Fuso makes official visit to Nerodanus for bilateral agreements.

(EXIA) Opening up international links and strengthening them since the beginning of Fuso's foundation, the 21st century becomes a pivotal point for international relations for Fuso as it began it's overseas trips across the world, with it's first stop being on Nerodanus. Prime Minister Sokuji Kado shook hands with Neroian Premier Maxim Kuznetov for bilateral agreements between trade, economic, immigration and cooperation pacts. The Prime Minister also expressed interests as well to join in the ongoing space exploration and research done by many of the nations. Almost immediately after the talks, the signing of strengthening trades between the two nations were finalized, while issues like immigration have yet to see full discussions once both sides open up additional consulates on cities of interests. There's also the talks in concerns about military, especially in regards to the ongoing tension in the Pyik Sea. While the Prime Minister remained in the obligation of being neutral to the crisis, he cites the damages done by the maritime crisis in the region, talking more than a billion dollars worth of trade at risk of being plummeted that would send repercussions on several nations. As the talks go for a few breaks and then it's end, it is not done without taking photos with both domestic and foreign press. One of them being the two leaders of their nations shaking hands, and the other where both foreign ministers shortly after their discussions about immigration. The Prime Minister discussed that he will be visiting other nations for similar talks.

In the last week, the Pyik has become the center of international concern, as tensions continue to escalate between the Neroian Bloc and the Arkhonian Bloc. Although negotiations are underway between the Arkhon Federation and Nerodanus, the Royal Court will continue to invest in the defense forces of Caerion currently commanded by the Arkhon Federation. The funds that were going to the upkeep and maintenance of the Caerion Defense Forces will now be directed to the creation of a stronger, greater military. Further funds will also be allocated to this goal as the nation prepares for ongoing conflict stemming from contention in the Pyik region. From talks with the Arkhon Federation, the construction of a larger military will be contracted out evenly between Arkhonian Companies and Caerion Companies, and in addition to the ICBM's on Locus Island, the Arkhon Federation will add several ICBM's on Caerion's islands. Although understanding that Caerion will not command the additions to its military, it rests assured that the Arkhon Federation will command the military with Caerion's interests in mind.

After an extensive evaluation, the Caerion Budget Office has confirmed that the termination of trade between Caerion and Nerodanus will not impact the nation economically as Nerodanus and Caerion traded very little, to begin with. In addition, the Arkhon Federation picked up trading with Caerion, further supporting the nation and keeping Caerion afloat. Expansion of trade for the nation will continue as Caerion's focus as a nation has shifted to a more free market supporter. In the next week, the Royal Court plans to send several ambassadors to several large nations to begin working on trade agreements that will benefit the people of Caerion.

President Ferrie La Pointe's latest state of the nation this year says that civil unrest may occur within the nation's borders. Hinting that the Majuntes' splinter group, Messure Armados, composed of 1,000 men including former Parawan military soldiers may attack several isolated communities and bring them within their circle for a plan to "destroy liberty and democracy of the Parawan people". The Messure Armados caused the deaths of 18 people in the small island of Vanri 100 kilometers away from Port Gregory. La Pointe plans to expand the military's capabilities and budget to meet the requirements for a full defense force. He notes of a conscription policy that he plans to take in effect, which may be put to vote the following next session in the country's parliament. Meanwhile, he noted of significant progress in many of the country's key industries, with tourism being roughly as equal as it's mining industries in profitability. At the end of the speech however, La Pointe also considered a foreign country to assist and help them against the rebel threat.

La Pointe's changes in Parawa opened up the doors for the country to be recognized by many nations across Elvarya, with potential investments coming from major economies being a key factor for his policy to be enforced at his charge. Income inequality remains to be a problem, and more than 30% of Parawans live in poverty. La Pointe and his government is also accused of corruption, especially with the 2018 Naudus Port deal that costed $400 million dollars.

The Valcoryan Government also approved a military program that will begin a large expansion of the military; adding more ships to the navy, and more aircraft to the Air Force. The program will strengthen the Valcoryan Military and Valcoryan Military Corporations bidding for government contracts, in turn, increasing the economy. The Government will continue this program to protect and defend the country and its allies.

