Today in response to the declaration of independence by Claudiopolis from Plyric, C.E.O. Friedreich Auld, announced that the Honorable South Vestila Company would move 5,000 of it's troops to Claudiopolis. This move is part of a deal made with elements in the Caudiopolis government shortly after the declaration of independence. The HSVC will move 5,000 troops to take control of Claudiopolis's military logistics. They will be followed by 750 civilian employees who will organize the civilian logistics for all controlled territory. The Claudiopolis government has also agreed to initiate all foreign trade solely through the HSVC. In return Claudiopolis is to receive 50 Corvettes and 10 cruisers along with a 5 billion coin loan, to be payed back at .1% interest upon the end of hostilities between Claudiopolis and Plyric.

After a week of extensive negotiations, the Germerian Kaiser Friedrich and the Diet alongside the Scottish President Horatio and the Imperial Senate have announced the creation of the Legation Mandate, an agreement between the two to donate territory across the globe for the creation of freer trade zones. These Legation Cities would allow nations a platform to pursue trade with little restriction without compromising individual nations' trade laws, while also giving a percentage of the annual trade profits to the donating members of the Mandate, scaling with the donations, with the exceptions being the two founders, who receive more. This would be ensured by having the Legation Mandate be endorsed and partially sponsored by the Elvaryan Initiative, thus allowing the loosened trade platform to coexist with even the more strict trade laws of other nations. Despite the seemingly simplicity of this plan, both nations will have to wait for a response by the Elvarya Initiative before this plan can be enacted. The Reichskommissariat of Varumia has also pledged to support the Mandate.

The first cities for the Mandate will be donated by Germeria, New Scotland and Varumia, for a total of six cities. Three will be located in the former Razonican colony of Tadbu by New Scotland, while Germeria will donate one city in their new Aldesian territories and one from the Germerian homeland, with the final city being donated by Varumia. Funding for setting up the Legation Council and beaurocracy will be handled by Germeria and New Scotland, who will also supply the Cities with a defense force and equipment. New Scotland has also announced with the Mandate that the Honorable South Vestila Company will supply the Cities with paid forces as well. Alongside this defense force, the Legation Mandate declares that all investors and government entities involved with the Legation Cities must come to their aid against attackers.

Headed by the Scottish Cecil Clementi, the Legation Council will focus on organizing the new government and securing deals with prospecting nations.

Legation Council and Arkhonian Federation Announce Possible Deal

The Legation Council of the newly announced Legation Mandate has announced that talks with the Arkhonian Federation about potential investment in the Legation Mandate have commenced, just days after the Mandate itself was announced to the world. While Council Chairman Clementi was tight-lipped about the affair, citing negotiation secrecy, it is speculated by many that the Federation will make a gamble and donate a city to the new organization, a much needed and powerful boon for the Mandate if it does occur.

Reactions from the other investors are unknown as of yet, but it is almost assured to be positive to the Federations quick and significant contribution. In other news relating to the Mandate, the first round of Drill Instructors and military equipment have been delivered to the Cities, and former Razonican Michel Vermadous announced as the Defense Commissioner. Vermadous was a citizen of the Razonican Empire, but sided with the now infamous Regent Laerolk in his coup d'etat-turned civil war. He defected early on to the Entente when he discovered the numerous war crimes committed by Laerolk's forces and was instrumental in helping the Entente forces operate in Aldes. While this pick might be controversial, Clementi and the rest of the council remain adamant about their decision, citing "Mr. Vermadous's extensive training and combat history, as well as character, professionalism and overall demeanor."

The Federation will Advocate for the Legation of Cities

As the Legation of Cities is awaiting the Initiative for an answer on their foreign creditability, the Arkhon Federation will advocate for their enterprise. Arkhonian diplomats were given the order to support the Legation by the Chancellor early in the afternoon after the government finished talks with several of their representatives. The Federal Government hopes to strengthen ties with the nations of Germeria, New Scotland, and Varmuria in the process. The News Authority projects that the Government's deal will promote further economic growth while the move was heralded by Arkhonian businesses. Diplomats will be speaking to the general assembly of the Elvaryan Initiative several times this week, advocating for the recognition of the Legation.

