The increase of foreign aggression across the world has led to the most intense and by far one of the most expensive military projects up to date. As the most technologically advanced in the world, Atarashi unveils Excalibur. A gigawatt-grade chemical laser defense tower that has one role to protect the nation and it's people: Destroying Ballistic Missile attacks. Which renders first strike nuclear capabilities of other nations useless. Though Atarashi does not possess nuclear weapons due to Article 10 of the country's Nuclear Proliferation Treaty, it still possess a massive stockpile of Kinetic Ballistic Missiles as a deterrent. Mainly sea and air based weapons.

According to Defense Minister Hina Kojou, Excalibur is one of the many defenses that Atarashi possess. The other being the reconstruction of two Stonehenge Railgun Array Networks across the country. With one located in the Japanese Archipelago, and the other in the Industri Archipelago. Though this is called unfair to most neighboring nations that Atarashi is one of the few that can prevent missile attacks from such aggressors, a miniaturized defense battery is well underway. With the contract signed with Kiera Technologies and Kei-Higushi Defense Industries to developed mobile batteries capable of intercepting missile attacks from ground based and air based.

Despite it's role as an anti-ballistic missile platform, Excalibur also has the ability to destroy enemy aircraft at an instant. Such attack and direction could wipe out a bomber squadron entirely if used well. The staff required for Excalibur was at a maximum of 200 personnel. Because of the sensitivity of the defense platform and it's geographic location in the archipelago, two Army Battalions from the Eastern Force has been stationed as part of the reserve unit close to Saitama City. An Air Force Wing is also in station, with the well known 152nd Aggressor Tactical Fighter Squadron.

Prime Minister Folia Katayanagi has told the press that she will be holding a press conference by the coming days. To discuss more about Atarashi's development, and it's contribution to the arms industry in the world. The rumored Global Defense Munitions Project, a concept of allied nations with a unified military and arsenal, remained a myth.

The purpose of the visit is to establish both extensive economic trade agreements, as well as the discussion of possible mutual defense agreements in the future. For the majority of the 1900s, Nova Zealand had kept a strong policy of isolationism, ignoring the pushes and shoves of other nations and keeping their borders closed. During the Avarice War, Nova Zealand remained quiet and away from the battles of the war that engulfed Elvarya, allowing their economy, government, military to flourish, effectively becoming one of the Elvaryan superpowers solely through means of isolation.

The President released an official notice to the Futrellian people, addressing the upcoming visit and outlining what the talks would consist of, and why they werre important to establishing a much more everlasting peace.

The World continues to regain it's composure after amateur videos and escaping Astarican refugees continue to tell of the violent and genocidal takeover by the Fascist Party, led by self-proclaimed "Imperial Chancellor" Panarin Ilyich, a man who is described as "little more than a madman" to those Astaricans who managed to flee the nation before the borders were forcefully shut by Ilyich-loyal troops. The videos that were smuggled from within the country tells the tale of forced recruitment into the Military, frequent kidnappings by the Imperial Guard, and public executions of those suspected to be linked to the Socialist Party of Astarica. As word continues to spread of the now isolationist nation, President Underwood is the first to address the injustice taking place in Astarica.

Government forces Bill into Law, without Congressional Approval

The law – which weakens union powers, makes layoffs easier and extends the work week – was passed Tuesday at 6:12pm after a 24-hour period passed without any party deposing a motion of censure.

On Wednesday, Vice President Marissa Collins resorted to a controversial measure known as the “Liefa Rule”, which allows the government to sidestep a Congressional debate and a vote on proposed legislation, for a third time in order to transform the bill into law.

President Jason Underwood and Collins have championed the labour reforms as a way to boost business confidence and employment figures in Futrellia. But the government had to contend with months of public demonstrations that saw trade unions and student groups organizing demonstrations and protests that often ended in violent clashes with the City Police and District Constables.

Speaking to Congress on Monday, Collins described the bill as a “progressive” text that was “necessary for the future of the country”.

Opponents, such as widely outspoken Senator James Okuda, however insist the labour reforms whittle away workers' rights by allowing employers to lay off workers more easily and to negotiate job conditions directly with staff instead of through unions.

By giving precedence to negotiations at the branch and company level, the new law lengthens employees' work weeks and modifies overtime wages.

Critics from the left and right protests nearly brought the country to a standstill this spring as union members blocked petrol refineries and depots, with train conductors and airline pilots joining nationwide strikes.

The use of the Liefa Rule measure in two previous instances and the government’s threat to ban union protests sparked accusations that the government was also trampling on democracy.

Futrellia’s Federalist government watered down the original version of the bill, but not enough to win over hard-line unions and even many within the Federalist Party’s own ranks.

But by making concessions to the original bill, it also lost the support from right-wing MPs, who accused the government of not taking reforms far enough.

“This bill is, and will forever remain, stained by its antidemocratic character,” the United Workers' Front union fumed in a statement on Wednesday.

The widely expected move by Collins left lawmakers in the lower house National Assembly little chance of derailing the reform before its final adoption.

Unions have vowed to launch a fresh day of strikes on November 13.