Earlier, the nation of Arkhon has moved severam ICBM's into Caerion resulting in hightened paranoia among the population along with a wave of fear, anger, along with paranoia. The Minister of Defense announced that Hanaga will be deploying Marines to the North along with putting Strike Air Units on standby due to this moval of large military weaponry with capabilities to strike any Hanagan city in any locatoion. The nation of Combrekniza has shown concerns as well as those nuclear weapons could also be used against Combrekniza or Nerodanus. This increase in activity at the Pyik Sea is bound to disturb the current talks but Hanaga says it is justified because of the increased activity within the Pyik Sea. Kaiser Friedrich has issued another shocking statement to the Germerian people, in what seems to be a growing trend since the successful electoral campaign of Paul von Lettow-Vorbeck for Reichsminister of the Reichstag. The states of Germeria and Novo Razcon have been in multiple bouts of serious diplomatic debate for the past week in what has been a virtual black hole of information, but after today's announcement it's now apparent that the talks were related to this new alliance.

Christened the 'Reichspakt' on account of it being a military pact with the Germerian Reich, both nations will be obliged to come to the others aid in times of conflict, and the Kaiser seems determined to start this relationship on a good foot by directly intervening in their conflict with the Neo-Laerolkians. Despite the general anti-war sentiment of the past year, the public outcry has been far more muted than expected, possibly due to the tales of the many atrocities carried out by the former dictator and his associates during the Razonican War.

In other news, Prinzesse Aläis von Aelstun and Scottish Callaghan Atholl have been spotted recently at the Germerian Star hotel at the Wilhelm Island chain in the central Orvosic Sea, dancing at the local Foundation Day celebrations and eating dinner with many common citizens later in the evening. Atholl is the brother of current Scottish Imperial President Horatio Atholl, who was inaugurated into office last December after his predecessor's untimely death. According to an undisclosed inside source, the two made a conscious effort to enjoy the sights and experiences of the common people and not those typically reserved for Germerian nobility, supposedly at the behest of Aläis' cousin, Kaiser Friedrich.

This isn't seemingly the first time that the Kaiser has intervened in his relations love lives, as rumours abound at the continued closeness and association between the Kaiser's other cousin Viktoria and the Razorian Grand Duke Walther Lussengarde. While many average citizens are supportive of the possible relationship, either due to genuine adoration or just curiosity, the same cannot be said of the nobility. In a perhaps strange twist, most of the backlash comes from the southern nobility surrounding the Aelstuns' ancestral archduchy, whose hopes of marrying into the family have been dashed, and the normaly terse and confrontational northern princes have come to his aid, crudely telling off and insulting the southerners.

Grand Duke reopens the former Imperial Command Center in Haemia

Ever since it's inception, the Razorian Self-Defense Force has been utilizing the western wing of the Lussengarde Family Palace, known as the Ducal Grand Palace in Lussendale. Fitting an entire military into a cramped six room alotted space is next to impossible, but the Razorian Self-Defense Forces Command has been making do with what they have.

"It's been a rough year. We've had to seriously downscale on everything. I remember when Digital Archives of the Razonican Military had an entire building dedicated to organizing and updating them. We've had to do away with paper entirely because file cabinets would take up too much room. Living with less has made the Defense Forces Command very lean, it's almost like a brotherhood how close we work next to each other." Said Colonel Mattias Dewlingarde, the commanding officer of the Domestic Intelligence wing of the RSDF.

After more than eight months of renovation, the Empire's Imperial Command Center, once housing the entire branch of the Razonican Imperial Armed Forces, has been completed and Grand Duke Lussengarde has voiced his support of moving the RSDF Command into the massive headquarters. During the end of the Fall of the Empire, Haemia was used as a staging point for Futrellian forces attempting to establish resupply zone for Razonican troops returning from battle. As Futrellian forces began evacuating, the ICC was also evacuated, taking severe damage from artillery strikes and enemy fire entering the city. Upon establishing the Duchy of Razoria, Grand Duke Walther Lussengarde appointed several Futrellian, Adfranan, and Kaladian construction, electrical, and paint companies to repair the ICC for use by the Razorian SDF.

"It's going to be very refreshing to actually have space to work comfortably again. It's another milestone passed by Razoria." Said Colonel Dewlingarde.

The Grand Duke has established the ICC under the new title of the Razorian Central Military Complex (RCMC) and will be used to house the entirety of the Razorian SDF. It is the first building utilized as a crucial entity to the Razonican Empire to be restored to it's pre-Fall integrity. After a closed door session between President Masters and Prime Minister Sokuji Kado, the two leaders and various political advisors attended a joint press conference announcing the creation of a full economic and military pact between the Federal Republic of Futrellia and the State of Fuso. To start, the economic pact will target the needs of both countries and solve the problem of natural resources such as coal, iron, zinc, timber, gold, and oil for Fuso, and semiconductors, automobiles, production machinery, automated chipsets, and various joint RnD collaboration in technology and science for Futrellia. On top of the powerhouse economic agreement, President Masters and Prime Minister Kado have agreed on friendly immigration status, even doing away with requiring visas for Fusonese and Futrellian tourists.