With projected economic benefits, The Arkhonian Government plans to donate an entire city to the Legation as well as the Arkhonian International Bank. The Arkhonian Twin Cities, as they will be dubbed, will be designed by Willis Frank, the current Architect of the Federal Capital. The city will promote Arkhonian Culture with Arkhonian Cusine and entertainment. The Arkhonian RD Construction Company will forego the construction of the entire site as well as manage the employment of other Arkhonian Corporations in the process. If the city is approved by the Legation of Cities, Arkhonian supply ships will be sent within the week to begin the groundwork for the two cities sites.

Neroian Department of Trade released a statement earlier in response to the founding of Legation Mandate Cities. With the Soviets unable to come up with a proper response whether to donate a city or not has decided to open Port Contor near the western border with Germeria to Legation Like tendencies, remove Government restriction of trade within the Ports. However Illegal items still cannot enter into the main City or be sold within City Limits. A fence will be built to distinguish the borders between the Free Trade Port and the City limits.

Current reactions from Law Enforcement Officals are claiming the statement to be a mistake, while Neroians in the city have pushed back, refusing to allow their city to be given up to a foreign power. Currently the situation is calm and mostly verbal, however officials are on watch for any changing situation.

After much debate on the situation in Plyric, the Federal Assembly ruled today that the organization of Claudiopolis is making false claims to statehood. As such, Claudiopolis' acts against the recognized ruler of those lands - Plyric, is an act of terrorism, hence classifying them as a terrorist organization. Furthermore, the Arkhon Federation does not recognize any terrorist organization as a legitimate body and will henceforth, expel all trading, monetary aid, communication, immigration, business, and governmental relations with this terrorist organization.

As both the legitimate government of Plyric and the Federation reside in the Vardes hemisphere, the Arkhon Federation will extend monetary aid, military equipment, soldiers, and technology to the nation of Plyric to first - account for the lost military power resulted from the coup, second - add to the former military might, third - provide for adequate funds to aid the government through wartime expenses, and finally - to help destroy a fragment of terrorism. To follow suit with Arkhonian Foreign Policy, all donated funds, military equipment, and soldiers will command under Plyric's discretion.

Today following talks with the Ministry of Finance C.E.O. Fredreich Auld has announced that the HSVC will be opening a multinational bank. The Bank will be centered in the City of Darien on the North Island of New Scotland. The bank is a reserve fractional bank allowing investors to receive interest on their deposits. The bank will open accounts for nations, corporations, and individuals. It will also open special "color funds" discrete accounts which a nation or group could put money in to support covert operations. The funds will be completely anonymous. Following Auld's announcement the Finance Ministry released a copy of the bank charter. As per the charter the bank and any investors will not have to pay any taxes on holdings for the first 10 years. Furthermore investors can buy stock in the bank however 50% is reserved for the Honorable South Vestila Company and the New Scottish Government. Auld has denied claims that this new bank is a stab at the Arkhonian bank and is merely "a form of good old capitalist competition".

In a Press Release from the Neroian Government earlier, multiple points of future Neroian international relations came up. Including relating to the newly founded New Scottish/HSVC Bank, relations with the people of Germeria, Arkhon slave trade, and rising tensions within Plyric.

In a joint statement from the International Relations Minister and Foreign Investment Committee, the New Scottish/HSVC Banks will be allowed to buy up to the former Arkhon Bank locations, so long as the Banks obey local law including tax payment, and will not build illegal Nuclear Reactors or other power systems inside the bank. Although projections show Neroians are currently cautious of a foreign bank, including one who would not maintain an alliance with the Neroians or as a member of the E2 unless war was right around the corner, it is expected that atleast several thousand Neroians are open to initial membership into the bank. The Government, meanwhile will not be rejoining or investing in the Banks.

Meanwhile following a failed attempt to supply the Germerian forces during the Razonican War, relations with the civilians of Germeria had fallen. Though previous investigation lead to a conclusion that Raz reinforcements and harsh conditions lead to a failure to supply their ally, the government of Nerodanus has issued a public apology, blaming themselves for the failure and has launched a PR campaign to restore their relationship with the Southern half of the continent. This includes opening up more sections for Germerians to open their businesses and expand into Nerodanus, one of the few times the Government has done this post Civil War. The Germerian corporations and/or businesses that partake in this will experience lowered tariffs for the time being.