Companies and Adviser Board Agree: Futrellian Bill Gone Too Far

Razonican companies located in Futellria are worried. Hundreds of workers have threatened to go on strike after a harsh crackdown on unions by the Futellian Government. These companies are worried that they will lose workers due to harder times in Futerllia. Razonican companies what now demanded that they be excluded from the national crackdown in Futerllia, citing the fact that they are foreign entities and therefore should not have to follow a law placed on Futerllian companies. This crackdown hinders the companies' abilities to make profit.

In addition, the Razonican Workers' Rights Board (RWRB) has condemned this crackdown as "backward" and "fit only for the nineteenth century". The RWRB argues that the right to form unions is a human right that all workers must be allowed to exercise. If workers feel overworked without reasonable compensation then they must have the right to create whatever union they wish.

These two groups will be sending representatives over to Futerllia. The Empress has given no formal support of any side, yet has commented that "all human elements must be considered." Some take this as an unofficial backing of the unions.

For Mithmyr winter is notorious for it's harsh and unforgiving cold throughout the entire country. However this year while families stocked their cupboards with food preparing for snow to cover their homes, they were met with deadly floods that swept through them. The district of Hantarth the most southern district, has experienced most of these fatal floods. Rivers has overflowed erasing homes from their place and the sea has swept many into it's dark depths. The cause of these floods has been none other than the melting of the icebergs that were harbored in the southern Mithmyr bay. The melting of the icebergs has been called out on the increase of global temperatures over the years. Global climate change has not only affected Mithmyr, but Vacroaye itself saw temperatures reaching 120°F. The increase of global temperature has been rooted out from the heavy industry in Vacroaye along with the other polluting factories around Elvarya.

The amount dead so far has reached around 678 people, though many more are sure to follow. Southern coastal cities and many towns and cities near rivers have experienced deaths. Julia Victorine has not commented majorly on the matter but has ordered more search and rescue teams to be deployed and has warned Myrans about fatal flash floods.

Famine Striking Vacroaye

Grocery stores and markets once packed with food are now dry to the bone all throughout Vacroaye. While Southern Vacroaye has a substantial amount of agriculture, the increase in temperature has crippled crops. A famine is currently striking all of Vacroaye, as many crops are dying due to the intense heat. Northern Vacroaye, who has not fully recovered after the Avarice War, has seen a large amount of people fleeing to Southern Vacroaye and other countries despite the massive borders around North Vacroaye. Heat strokes have become more common than ever, with an estimated 637 more people dying of heat strokes this year. Emir's Jala and Jamar have asked Razonica and Futrellia for aid.

At the beginning of the new year, Empress Faenia has tripled food and water being sent to both North and South Vacroaye. Some are shocked by the Empress' decision to help Sultan Hakim but Empress Faenia quickly defended herself by saying she is caring for the people of Vacraoye, not just Sultan Hakim. This increase comes as a sign of goodwill to the world in the new year. Luckily, Razonican troops stationed in Vacroaye were able to assist in the fair distribution of this help.

One scientist, Doctor Eleai Achilon, has suggested an expensive, but probable idea. In order to get crops in Vacroaye to succeed she has suggested revamping the agricultural irrigation canals of the desert nation. She says that the flow of rivers could be changed by damping it up, digging a new path, and releasing the water in that direction. While it would be costly, it has the chance to make many jobs and to cause an economic boom in North and South Vacroaye. Doctor Achilon has asked Emir Jala and Sultan Hakim for permission to build. She asks Razonica to pay for half and North and South Vacraoye to half the other half.

"And welcome back! First up, the Wa"Bunga has decided to follow Razonica's lead and allocated 50 million Grokoan Gids to relief efforts in the Vacroayes. North and South Vacroaye have experienced massive crop failures. Across the North and South, grocers and food markets have closed, unable to stock their shelves. The resulting famine has triggered a refugee crisis as thousands leave North Vacroaye, where the food shortages are particularly acute, in search of a more stable living environment. We have unconfirmed reports that several hundred North Vacroaye citizens alone have applied for asylum in Groko.

In response to the ongoing crisis, the Wa'Bunga has authorized the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Finance to organize a relief effort. Due to concerns about corruption and potential misuse of the aid package by the North or South Vacroayen governments, the Wa'Bunga has ordered that all aid be coordinated through Futurellian, Razonican, or Grokoan NGOs. The aid package approved by the Wa'Bunga is just the first of several aid efforts being organized in Groko. Citizens for Vacroaye, a non-for-profit that has been around for over a decade, has reportedly fundraised a further three million Grokoan Gid from private and corporate donations.

It is a city known throughout Elvarya for its high tech infrastructure and is home to several of the largest technology companies in the world. Well today, Speaker Tafari has announced plans to cement Aanjuk's future as a technology hub. The project, which initial estimates project could cost a quarter of a billion Grokoan Gid in its first year alone, will provide affordable 1-gigabit Internet service in Aanjuk by mid-2017, and aims to standardize the wider national network to provide national speeds of up to 5 gigabits by 2022. Connection speeds are already among the best in Elvarya, but its projected that the new investments would make Groko the undisputed global leader in Internet and broadband services.