The terms of the military pact were discussed in longer length by the two leaders and the results are everything the two leaders and the people wanted. Prime Minister Kado agreed to hosting a Federal naval and air installation in the city of Etogami located on Etogami Island. Futrellia will also be hosting a Fusonese naval installation located in Southern Futrellia. Both military installations will also ensure heightened security for trade in the region. The Defense pact also includes the deployment of several military advisors to the Fusonese Armed Forces to assist in training and for the Federal Armed Forces to gift 20 Rhino Mine Resistant/Ambush Protected Vehicles and 5 Varyl-Class Corvettes for Coastal Patrol. Annual joint training exercises are also being discussed for the 2020 year.

Germerian Chief of Foreign Relations Hans Feuershielt, alongside Chief of War Ulrich von Verdun, announced today the establishment of a new consulate within the nation of Fuso after the nation lowered tariffs of oil imports to be in compliance with a deal made between the Germerian and Fusoese governments. In exchange for fifty billion Germics, reduced tariffs on Germerian products and the establishment of a new consulate program, Germeria will subsidize businesses importing oil into Fuso, as well as lending a portion of their strategic reserve of oil as a sign of goodfaith.

The consistently hectic life at Raegaron has gotten decidedly more chaotic as supporters of two opposed parties, the Parti Communiste Raeha and La Nationale Fédération, hurl insults at one another and start sporadic small brawls. The use of the Raegaron Riot Police, or even the valiant ISB squads, has not been commented on by the Reichskommissar, but their deployment and use seems more and more likely as the random brawls and scuffles threatens to boil over into a full blown citywide riot.

The PCR caused quite a controversy earlier this month as Head Chairman Maekus Britho, former head of the now-defunct and Razonican breakaway state of the Siolin Isles, announced the first national meeting of the party in order to consolidate their ideological views and, potentially, gather support and favors from Republicain Socialiste leader Maurice Theussiers. Theussiers has been criticized by hardliners within his party and by political opponents across the spectrum for his indecisive nature towards the newly founded PCR. Maekus Britho made minor headlines early on in the Razonican Civil War when he commandeered control of the Siolin Isles, a nascent communist government, but this adventure was shortlived as the Battle of the Siolin Isles between a dominantly Neroian-led Entente fleet against a mixed EAC fleet destroyed much of the Isles infrastructure and industry, and has since been left abandoned after a Neroian organized evacuation.

In contrast, the LNF is both an old party from the Raeh Republic and also new on the political scene. Originally the Raeh Nationaliste Fraternite, the RNF formed a coalition with the fascist KFR party, the integralist Parti Integraliste and populist Croix de Feu. Henri Clemencuay, leader of the RNF, then merged the coalition into one single party with its primary goals and ideology following the RNF principles of nationalism, sovereignty of the Raeh people and limited expansion into the old Razonican empire, with a strong man populist leader and a figurehead monarch for stability. As news broke out about the PCR rally, Clemencuay quickly announced his own rally for the LNF in what is almost certainly a provocation to Britho as thirty thousand LNF supporters began to square off against the twenty five thousand PCR supporters.

This, alongside rumours of possible Lussengarde dynastic resurgence in former imperial territories, has spurred many radical and fringe movements into action, either for or against, and Septimius Halbeck alongside Bundesrat representative Jaesi Namoi have led the charge to cement the democratic center of Varumia in opposition to both sides as the Reichskommissar continually attends legislative meetings and consults with top judicial figures across the planet in what seems to e an atempt to reform the current governmental system.

(EXIA) The latest session between Fuso's Prime Minister Sokuji Kado and Futrellia's President Kaelyn Masters, along with several political advisors from both sides resulted in a complete agreement and signing of a full economic and military pact between the nations of Fuso and Futrellia. The agreement tackles the issues both countries are facing, namely the ones that are heating up as of right now in this world including the Pyik Sea Crisis. The economic pact establishes by lowering tariffs significantly from both nations which would ease the entry of exports from two nations. Immigration agreements expelled the need for a visa for any citizens of their nations planning for a visit, thus the tourism industry from both nations saw an increase. In terms of the military pact that was signed, both countries would host overseas military bases on areas crucial for the security of their trade routes, as well as ensuring that both nations are capable of assisting each other if when any foreign power would attack either one of them.

The same would go for Germeria, where Fuso made a fifty billion dollar deal for Germerian oil exported to the country. Tariffs on Germerian goods entering Fuso were reduced, with a consulate program in place for both countries where a first few would open in major cities such as Osona, as well as lending Fuso a portion of Germeria's strategic reserve of oil as a sign of goodfaith. The agreement also comes in with naval exercises and training programs, which is set to be conducted the next month between the two countries' militaries. Much of the planned military exercises is to take place in numerous islands exclusively used by the Fusonese military.

