6 MORE ASTRONAUTS JOIN THE NEROIAN SPACE STATION

Today at 3:34 the launch of S.H.L.R. M2, a lighter version of the M1 designed to carry people and supplies to low Elvarya orbit carried 6 astronauts from three nations to the Neroian Space Station which was reactivated only a month earlier after minimal use during the Razonican Crisis. The station was boosted back into a higher orbit a week before the first crew, with Neroian Cosmonauts Viktor Borsa and Galina Gurov arrived and began system updates, restockment of supplies and other modifications before the arrival of Scottish astronauts Jefferson McNeil and Lucas Henderson. On the current launch, aside from oxygen, food, maintenance, and scientific supplies, Astronauts from Novo Razcon Aaron Bryant and John Braun, Arkhon Federation's Dillon Smith and Theo Mymar, and Germeria's Hans Schlegel and Reinhold Ewald will catch a ride up to the Station.

Nerodanus has also released the schematics and measurements for the space station, so that companies and Nations can work with the Neroian Peoples Space Agency in production of more modules for the Station so that it can move from a Neroian Space Station to an Internation Elvaryan Space Station in the future. Several Neroian start ups for aerospace have rumored the start of drafting modules for the station.

Today at 5:30 pm NSST the first international to Vortum will depart from Iniative Island. The expedition will consist of 10 scientists from New Scotland, five from the Center for Scientific Research and five from the University of Edinburgh, 5 Neroian scientists, 10 Germerian scientists, 3 Arkhonian Scientists, 2 Novo Razconian Scientists and 2 Tadbuese scientists. The goal of the expedition is to establish a permanent multinational research post and settlement on the continent of Vortum. The Expedition party will land at the southern tip of Vortum just north of the Razma Tribal Kingdom. The expedition party will move north 20 miles before splitting up into two groups. The first group will set up a base station by the coast of Vortum while the second group will move further inland. To ensure the safety of all involved the paary will remain in constant radio communication with the Center for Scientific Research.

The University of Arkhib in the Arkhon Federation plans on sending another team of scientists to the icy continent of Vortum. The Arkhonian team plans to meet up with the original expedition team set forth by Peoples republic of new scotland. The Arkhonian Expedition will leave the Federation at the dawn of tomorrow on the SN Willings. Once they reach the continent, the team will be transported via helicopter to meet the first Expedition group. The Arkhonian Team will be funded by the Arkhonian Board of Education in collaboration with the Arkhonian International Bank. The Arkhonian Team of 20 scientists will help in the research of Vortum as well as the development of an Arkhonian-Vortum Research Facility.

Yesterday at 11:15 pm NSST Imperial President Horatio announced the death of former Imperial President George. Imperial President George passed away due to complications following a surgery to aid his recovery from the previous attempt on his life before the Razonican war. Following the death Imperial President Horatio canceled his trip to Germeria to organize the impending state funeral. In the wake of the announcement of His Honorableness's death all national broadcast systems have ceased all non-news reports. The state funeral is scheduled for January 5th. After the funeral Imperial President George's body will lay in state for 5 days before being returned to his family for a private funeral and eventual burial.

NEW CALICA - After four hour long Committee Session between President Masters of Futrellia and the representatives from Adfrana and Kaladia, President Masters, who succeeded President Underwood as Secretary General, used her executive powers along with the votes given by Adfrana and Kaladia to dissolve the Elvaryan Allied Coalition. The Organization, that was founded by Empress Faenia Lusengard and President Jason Underwood after the Avarice War, had been struggling financially between the three nations since it's inception. The Raz Civil War, the resulting World War and the departure of the Arkhon Federation was the final straw. President Kaelyn Masters, who won her Presidency by her strong economic and pacifist policies, believed the EAC only existed to promote war and ruin, thus enabling her to call the last Committee Session of the EAC.

"Poor leadership and a lack of participation on any EAC-controlled military activities was the death of this organization. For years I called for President Underwood to shut down the EAC. Now that I am President, I am freeing us from it's restraints and a new era of world unity should be close at hand."