Following the announcement that Arkhonian Slavers will begin looking abroad for slaves has been met with protests from the Neroian people. In response a statement had been issued that any Arkhonian Slavers who come to Nerodanus or the lands of the Razma Tribes will only be allowed to stay for a total of 24 hours, but can petition for 48 hours if needed. Extended stay is possible but must be negotiated from the Arkhonian government. Slavers will not be allowed to leave the port and attempt to search for Slaves within the two lands, or will be branded terrorists in effort to kidnap Neroians and Razma, and will be arrested accordingly. Similarly all outbound ships will be subject to Search at anytime if it is suspected that the ships harbor Slaves. Any ships refusing will be given several warnings before being Boarded forcibly. and possibly detained with the crew arrested.

With rising tension in Plyric between its separatist terrorist group and the Government, Nerodanus has put its Military base on high alert, with forces stationed there ready to conduct military operations should Civil War break out. Several transport aircraft have been lined up in Nerodanus and will operate at 24 hour readiness to fly to Plyric for reinforcement should they be needed within the opening stages of the Civil War, when it would be best snuffed out.

Senate Foreign Affairs Committee Scheduled to Meet Tomorrow Morning

The Arkhonian Senate Affairs Committee is scheduled to meet tomorrow morning to discuss new legislation that is projected to shake up current Foreign Policy trends. Heavy influenced by the Chancellor's new administrative policy on the view of alternate means of economy, the committee has been under pressure to amp up legislation that will increase funding to military projects centered in offensive measures. Prominent political analysts have commented on the increase of activity of Diplomats in several Capitalist nations in the region. In a memo, sent from the Chancellor's office to Executive Diplomats in Capitalist Nations, intercepted by the News Authority, shows that the Chancellery is shifting Foreign Relationships to expand upon growing groundwork. Heightened by confirmations in sed foreign nations, the Chancellery has given the green light to the Foreign Affairs Committee to begin drafting legislation that will pursue Policy goals.

At tomorrow's meeting, the News Authority expects that the Committee will discuss new legislation that will alter relations with the nation of Nerodanus, Plyric, and New Scotland. Conflict with the nation of Nerodanus has increased over the past month, driving some radical capitalists to seek hostile solutions. Shocking news has been announced to the world as Germeria's Secretary of Foreign Affairs Hans Feuershelt released a memo to the public detailing the formation of the Elvaryan Olympic League. Currently comprised of the nations of Germeria, New Scotland, Nerodanus and Arkhon, the EOL is an international athletic competition where athletes from all nations can compete for the spot of best athlete.

International athletics competitions have been held many times before now, but they usually have only been between regional neighbors or only a small amount of nations across the globe. The EOL however has expressed the goal of being able to boast athletes from all the nations of the world in order to facilitate international cooperation and healthy competition.

The Winter Olympics have been stated to be held in Arkhon and will commence in a few months time, followed by the Summer Olympics being hosted in Germeria and the second Winter Olympics in Razoria. The current chairman of the Olympic Commission is Arkhonian Lucus Price, with the other nations having their own representatives on the commission to decide future game locations, with Germerian Michael von Halstettin already pushing for a possible Winter Games to be hosted in the Varumian Pyreneic Mountains.

Breaking News: Scainish Pirates Exterminated

After the world was alerted this morning of ongoing collusion between the nation of Scain and several pirate organizations, the world was quick to act on dampening the threat. The moment that the nation of Scain promised to cut relations with the pirates, Scain brokered an agreement with the Arkhonian Government calling for military assistance to solve the pirate problem. In exchange, the Arkhon Federation will be handed another island from Scain's chain of islands in the South Vestila. The Western-most Scain island, renamed the Solor Island, will become a military base and a naval port for the Stratos Navy. The Eastern-most Scain Island renamed the Lewis Island, will be developed into a Patrician Resort and will be adorned with several Stadiums for the First Olympic Games in Elvarya.

This afternoon, the Arkhonian Navy was deployed to the Southern Vestila Ocean to take care of Scain's pirates. First, the old Arkhonian Ships that were initially given to the pirates were sunk with remote detonation, that was installed prior to the agreement. After taking half of the pirate fleet via remote detonation, Arkhonian Ships, using highly technological self-targeting missiles, destroyed the rest of the fleet in a single sweep. In total, several thousand pirates lost their lives at sea, marking the Arkhonian Navy victorious with only a few casualties. The Stratos Navy predicts that the entire pirate fleet did not confront the Arkhonian Navy, and about 23% of Scainish Pirates are still roaming the seas. The Arkhonian Stratos Navy will cease from hunting pirates and will leave other organization's to defend their trade and sink pirates themselves.