Haemia continues booming despite hard times

Despite the round the clock reconstruction of major highways, government buildings and bridges destroyed last year in the ending segments of the Razonican Civil War by secessionist artillery strikes, Haemia is continuing to bring in international businesses ranging from technology firms delving into Artificial Intelligence to fast food corporations establishing new restaurants in Haemia's portions unscathed by the war. Haemia, the former capital of the Razonican Empire, has undergone extensive reconstruction for the past 9 months, the Grand Duchy contracting several hundred companies to rebuild crucial infrastructure destroyed or damaged by Secessionist forces as humanitarian aid sent by Futrellian forces began evacuating Razonican politicians. It's no secret that Grand Duke Walther Lussengarde has requested nearly a dozen loans of several million from the Futrellian government to help in rebuilding Haemia and restore the city to it's former glory, most of said loans have been waived by the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs and the Department of the Treasury on behalf of the Department of Defense and the Office of the President. Despite the round-the-clock construction work lasting through the night and into the day repeatedly, populations in the metropolitan area has increased from 997,564 recorded by the Imperial Census in 2016 to 1,370,000 recorded by the Ministry of Commerce's Census Bureau in March of 2019.

Since the Grand Duke's reopening of the former Imperial Command Center, now titled the Razorian Central Military Complex, the tourism industry of Haemia has bounced back up, getting an increased flow of tourists from Futrellia, Fuso, Germeria, Varisis, Jord, and Plyric. While the Ministry of State has reassured the Messenger and multiple other news agencies that Lussendale will remain the capital of Razoria, it isn't out of the question that Haemia will continue it's role in Post-Imperial society as the largest city in the Grand Duchy and will be remembered as the most important city throughout the centuries of rule by the Razonican Empire. It is clear that Haemia couldn't be in better hands than that of a Lussengarde.

NEW CASTLE - With the Pyik Sea on fire and with tensions still high, the Arkhonian Government has been working hard to settle the crisis and fight for free and open trade in the Pyik Sea. The First draft of the Pyik Accords was finished this week by the Arkhonian Senate, but as the draft became public, concerns rang through the nations of Nerodanus and Hanaga. In the next week, revisions will be made to the accords to better fit the international community as a whole. While the Accords are being debated, the Arkhonian Government will further show their support for peace by moving a fleet from the Pyik to the Arkhonian Varisis Base. This leaves only one Arkhonian Fleet in the Pyik Sea, which will continue to operate in the sea to maintain free and open trade. Collaboration with Hanaga will continue as Arkhonian Diplomats work tirelessly to better the relationship between the two nations and mend the distrust caused by the Pyik Crisis.

With relation building at the top of the Chancellor's mind, the Federal government will reach out to the nations of Furellia and Fuso to better Vardesian relations and trade. Next month the President of Futrellia will visit New Castle to talk with the Chancellor about trade and a more unified continent. The Federation also plans to begin a line of communication with the nation of Fuso to better trade and relations with them as well. To further support a more unified Vardes the Chancellor plans to propose an annual Vardesian Summit to provide a platform for Vardesian nations to better collaborate and trade. Plans for the first summit will be drafted when the President of Furellia visits the Federation next month.

With the Pyik Accords going south for the Hanagan Homefront as Nationwide paranoia reaches a peak and panic has began after the placement of a Unknown amount of ICBM's in Caerion by Arkhon, suspected to be 10 or less with them being armed with M.I.R.V which could hit multiple cities in Hanaga, this has resulted in tensions growing from Pyik into a possible start of a new World War. Futrellia has declared it's support to Hanaga and has recently arranged a state meeting between the Leaders of Hanaga and Futrellia to pressure Arkhon into standing down from causing more aggression from Pyik. The most recent draft of the Pyik Accords has only resulted in more uproar from Domestic Forces like the National Workers Party of Hanaga which is a Right Wing Party which is affiliate with Nationalism that has some ties to the more political part of the Hanagan Monarchy.

The Military continues Patrols as usual in Pyik but back at home Paramilitaries and Government forces have minor clashes with each other over the current situation in Pyik, before the visit the Government has began to return politicians and important figures back to the Coastal Cities and Capital as the situation slightly calms down only for the evacuation to be temporarily halted due to the Nuclear Weapons being placed in Caerion. The Military recently began deploying into the streets replacing United Defense Force units on the Western Districts which has recently showed a level of aggressiveness against Government Forces, experts suggest that a war will be imminent if this situation isn't resolved soon.