President Masters has already stated that her intentions were to join the Elvaryan Initiative, which are now becoming a reality as both the government has had several meetings so far with Renova and New Scotland. Arkhon University has been Purchased for 4.3 Billion Marks

The former Arkhon University has been purchased for 4.3 Billion Marks by the Federal Government of the Arkhon Federation. The former Academic Institution will be converted into the Arkhonian Academy and will acquire all of the lands that were owned by the former University. The Academy plans on turning every former Campus into a separate University that will be managed by an administrative team from the Arkhonian Academy. The Minister of Education told our reporter that. "This will help grow our brand of education, strengthening our ability to reach more individuals, increasing knowledge all over the world." The Academy plans on working side-by-side the Education and State Department in the attempt of fulfilling their mission statement, "To Educate the World". The Arkhonian Academy plans to absorb the former UNiversities recognition, awards, and rankings. GOVERNMENT TO VOTE ON REMOVAL OF ARKHONIAN INFLUENCE

As the year comes to an end and the New Year is making its entry in only a few short days, the Soviet is debating the recent expansion of the Arkhon banking system and the new Arkhon University campus within Neroian borders, and what this can mean for Nerodanus in the future, as it is currently unknown if the University will respect Neroian educational laws and tax laws.

The Vote was called in by a petition signed at just over a million people, which breaks the 500,000 person signatory required for the Soviet to have to meet and debate writing laws or addressing the issue in other ways, which in this case would involve government seizure and compensated removal of the Banks and University, also requiring any Neroians (which current polls put at only a few thousand) to move their money from the bank to other ones, or find some way to bank online.

It is currently unknown what the outcome regarding the supposed Arkhon influence into Neroians is, however the issue may not be resolved until the next year.

Today at shortly after 12:20 pm NSST the procession carrying the body of Former Imperial President George was attacked by a group of terrorists. The attack began with rifle fire from the roof on adjacent apartments. It was followed by machine gun fire in the crowds and a car bomb. It is estimated that there have been 50 confirmed deaths with 32 "serious" injuries and up to 100 other injuries. It is reported that the attackers all shouted the motto for the Black Lion terrorist group; "Freedom for Tadbu, death to the oppressors". There are unconfirmed reports that the assailant with the car bomb replaced "death to the oppressors" with "death to Scots"

The Arkhon Federation to buy 13 million Slaves from New Scotland

The Arkhon Federation will buy 13 million Tadbuneize Slaves from the nation of New Scotland. New Scotland acquired Tadbu during the last world war and has since colonized the former nation. New Scotland desires to get rid of the entire 20 million person population by enslaving the population and selling them around the world. The Arkhon Federation plans to buy the entire male Tadbueize population at 200 million Marks. Our political correspondent, Mary Finney talked with the Senator that was heading the project at the capitol this morning. Senator Mark Walt stated that

"This purchase will add significant equity to our declining slave market. Since the Federation has seen a decrease in slave selling, the Federation has turned to buying slaves outside the Federation. The Government plans on sending most of the slaves to the energy fields, but few will be selected for commercial and military use. Like always each slave will be equipped with a tracking device and a tergum stun device which can immediately stun or kill any slave remotely."

After buying an entire male population of a former nation, the Federation will have to spend an estimated 100 million marks to sort, equip, and transport these slaves. The Federation can only use strong men for the energy fields while the old, sick, and weak will be executed. The young will be enslaved for commercial use until they become of age to work in the energy fields. The Federation is also hoping to use the Tadbu slaves to populate more slaves with female slaves that the Federation already owns.

The Arkhonian Budget Office has determined that after putting all of the slaves to work, the Federation will make an estimated 1.2 Billion in profit. Later this afternoon, the Chancellor plans on making a speech to the nation, heralding Senator Mark Walt for his hard work.

GOVERNMENT REACHES AGREEMENT ON ARKHONIAN DILEMMA

With the recent discovery that the Arkhon Federation has decided to buy the males of the Tadbuese people into slavery, the Soviet Council reached an agreement to remove the Arkhon Bank and University. The Neroians who use the bank have been ordered to remove their money from it or be left out of luck for reaching it, with demands for the banks to close by the end of the month. Construction of the University has been halted as the land was seized by the Government in an Eminent Domain, repaying the price of the land at purchase to the University. Money left or invested in anything Related to the Arkhon Federation has been removed, with the One Billion in Rubles and Gold withdrawn and all investments sold off by another committee.

Premier Maxim Kuznetsov was noted to attempt to call for a moment to communicate with the Arkhonian Government, in an effort to try and find a way for cooperation to continue between the two Nations, however the Soviets both agreed to cast their Veto, the second time it has been used.

Although trade with the Nation will not cease, usage of the Canal will. With the position of Nerodanus on the Globe it is unnecessary for usage of the Canal to continue, as ship travel times will not be changed by more than a day or two.

The Government has agreed to go public about any responses from the Arkhon Federation, as the petition for the government to meet on the issue greatly increased from the one million to over 150 Million people, with outrage being heard across the Nation.

