"Sit down, son, and let me tell you a story. To some, it was called the War of Remnant Aggression, an act by an imperialistic nation invading its peaceful neighbor of Zhangua. To others, it was a righteous act of patriotism in freeing a people and lifting their lives. And to others, it was simply a means to an end, a stepping stone on a completely unrelated agenda. But to me... To me, and to many of my friends who never made it out of that war as well as the many others from other lands, it didn't matter what people called it, only what it was. It was gruesome, bloody, and it avoidable. But it happened, nonetheless. So let me tell you how it started...

Welcome, boyos and girlos to the RP I keep bringing up over and over: The URA's attempt at invading and bringing Zhangua under its influence after several statements and actions that can be seen as aggressive from the Remnant military on the border between the URA and Zhangua. Now, before we begin, URA's gonna lay down some rules, an application, as well as the fact that I need to write the IC's OP, but we'll get to that in a bit...

7. I expect a level of a sophistication and skill when it comes to the IC, so no one-liners or shite grammar and the like.

Reasoning on Stance: The URA is in the right in freeing the people of Zhangua, both of Zhanguanese and Remnant descent as well as expanding the influence and power of the URA. Zhangua is a puppet state controlled by other governments and this must be stopped.... By making Zhangua a puppet of the Remnant government.
The Extent of Your Involvement: Financially and Militarily. Fully involved.

Frankly I wouldn't care if you were spitting distance OOCly, but ICly Urran is super jumpy and responds to any country invading another by going "LOOK AT MY F*CKING SHIPS! DONT MESS WITH THE WIIIIIIIIIIND!"


Plus Esgonia talked me into putting a small "peacekeeping" force in Zhengua. If you don manage to penetrate all the way to where it is stationed, I doubt they will care at all. Probably just calmly pack up and leave like "oh no, they had more men than us, there was nothing we could do."

No, they see that as being more under control because Donnerland is involved. It's a more delicate situation. They don't care what URA thinks of them, but if they support Donnerland, then they fear Vanq might think something, but if they fight against Donner, Donner will be against them. They'd rather not anger either of those powers. Basically they are pretending to be neutral while still putting the smallest fighting force they can justify in Zhengua to appease the Esgonians.

It would take something of great magnitude to make Urran deploy anything near a sizeable force to do battle in a foreign nation. They are technically allied with Esgonia and FAP, but don't want to get too close to them militarily because of Vanq. Urran does not necessarily fear Vanq, it just doesn't want to pick a side in the bickering that he gets involved in because that would make them obliged to do more than verbally support someone. Plus, it likes its status as a trade hub and doesn't want to jeopardize that by shunning either of the big powers to the north.

Lol dw Donner and Vanq are both fellow sub states of the Helsa Federation, supporting one would be like supporting the other indirectly