On June 28, Tropical Depression 16 formed 720 miles south off the coast of New Scotland, heading southeast towards southern Arkhon, decreasing in power as it drifted through the cold Vestilan seas. The Meteorological Station at the Tyderius Statesman monitored the progress of the Depression throughout the night of June 28 and at around 3:44 am, Tropical Depression 16 smashed into the warmer waters located 600 miles east of Futrellia and Arkhon, giving Sixteen a massive boost in energy, speed, and wind gust. We wished that Sixteen would have lost power before reaching the warmer East Vestilan oceans, but as this did not happen, Sixteen was classified as a Tropical Storm at 6:44 am. On June 29, Tropical Storm Kaitlen changed direction, heading directly for the Tydari Gulf. This is worrisome. The East Vestilan ocean maintains a regular water temperature of 73 degrees as opposed to the central Vestilan temperature of 52 degrees. The Tydari Gulf maintains a constant temperature of 91 degrees, making it the warmest area of water on the Vardesian continent.

At 4:58 pm on June 29, Tropical Storm Kaitlen moved to 250 miles southeast of Futrellian mainland, gaining strength to a Category One Hurricane. By this time, the Federal Weather Service and the National Hurricane Center both made predictions that Hurricane Kaitlen would hit the Tydari Gulf by late July 2. NHC Meteorologists predicted by late evening, it would explode into a Category 3 Hurricane, capable of 111 to 129 mile per hour winds. The President authorized the Federal Weather Service and the National Hurricane Center to interrupt television stations within a 40 mile radius of Tydari District, warning of an incoming Hurricane and to take all necessary precautions. The President gave powers to the Department of Homeland Security's Emergency Management Agency to prepare all emergency resources and wait on standby. At 9:05 pm on June 29, the President announced that evacuations would take place at 6:00 am on June 30 in the Tyderius, New Calica, Vatolika and Fierstoph Metropolitan and outlying areas. Knowing that evacuating more than 25 million people was a next to impossible task, the President authorized the National Guard across all stations, the Federal Army at Fort Smith and Fort Benson to assist using any and all available transportation. The Department of Homeland Security predicted less than 25% would be effectively evacuated before Kaitlen made landfall. The President and Vice President was to be evacuated via helicopter to an undisclosed location while the remaining government would stay in the Capitol.

As of now, Hurricane Kaitlen has grown to a category 3 before reaching the warm Tydari waters, signalling that all predictions for Hurricane Kaitlen will be overshot. The EMA, FWS and NHC all agreed that Kaitlen will grow to a Category 5 once it enters the Tydari Gulf reaching winds of 180 to 195 miles per hour with a width of 450 miles. Tyderius maintains 62 levees to prevent overflow of water from the Tydari Gulf, though 55 of which were built to withstand Category 3 hurricanes. Tyderius Mayor Breanne Ashfeld has called a state of emergency and backed the President's order of evacuation. Governor Alexis Gardner has requested the President to declare a major disaster in Tydari District to release financial assistance through the Treasury Department. The President is considering moving the voluntary evacuation to a mandatory evacuation as of now. 7,000 EMA employees have reported in across the country and more will be moving in Northern Tydari to prepare for relief efforts after the hurricane dissipates. The Federal Army and National Guard are amassing vehicles in Northern Tydari to establish temporary relief stations for displaced citizens from Tyderius and surrounding communities. Major highways and interstates are cleared of commercial traffic and diverted to northern communities and gas stations to wait out the hurricane allowing civilian and military traffic to evacuate easily. Meteorologists at the Tyderius Statesman and FedNews will continue to monitor the hurricane and it's landfall.

Further cooperation with Arkhon has raised support for the nation after many Valcoryans found the nation's action's in the Pyik atrocious. But, with close ties with the Arkhonian Federation, the government took an offer that would only help the nation.

Over the Weekend the city of Valisgrad held its annual Neroian Technology Conference, where Companies and Manufacturers from all over Nerodanus gathered to show off their technology to release between now and the next Conference. While there was much to note, include the 64 core CPU developed by IMS, and the newest Self-Driving systems from Porik AI, set to be integrated into the latest vehicles, the talk of the show was the Dollisvitor Land Glider (pictured above). The Land Glider marks a stark new design that is expected by many to follow through in the coming decade, as such technology improves. The Vehicle, following with the trend of the last decade of being largely electric (as of the latter half) or a Hybrid (as of the former half), it makes itself known through the latest tech of Spherical Wheels, the first in Elvarya to be publicly announced for a vehicle set to come out Internationally with the Spherical Tire System. The Spherical Tire System allows for the car to be able to move in all directions as is necessary, making parking easier for both the person driving (should they be) or the auto pilot seamlessly gliding the vehicle in. The Land Glider is set to release in December of this Year, however it will start with custom orders before mass production begins, as several other factories need to see refit to allow for production of both it's Traditional line of Cars, and its newest Spherical line of cars.