The Soviets have also declared that any Tadbuese people who make it to Nerodanus will be granted Citizenship and full protection.

Important Update:

Nerodanus will no longer be repaying the University or Bank for their land, instead seizing it as listed under Neroian Law for Eminent Domain.

Meanwhile amidst the international backlash against the Arkhonian federation the Ministry of finance has put out an advisory to "Be ready to withdraw your funds in the event of diplomatic escalation".

International Relations Fold and Recover

After a day of events that held billions of people in suspense, the world comes together in agreement. At the beginning of the day, the world woke up to the Neroian Government ditching their membership in the Arkhonian International Bank. This alarming news overwhelmed the Federal Capital of New Castle as millions of Arkhonians anxiously waited for their government to respond. In the early morning, the Arkhon Federation ordered that the Ark-Globe International Stock Market close early and stay closed until acceptable terms have been met. The Government then began talks with the nation of Nerodanus with the Bank's Council present. Around 9 p.m., the two governments and the bank left their behind the door talks to address the waiting public. The nation of Nerodanus will leave the Arkhonian International Bank, paying the bank with an agreed retribution. The Neroian Government will seize all land owned by the bank and the Arkhonian Academy and will sell all of their stock in the Arkhonian Canal and the Arkhonian International Bank to the nation of New Scotland. The Arkhonian International Bank will raise all interest rates by 1% to recover the slight decline in Bank stock. The Arkhonian Government will also retain the ability to use slaves and will continue to acquire the 13 million purchased peoples from Tadbu.

In other news, the Arkhonian Government has confirmed that they have received 10 million of the 13 million male slaves purchased from Tadbu. The already sorted slaves will immediately be put to use in the Energy Feilds. The Arkhonian Government has invited an ambassador from the New Scottish government to the Arkhon Federation for a state dinner thanking the New Scottish Government for their contribution to the Arkhonian Slave Market. In celebration of the Tadbu Purchase, the Arkhonian Government will fund the creation of two new Slave corporations. These corporations will exist to purchase people all over Elvarya and sell them exclusively to the Arkhon Federation.

The Ark-Globe International Stock Market will open again tomorrow assured that the world has regained peace. The Arkhonian Budget Office has determined that all stocks and currency will internationally see a minor dip after Nerodanus left the bank. The Office ruled that the dip will not cause a recession in any nation and that all stocks will regain their former prestige in a manner of weeks. The world's economy still stays on high alert pending the issue in Tadbu and the Raz Successor States. The Ark-Globe International Stock Market issued a statement tonight thanking the world governments for coming to an agreement, in order to save the world's economy.

Return of Plyric? A Republic coming back to Elvarya's attention or will it fall back off of the sights once again?

It's been awhile since the region of Elvarya even heard from Plyric, excluding the few and sparse messages that certain gov't officials had received during the "Media Break" of the Plyrican Nation. Lucius vows to keep the rest of Elvarya informed of Plyric duties once again, "like the old times". After his remarks, Lucius faced mass criticism for his vows, stating that Plyric will just fall into another "Media Break" since the country is undergoing through increased unrest due the most of the men and women who served the volunteers force never returned.

In other news, the General of the Plyrican army, Brutus, had been training the new recruits more harder than before due to the lack of competence and discipline in the entirety of the army. We've tried to interview Brutus on the subject matter of a possible rebellion taking place within the Plyrican nation, but a spokesperson for Brutus says "the schedule of Brutus having to reorganize the army is tiring and he's trying to have a better response to the unrest that has been noted since the war's end. Brutus must have a little more time before anyone may have a chance to talk with him".

Gallius also stated that Plyric might just become an Independent nation soon enough due to the growing unhappiness that the alliance that it was a part of forced a small volunteer force to be sent to The Germerian front during the war, but the force wasn't recognized by the Germerians and was presumed rejected, but never returned. The Germerian ambassador declined any interview about this situation, stating that "He had better things to do instead of looking into said volunteers". When this was said, Gallius and Lucius decided when it was the time, they will see to further diplomatic action with the rest of Elvarya, bring this issue wherever they can bring it up.

Earlier this Week General Rogal Dorn announced that Jord's Military will be going under renovation in terms of Equipment and Weaponry. Deals with countries are said to be a possibility in the future, but the budget going to R&D teams have said to be increased within the incoming days, of how much we are uncertain as General Dorn has yet to comment on the topic.

