. You can however make it go off balance if you hit in the center with some armor piercing ammunition or something like that. Also if you want to know anything about my crusader mech just ask

The crusader mech just looks like a gundam designed to look like a crusader knight. I got the idea from an image I saw recently on Google and decided to use it and implement my own ideas into it. Now then, the crusader has both long range and close quarters combat capabilities making it quite versatile. It uses a weapon that can either be a large energy sword or a giant lance. It also comes equipped with an automatic weapon that is technically a titanic burst cannon made for the hands of a giant (the burst cannon is the Tau from 40k). The mech uses artillery plasma missiles and a targeting system to deliver small directed salvos or a full scale barrage. The missiles are quite devastating capable of wasting an entire landscape and damaging ships. The last of it's equipment is a multi armor layered shield capable of emitting a large hard light barrier. The barrier generated by the shield can cover a large radius to defend strategic locations or something like a cluster if small craft (example: my drop ships). When engaged in hand to hand combat the protective hard light barrier will coat the entire mech to give it extra protection and resilience. When creating it's large scale barrier it can't keep it up for too long in the face of dedicated enemy fire and will overheat and combust making it's generators useless and causing damage and system malfunctions to the mech. The barrier can be as strong as a destroyer's shields. It's thrusters allow it to maneuver and travel faster than a fighter craft in space, and more agile as well.

Well yes I understand some of this sounds far fetched so, that is why I decided to make the OOC post on the crusader's equipment. I did it to get some constructive criticism from guys like you. Now, mind helping me figure out a suitable energy source for this mech. Of course I could just say it uses some sort of Aldnoah drive (search it up)

Can't find anyplace actually telling me what an Aldnoah drive is. I now know everything about how to start or shut it down, other places told me they're poorly written plot devices, but nothing about what they actually are..

However if a generator so small would be so powerful, I'd expect it to be Eldritch powered or some shit, maybe a gateway directly linked to the Warp or something.
Most certainly not something your civilization could have designed, considering the level of the rest of your tech.

I also still don't know how a mere drive can turn up to six massive mechanical arms into a single molecule. I'm no scientist, but I am 666% sure that's not how molecules work..