While the Land Glider took much of our attention, one should still head over to the Valisgrad Technology Confrence Website to see other Technological releases, including the latest Computers, Smartphones (of note, the much anticipated Quri 8, with a 99% screen to body ratio), and many other technologies are showcased.

At exactly 6:05 pm, Hurricane Kaitlen entered the warm waters of the Tydari Gulf and, as feared, pushed the Hurricane from a Category 3 straight into a Category , half an hour before Kaitlen made landfall. The National Hurricane Center's Monitoring Array located at the Tyderius Port Authority Central Station prepared to ride out the storm until massive waves and winds tore through the Ports and docks first, sending boats into nearby buildings. Winds reached an upwards of 160 miles per hour, putting many buildings at risk of breach and flooding. Broken windows were reported by staff within the NHCMA shortly before the National Guard pulled the plug on the staff staying any longer inside the Central Station. The National Guard dispatched a convoy to retrieve the staff minutes later from a refuge center located at the Tyderius Capitals Dome, where close to 56,000 people, including 850 patients from the Central Tyderius General Hospital, were forced to evacuate to when the storm had arrived and safe evacuation out of the District became impossible. The National Guard and the Department of Homeland Security have confirmed that only 12% of Tyderius citizens were evacuated, which translates to a failed evacuation attempt by the Federal government.

Now, people who failed to evacuate in time are trapped in their homes and businesses, unable to exit to the streets as winds have reached 165 miles per hour.

We have confirmed reports that the Tyderius Capitals Dome has been ripped open by the strength of the winds, putting 56,000 people at risk. The military and Emergency Management Agency relief employees are attempting to evacuate as they can. Meanwhile, we have reports that several levees have been breached, flooding many downtown streets with water up to ten feet high. Hundreds of buildings have been damaged and trees across the city have been toppled. Electricity is out across 95% of the city with the exception of the Federal Capitol Building, where backup generators have kicked on.

Vatolika, New Calica, and Fierstoph are also experiencing devastating winds and rain, with reports of massive destruction across all three cities. Governor Gardner of Tydari has already pointed blame at the Federal government for "leaving millions of citizens to die in Tyderius". Mayor Ashfeld has joined Governor Gardner in saying that earlier warning could have been given to the people of the cities affected. Understanding that evacuating a major city like Tyderius, Mayor Ashfeld has stated that hurricane-proof shelters could have been built and buildings could have been fortified by the Federal Army's Corps of Engineers quickly and effectively, giving those stuck in the city a place to go. With the hurricane still bashing the Southeast Coastline, thousands of EMA, National Guard and Army personnel are on standby to provide relief to the cities impacted. The Federal Navy is standing by to provide search and rescue services from the Ports inward. The Federal Air Force is standing by with rescue helicopters to support aerial operations alongside the Tydari District Civil Air Patrol and Constable Air Services.

Hurricanes this strong take nearly a week to finally lose strength as the storm moves onto land and loses it's fuel from the warm Tydari waters. The last time a hurricane this strong hit the southeast portion of Futrellia was in 1903, when a Hurricane was recorded at a Category 5, destroying more than half of Tyderius. For any trapped within their homes, emergency services are suspended. The Tyderius Police and Fire Department are not able to respond to any calls and call centers for Emergency dispatch have been closed. Our only advise we can give you is to stay bunkered down, stay away from windows and if water enters your home, mover higher into your home to avoid drowning.

Our world is made up of over 80% Ocean, and more than 90% of that ocean is very much a mystery to us all, with theories that hundreds if not thousands of new species of marine life lay undiscovered by humankind. Though hopefully, the mystery of what lies under the waves will not be a mystery for much longer.

Jord Research Association, Porter Industries, has announced the construction of a new seafaring research station that will hopefully allow researchers the chance to dive deeper into the vast ocean blue to see what lies under the waves.

This station, dubbed Project Aurora, is planned to be over 100 meters tall and be able to house a variety of deep sea vessels capable as well as state of the art equipment able to map out the vast uncharted ocean floors, as well as house over 20 to 30 crew members made up of a variety of engineers, researchers, divers, ETC.

Porter Industries also announced that it wishes to share it's experience with the rest of the world, inviting all nations of the world to come and join them in the journey to explore what lies beneath the great blue.

The Project is scheduled to be finished in the coming years, at estimate 3-5 years, and everyone is working night and day to bring this bright idea into the world as fast as possible.

Fuso, Germeria engages in cooperation for thorium-based nuclear power.