As of now, this applies only to Ground Troops and Homeland Security as we have been told, but rumors about a possible upgrade to the Airforce planes and other sorts of air defense networks, but more on that in the coming days.

Also, more rumors are said from an unspecified source that Military drones and automated systems such as AI are said to be in the works, as well as what people could only describe as power armor. Be advised this source is confirmed not to be apart of the Jord Military, and is only a high superstition and not confirmed to be true, and we have received no comment from any other Military official as of yet.

Today Imperial President Horatio announced the "Solution to the Tadbuese Problem". The Neroian, Germerian, and Razcon governments came to the Imperial President and offered to take the remaining 7 million Tadbuese peoples into their respective nations. In return New Scotland will be giving 1,750,000 coins to each nation with an additional monthly stipend of 100,000 coins for the next 10 years. This solution is being celebrated by Horatio's supporter base while being decried by the opposition as being "Too light a sentence for the crimes." Next week the Senate will meet to discuss the future of Tadbu while Horatio will announce his "Black Project".

Arkhon Federation will open a Diplomatic Fund

The Federal Senate of the Arkhon Federation will open a Diplomatic Fund that will be offered to all nations in Elvarya. The Fund will be managed by the Arkhonian Ministry of Coin and funded by the Arkhonian International Bank. To maintain order, the Ministry of Coin will request that all nations that are accepted to access the fund are members of the Arkhonian International Bank. Nations must apply to access the fund first, but once they are accepted, the Arkhonian Government will distribute money accordingly. All transactions are private. The Arkhonian Government released that this action does not violate the Neutrality Act of 2016 and is in full accordance with Bank Policy. The new diplomatic policy comes after Arkhonian Intelligence reported that international tension expected to increase in the following months. The Arkhon Federation will be keeping a close eye on New Scotland, Novo Razcon, and Plyric in the coming days. Later in the day, the Ministry of Diplomatic Affairs released a disposition on the Proposal for the Change of Foreign Risk Levels Worldwide. The political response to the disposition was shocking as Senators looked to their party for assistance.

CONSTRUCTION OF MILITARY BASE IN PLYRIC COMMENCES

With an agreement between the governments of Nerodanus and Plyric, a derelict shipyard and airstrip in Plyric has been handed over to Nerodanus for use as a foreign Military Base, to bolster the local military force following the disastrous events that occured in the Nation during the Razonican War. Due to the airstrip no Aircraft Carriers are to be stationed at the base, however a flotilla is currently on roster to be based there.

Along with the flotilla several airforce wings are to be based there and two battalions of troops. Repairs and Construction will be done by Nerodanus, and when the time is up the land will be given to Plyric assuming no renewal of the agreement.

Currently the Shipyard and Docks need to be refit to handle modern day naval vessels and the airstrips need to be repaved, The barracks simply need a paint job and several windows replaced, and a fence to be installed around the perimeter. It is estimated that within the next month it will be clear to start moving in troops and supplies, with aircraft being in the hangars shortly after and the docks last, at roughly eight weeks at most.

Novo Razcon Approves of Tadbuese Purchase and Immigration Protocol

[Dated the same day as New Scotland's post about Razcon's purchase] Today, the Supreme Leader of Novo Razcon arranged for the purchase of 2 million Tadbuese citizens at a price of $500,000. However, word of possible cannibalism and a drug trade between Plyric and New Scotland have left the Leader to issue the Tadbu Act. The act arranges for guarded Novo Razconian planes and ships to be sent to Tadbu to retrieve the Tadbuese migrants for safe travel to Razcon. It also appropriates $20 billion NRD to providing basic and necessary resources to the new citizens, including clothing, food, living spaces, and common utilities. However, the Supreme Leader later stated that his opinion of New Scotland and the Arkhonian Federation has lowered.

Arkhonian Senate Condemns Novo Razcon

The Federal Senate of the Arkhon Federation has voted today to condemn the nation of Novo Razcon. The vote was 189/3 with an enormous majority voting against the small nation. The reasoning behind the Senate's move comes after Novo Razcon's continuous negative press towards the Federation. The Speaker, Mike Yoren, stated after the vote that, "Today our government voted to warn Novo Razcon. If we cannot contain Novo Razcon, then we will condemn Novo Razcon." With this condemnation, the Senate also passed a bill to cut trading with the nation by 60% and increase Tariffs by the same percentage. The Bill will be considered by the Assembly later tomorrow, but experts expect that it will pass by a sincere majority. The Chancellor has also released a statement in approval of the Senate's move. Tensions between the Arkhon Federation and that region have been tense since the last world war. Post war tension between the Federation and successor states have not diminished. The public has been calling for the government to abandon their neutrality pledge to start a war with the region, but government attitudes have been more reasonable keeping to neutrality and building Arkhonian business. Experts have determined that if Novo Razcon invested in more Arkhonian business, attitudes across the nation would change.