The Arkhonian Foreign Affairs Committee which was set to meet yesterday was postponed until next week. After major developments in the international community, including the Elvaryan Olympics, new territory, and Jord's nuclear meltdown, the Arkhonian Government will issue a recess until such affairs are settled.

In response to Jord's Nuclear Meltdown, as a member of the Arkhonian International Bank, the nation of Jord has the Federation's full support. In a joint response, both the Bank and the Federation will send Nuclear Specialists, Military Medics, and funding to secure radiation leakage. The Arkhon Federation will in turn, also place immigrant restrictions from the nation of Jord, until the situation is remedied.

With complete ecstatic sincerity, the Arkhon Federation is humbled to host Elvarya's first Olympics in the new Arkhonian Olympic Lewis Island. The winter games are set to start in a month and will feature winter sports like hockey and snowboarding. In the next month, the Arkhon Federation will scramble to build several stadiums and appropriate accommodations for the world. LUSSENDALE - In a move that has strengthened ties between the Federal Republic and the Grand Duchy, the Federal Department of Defense and Federal Army have completed the months-long transfer of 150 IV-255 "Grizzly" Infantry Fighting Vehicles to the custody of the Razorian Ministry of National Defense, the branch of government that controls the Razorian Defense Forces, who still utilize weapons and equipment once in service to the Raz Empire. The Razorian Defense Forces were left so poorly that some units still wear their old Imperial military uniforms. NPSA TO SET UP PERMANENT BASE ON LUNIST

In an announcement by NPSA chairman Yuri Koptev, Nerodanus will begin construction of a permanent moonbase on the inner and larger moon of Lunist. Plans had existed to set up a moonbase for months already however multiple companies tasked on the construction of modular parts, similar to how the Neroian Space Station was built. Several modules are already in construction and will be launched in two back to back waves on super heavy rockets, along with the first crewmen of the new Moonbase.

The launch will also feature the first implementation of reusable boosters, designed to land on ground platforms using sophisticated AI and other logic algorithms. The Core will be recovered via parachutes and minor landing burns to ensure the heavier rocket will not crash too hard. Current prediction gives it a large suborbit around Elvarya before landing back in Nerodanus, assuming all goes well during the descent. Testing for such devices has been numerous in Nerodanus, however it has not been used in the M1 rocket series yet. A test launch will go off in a month and deliver communication sattelites along a series of orbits to ensure better communications between Cosmonauts and Mission Control.

The Moonbase will be predated by several probe launches and a temporary base set up on a Lander for specialized Cosmonauts to prepare the selected area, the Valkir Lakebed, for the incoming Moonbase. This launch is currently set to occur within a Month as the Rocket is prepared. The Probes will launch on a single M2 rocket and will be mostly constructive in nature, flattening the landscape for the base.

NPSA Chairman Yuri also announced that Nerodanus will be open to accepting foreign participation in the moonbase, with the Futrellian, Germerian, New Scottish, Jordian, Novo Razonican, and Renovan Space Agencies invited to participate. Invitation to the Arkhon Space Agency is currently under debate due to the possibility that Arkhon would insist on bringing slave work into the project.

Proposal's for another moonbase on the furthest moon from Elvarya have been met with rejection. Due to the lower surface gravity long term health of Cosmonauts has been questioned. However proposals have suggested using the outer moon as a remote relay for outgoing probes into the rest of the Solar System.

The Arkhon Federation Declares War on the Pirates of Scain

After news broke from Scain that their Kingdom fell to a group of terrorist pirates, Chancellor Marler declared war on the Pirate Organization. Military units stationed on the Arkhonian Islands were immediately deployed and surrounded the two Scainish Islands. The Arkhonian airforce has also been deployed, ordered to begin dropping MOAB bombs on the islands. Operations for a land invasion are being planned with the first operation forecasted to occur tonight. The Arkhonian Navy will continue to be stationed around the island to shield an attack from any other nation while the Arkhonian Airforce and Military are fighting for the islands.