(EXIA) A request for a multinational project from Fuso to Germeria came to an agreement yesterday following the country's interests towards it's concerns in energy. The project would include in a cooperative research, construction and tests of new nuclear power plants that would be powered with Thorium instead of the more commonly used Uranium that powers most of the entire world's nuclear power plants from several nations. A decade ago, a research from Fuso's institute indicated several advantages of thorium-based nuclear power over uranium-based nuclear power which included the longevity of thorium, as well as a significant reduction of nuclear waste and remove several concerns that were associated with many existing nuclear power plants. A Fusoese Physicist noted that one ton of thorium can produce as much as energy as 200 tons of uranium.

The biggest challenge to make this happen however was the costs. In fact building one is equals to three-four regular nuclear power plants, and it would alone cause a budget deficit on the energy sector. Another was the concerns of the amount of Thorium that can be harvested from Fuso's territories alone. But a cooperation with Germeria, which has now agreed to make a more power efficient, robust and clean energy become a reality in the country and join in a handful of other nations already using this. Fuso begins the construction and testing of their very first batch of thorium nuclear power plants, with one set to produce more energy for multiple prefectures and decommission older nuclear power plants.

Highlights from the 2019 Arkhonian Innovation Showcase

CASTLE ROCK - As the 43rd Annual Arkhonian Innovation Showcase comes to an end, we would like to share some of the most interesting innovations of this year. Businesses around the Federation joined together a week ago in Castle Rock to display their work for the nation and the world.

Energy
Big business energy companies in recent years have been developing better ways to produce energy that is clean and plenty for the Federation. At the showcase this year, we were delighted to find new developments in Wind, Solar, and Nuclear energy. The new wind turbines coming from Vigil Energy Conglomerate, produce 400% more energy than any other turbine currently on the market. The Arkhon Federation plans to expand their offshore turbine fields using these new turbines later this year, funneling billions of Golden Marks into the Arkhonian economy. Further development of solar energy has also occurred and investors are excited at the new solar cells that the Vigil Energy Company is producing. Nuclear Energy was also showcased, as the Caster Nuclear Management Company gave the nation and the world insight into a better system for storing and deposing of nuclear waste.

Robotics
The Arkhonian Academy working with The Chrysus Company and Laser Technologies showcased their robotic work at the event, displaying one of the most advanced robots in the world competing with work coming from Futrellia. The robot named "Conner", operating with one of the most sophisticated AI's the Federation has ever produced, has advanced movement abilities that can mirror the movement of living beings adding to one of "Connor's" millions of skills. "Connor", who is still learning a multitude of tasks, has surpassed the researchers' goals as he grows each day. The engineering behind "Connor" comes from research performed at the Arkhonian Academy which worked closely with researchers from Nerodanus.

Construction
As Science is continuing to expand, so is its applications around the nation and the world. At the Showcase, BL Construction displayed their new agent for construction - 3D Printing. During the entire event, a new addition was being added to the Convention Center where the Showcase was held. The addition, which finished exterior construction the last day of the event, was built entirely from a 3D printer produced by BL Construction. The printer, which lays two layers of the insulator polyurethane, with space in-between which is filled with cement, can print buildings fast and at low costs. The result, a beautiful addition to an evergrowing Convention Center at the heart of Castle Rock. The Arkhonian Government plans to contract BL Construction to begin building affordable housing projects in improvised areas of the Federation, further supporting Arkhonian Citizens and developing the unused land. BL Construction also plans to contract out to other nations looking to further industrialize at low costs.

Military
Although many of the companies featured at the Showcase brought excellent new products to the market, the most shocking displays came from military innovation. The Chrysus Company - the largest military conglomerate in the Federation brought to the table several new age hypersonic missiles which have the ability to travel at a sustained Mach 5. The Iron Curtain, a capability few countries have obtained including the Federation, would have a hard time keeping up with a Mach 10 missiles, giving the Federation a delivery device that could drop any form of warfare anywhere around the world. Along with the hypersonic missiles, the Chrysus Company has also developed a prototype for a better, faster-unmanned bomber that can reach high altitudes and deliver large amounts of controlled missiles. The Company also released news of a new jet and a new form of weaponized armor which could be sent around Arkhonian and Caerion forces around the world. More news on the jet and the armor will come at the end of the month.

Science
Finally, new science is being learned each day in labs across the nation and in Vortum, where the Arkhonian Academy plans to expand their operations. Five new scientific crews will be deployed to Vortum within the next two months, doubling the size of the base and operations in our northern continent. Current scientific research on new ways to protect the environment and slow down the accelerated melting of large ice caps has the been the goal of the Arkhonian researchers for some time. Worried for the nation of Razma, Arkhonian researchers are working each day to save the Razma Tribes from being torn apart as the world continues to increase in temperature.