This morning, shortly after the Senate Tadbu Conference, Imperial President Horatio gave a speech at the floor of the New Scottish Stock Exchange where he finally announced his "Black Project". In his speech he explained the government's 12.2 billion coin black budget as paying for the construction of 5 Battleships, 5 Cruisers, 5 destroyers, and 50 corvettes. Horatio revealed that the government had secured contracts with the maritime construction company, Barton Naval Enterprises, for the construction and Purchase of 500 cargo ships. At the end of his speech Horatio announced that these ships are going to the Newly formed Chartered Corporation "The Honorable South Vestila Company". The company will have complete control over the resources of Tadbu. Shares of the company will be made available to the public for purchase starting Wednesday although according to a follow-up presentation by the Minister of Finance 50% of the Shares will be controlled by the government and an additional 15% will be reserved for Scottish-born Citizens. The company will be led by C.E.O. and former Finance Minister Friedreich K. Auld

The Chancellor has Tabled the Bill to Cut Trading with Novo Razcon

After the Senate and the Assembly both passed Bill SA.145; A Bill to Cut Trading with Novo Razcon, the Chancellor tabled the bill for further international discussion. In the next month, the Chancellery will be reaching out to Novo Razcon, looking for a diplomatic option. Arkhonian Diplomats will be sent to Novo Razcon with the goal of assuming peace in both nations. The overall attitude in the Federation is negative toward the peace-talks, but general optimism is accruing among the Patrician Class for better relations with the nation. The Chancellor's Office has confirmed that the Chancellor will table the Bill for the rest of the month, but will sign the bill if Novo Razcon does not respond to our talks or agree to compromise. Arkhonian Trade will continue with Novo Razcon until the Bill is signed. In addition to the initial deployment of Stratos fleets to protect trade, the Federation will send in another fleet to assist in the Orvosic Ocean.

Peace between the Arkhon Federation and Novo Razcon

From extensive peace talks issued by The Arkhon Federation, the nation will come to strengthened peace with Novo Razcon. From the talks, Novo Razcon will become the sixth member of the Arkhonian International Bank, the Arkhon Federation will increase trading with Novo Razcon, and pay them 1.2 Billion Marks for military advancement. The Chancellor spoke after the talks ended stating,
"The Arkhon Federation has always been a nation of peace. When we come into conflict with another nation, I rely more on my diplomats then my military. I am glad that my diplomats have accomplished the task once again, and we can rejoice as two nations, together, celebrate peace. I am excited to begin a strong relationship with Novo Razcon, and I am glad to say that after these talks the Arkhon Federation has seen a different, more respectable side of that region."
Economists have projected that after these talks, and after both nations agreed to strengthen trade, the economy will continue to bolster, putting more money in Arkhonian pockets. The Arkhonian International Bank will also see an increase in stock which will generously help increase markets in every member nation across Elvarya.

Nuclear Technology will be directed toward the creation of nuclear weapons to protect Scain. The Kingdom will continue to rise as a nation on the international stage!!!

Earlier today, C.E.O. Friedreich Auld, announced that the Honorable South Vestila Company would begin the processing and export of Tadbuese steel, tungsten, aluminum, and lithium. Auld specified that exports would target the "major four economies" of Nerodanus, Germeria, Arkhon Federation, and New Scotland. Auld clarified that exports to other nations would begin once the at least 60% of the current foreign demand is met. Auld did specify that exports to Novo Razcon would be forbidden until the Razconian Government grants permission in order to avoid increasing tensions between New Scotland and Novo Razcon further.

Today, we can say that Claudiopolis can be consider an unofficial nation from the horrible nation of Plyric. The Council of Claudiopolis has allowed Admiral Romas to take direct control of the Nation until the intensity between us and Plyric. Plyric had not responded to any of our action towards the new Nation, but had immediately closed their borders and reinforced the border between us and them.

In other news, Pons is now considered the Capital of Claudiopolis and that the surrounding area has been accepting of the new rule. Most of the loyalist has been kicked out of the nation to prevent some damage that can happen. The Council s looking for more spots to be filed in, so Elections are coming to a start soon. Admiral Romas has taken measures to increase the recruitment for the military, which has at least 30% of the Plyrican army.