Novo Razcon Declares War on Pirates

In response to the developments in Scain, the Supreme Leader of the Empire of Novo Razcon has decided to pull the trigger and declare warfare on Scain, citing that the pirates are "the largest present threat to Elvarya, and the collective of nations must deal with them immediately." At this moment, the budding forces of the Novo Razcon Imperial Military, hot off the heels of the Leader's policies on industrialization and militarization, are en route to the Scainish islands. In other news, all nations are warned that all ships spotted with the Jolly Roger will be sunk on sight.

Scainish War Ends with a Strict Peace Treaty

The Arkhon Federation has signed the "Jolly Roger" Treaty, a peace treaty with the nation of Scain. The Treaty entails that the nation of Germeria can regulate all ships to and from the nation of Scain. Germeria is also obligated to stop Scainish individuals trying to escape Scain who have Criminal Records or are associated with privateering and all energy equipment. The Arkhon Federation will continue to keep two fleets stationed on the Arkhonian Islands with another fleet arriving within a week.

Since International escalation between Scain and the Federation seems to continue, and with Scain listing the Arkhon Federation as their Second Enemy, the Arkhon Federation will impose strict regulations based on Arkhonian power through past accords. Security on the Arkhonian Islands will be increased to advert Scainish terrorism, no Scainish Individual can travel from the islands, and Strict energy policies will be enforced. After the nation of Scain agreed to only rely on the Arkhonian Power grid from an Arkhonian-Scain Accord earlier this year, the Arkhon Federation has complete control over their energy. At 10pm each night, energy will be cut off from the Scainish islands until 9am.

The Arkhon Federation will also continue to mine gold and silver from the nation of Scain and deposit it into the Arkhonian International Bank. These actions are also tied with the Arkhonian-Scain Accord, where the nation of Scain let the Arkhon Federation take control of their nation's mining. Actions from the new government of Scain against this agreement will be met with further regulations and Arkhonian remedies.

Scain Situation Peacefully Resolved; World Breathes Sigh of Relief

Despite the world's largest conflict ending only six months ago it seems that few are eager to dissuade conflict. After the Scainish government was killed or exiled and replaced by a Piracy Junta, declaring their intentions to raid and pillage the seas, international reaction was swift. The governments of the Arkhonian Federation and Novo Razcon declared war on the pirates and a swift blockade was enforced by Arkhonian ships. Within hours of the blockade however, our Kaiser sent an envoy to both the pirates and the governments involved, offering protection to the Scainish pirates from hostile threats, in return that all Scainish piracy cease and the pirates become enlisted in the Germerian navy as privateers.

As another incentive, the Germerian government willingly reimbursed the Arkhonian government with a sum of 5 billion Germics and with the Germerian navy enforcing strict regulation of all naval traffic to and from Scain for the foreseeable future and more than likely beyond. The Arhkonian government accepted this and ceased their blockade, with Novo Razcon government following suit soon after. The international peace has seemingly been secured for now, but tensions still run at a dangerous high between the would-be combatants.

In other news, the Kaiser has announced the end of Germeria's involvement in the Elvaryan Entente, citing that the "time and need for major alliances has come to an end and we should instead focus on rebuilding and healing from the war that engulfed the world not so long ago." When questioned, the Kaiser did specift that this does not mean Germeira will not be without allies; just without the power blocs that lead to the Great War. And in relation to the terrorist group L'epee Dor, the Kaise has also commented on wanting to expand the roster of nations willing to help fight the group that caused 2017's chemical attack in Baiern and was partially responsible for the famine during the war and the collapse of the Razonican Empire.

Nerodanus Exits Elvarya Entente

Following the Scainish Crisis which rocked the international community earlier, which was followed in by by the subsequent resolution by the nations of Elvarya, an emergency meeting of the Soviet to discuss the crisis. Shortly after the exodus of Germeria from the Elvaryan Entente so too did Nerodanus make an announcement about the exit of Nerodanus from the E2.

In a speech by Premier Kuznetsov, it was noted that "With the Entente the last standing alliance of such a size, it is important to see it put to rest peacefully. The E2 is composed of many nations of many backgrounds and governments. It is a symbol that we can heal. Heal we will. We will still have allies, and we will protect one another. The time is now, for the wars of old to end, and an era of peace to reign forever."

Current talks about postponing the exit from the Initiative are underway, as it can prove to be a powerful tool of peace. However with the Initiative still doing nothing the government is not keen on remaining.