Although we could not talk about each new product showcased at the event, it seems that the Arkhon Federation has much to look forward to in the future as it continues to invest in science and innovation. In the coming month, the continent of Vardes will meet for the first annual Vardes Summit with innovation and trade in mind. Further cooperation with nations close and far will be on the mind of each Arkhonian business and every Arkhonian politician.

Further Cooperation with the Nation of Valcorya

NEW CASTLE - Former colony and current neighbor, Valcorya, has been on the minds of many foreign policy advisors of the Chancellor as he met with their President this week. After talks involving trade and industry, both nations leave with goals met and relations increasing. To meet the demands of Valcorya's growing military, the Arkhonian International Bank will graciously donate funds to support the management of their military as well as donate funds to give the nation mobility in the construction of new military assets. The Arkhon Federation, in return, will have the ability to, at any time, contract 50% of Valcorya's military to fight with the Federation. The Federation will also be granted a naval base on the coast of Valcorya to base special operators and support ships to defend Arkhonian coasts at any time.

The nation of Valcorya will be granted a branch of the Arkhonian Academy which will offer free tuition to any student who is accepted in Valcorya. The branch will further develop their nation with the goal of complete industrialization and increasing Valcroyan research. The Valcoryan government has made it clear that they want to industrialize entirely, and the Arkhon Federation will help in any way so that they can reach their goal. Continuing the build better relations, the nations will finally exchange embassies in each other's capitals so that further cooperation can occur at a faster rate.

Last night Supreme Leader Miguel Laoza summoned the Senate for an emergency vote concerning humanitarian aid to the Federal Republic of Futrellia. The vote concerned sending a battalion of Army Engineers to aid in reconstruction. The Senate also authorized the Laoza to send the Navy's only nuclear-powered Aircraft Carrier, the SLS Fortaleza to dock off of Tyderius and aid with water reclamation and power generation. The vote passed unanimously. In his letter of aid offer to the Futrellian Supreme Leader Laoza stated that "The nation of Futrellia may be miles away. We may not share common ancestry, culture, or language... But we do share a strong spirit of freedom. It is in their hour of need that we must step up to aid our brothers-in-arms. That is why I am authorizing 1 battalion of engineers, the Fortaleza, several crew transport ships, our Humanitarian Brigade, and our Elite Search and Rescue team, Los Cazadores, to aid the Futrellian in rebuilding, if they so wish." Laoza went on to speak of the importance of helping Futrellia as they were, as he said, "One of the largest bastions against the threat of Communism." No official word has been received by the Futrellians either accepting or rejecting the aid and the troops stand waiting at the docks.

Hurricane Kaitlen Tears Through Northern Coasts

EAST WATCH BAY - As Kaitlen, a category 3 hurricane, tears into Arkhonian coasts, casualties are low as Arkhonian assistance is already in place for the strong winds and heavy rain. Although Arkhonian cities are holding, billions of dollars worth of damage were caused by the hurricane. The Arkhonian Government passed an additional aid package this morning to provide support for northern Arkhonian cities and to the nation of Futrellia, who was hit harder by Kaitlen than the Federation. The Aid Packages will provide funding for relief, reconstruction, and healthcare.

The Chancellor today announced the creation of an initiative that will prepare the continent of Vardes for any other natural disasters in the foreseeable future. The Initiative will provide for a Vardes Weather Alert Center that will watch for heavy weather around the clock, funding for immediate relief in affected areas, and the construction of hundreds of Aid Centers up and down the coasts of Vardes. Along with current infrastructure in the Arkhon Federation and Futrellia, the initiative will only further prepare the two nations for heavy weather.

Nerodanus Offers Aid to Futrellia

Just earlier this week the Nation of Futrellia was bombarded with a Category 3 Hurricane, named Kaitlen along their Southeast Coast and further inland. As the Hurricane began to rain down on Futrellia the people of Nerodanus began several temporary charities to raise money and supplies to be sent to Futrellia after the storm clears. Supplies range from temporary shelter such as Tents, to food and even generators. The Military has offered to immediately fly over Dogs and emergency humanitarian aid, along with whatever donations have been gathered by the people to assist with the cleanup and find any survivors that may be trapped in the wreckage. Several architects have offered building designs that would better withstand such natural disasters such as Hurricanes Earthquakes, and some better for smaller Tsunami.

Although enemies in the Razonican War. Relation improvement following the War has brought stronger ties between the two nations. Neroians remain optimistic that Futrellia will become a great ally in the Vardes continent.