Chancellor Julia Victorine has announced the construction of Mithmyr's newest military base Murlurk Point. The base placed in northern Mithmyr, will be able to hold up to around 180,000 personal and spans around 137,375 acres of land. Chancellor Victorine has also announced the construction of an aircraft carrier as well as several other naval ships. This will aid to Mithmyr's tiny navy, consisting of only eight naval ships none of which are submarines. The first Myran submarines and aircraft carrier will be complete around June.

Sultan Ayyam to be Removed From Office?

The Royal Council of Northern Vacroaye have proposed a new order that will allow the Royal Council to remove the Sultan from office if necessary. The Sultan of Vacroaye, being the head of the state has almost absolute power over everything. However before Sultan Ayyam was crowned Sultan, the Royal Council proposed a new law that prevented the Sultan from issuing new orders without approval from the Royal Council. During this time Sultan Hakim was near his time of passing, so the law was enacted. As a result, little change came when Sultan Ayyam became Sultan, as almost any laws he attempted to propose were shot down by the Royal Council however any laws created by the Royal Council were vetoed by Sultan Ayyam. However, just yesterday Emir Urar has proposed a new law allowing the Royal Council to remove the Sultan if necessary. Ever since the beginning of Vacroaye, the Sultan was always the Sultan until his death. No one could remove him but himself if he were to resign.

Giving one man complete control over a nation is quite absurd when you think of it. While our ancestors may have thought otherwise we have to remember they lived in quite different times we live in now. If the Sultan and the Royal Council disagreed with each other quite often, almost nothing would happen in Vacroaye. And you simply cannot have a nation run by men who cannot run it because their too busy arguing. This law will allow the removal of the Sultan if necessary, and proposes that the Royal Council can overrule the Sultan's veto if the entire council votes against him. I propose that this law will be implemented into the Vacroayean constitution and if any disagreement are to be had with Sultan Ayyam I will ignore them.

Uran Oil Rig Explosion in Pyik Sea

On the southern coast of Vacroaye in the Pyik Sea an oil rig under the ownership of Uran Energy, had a massive explosion on deck, spilling over 180 millions gallons of crude oil into the Pyik Sea. The cause of the explosion is undetermined so far however the damage caused by the oil spill is quite catastrophic. Over a hundred workers were killed by the explosion and oil from the spill has alredy washed up on beaches in Vacroaye. Overtime the oil may even reach the shores of Adriveux, and the cost for the cleanup is enormous. However due to poor regulation on oil companies by Vacroaye the cleanup will not arrive soon and perhaps not at all. Uran Energy has made no comment on the spill, but many environmentalists have criticized Vacroaye over their flimsy regulations.

Aid Sent to Pyik Sea

After the tragic oil spill in Vacroaye, Empress Faenia ordered the deployment of the Imperial Coast Guard and civil Environmental Core to assist with the clean up of the Pyik Sea. In addition, they have also brought food and water to give to the local communities. This, however, will not fix the problem. For months, fish and other sea foods will become inedible and severely harm local fishermen and those who depended on the sea as their source of food.

A proposal has been made by the Imperial Environment Minister Hermi Telmus for stricter regulation of drilling and fracking. As said by the Minster "We only have one Elvarya. We cannot dare to pollute it. Unrestricted business not only harms our planet but puts the public at risk of unhealthy pathogens and toxics. Business must be made accountable for the lives they crush with their ignorance." This strong condemnation of business has made quite an uproar in Razonica, causing many ministers to take sides. For the time being, the Empress will remain neutral on the issue.

Federal Congress approves of Clean-up crews to the Pyik Sea

After a short vote by the combined Federal Congress, approval was given to begin assistance with the Uran Energy Oil Spill, which has already polluted hundreds of miles of ocean. The incident, while occurring in Vacroayean territorial waters, is a worldwide issue, as pressed by Secretary of Energy, Diane Coulters, and Altora-Higgs Petrol Corporation CEO, Danna Kascrow.

"The world's ecosystem is dying. If we cannot control our waste, and our companies, and our own resources, we won't have any left to use. We only have one Elvarya, and it needs us." - Secretary Coulters.

With a majority vote of 207-12, the Federal Congress has approved for Federal Navy ships, equipped with support equipment, capable of catching the expanding oil, and Altora-Higgs Petrol's Chemical Containment Division to dispatch to near Adriveuan territorial waters to ensure the spill is contained.

While the Federal Government has voted to begin operations, President Underwood has called for a united effort to contain the spill.

"I am calling for all nations to assist in cleaning up this spill. Whether they are EAC, CU, or unaffiliated, it doesn't matter. We only get one home, Elvarya. This spill affects not just one country, or two countries, or three countries, but all of them. If this spill is not contained, we will begin to see negative effects on our planet, and by that time, it will be too late to save it." - President Underwood.

A new Federal unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) has been unveiled at the Army 2016 military technical forum and has since been gaining numbers. Designated as an unmanned combat ground vehicle (UCGV), the Tano-5 will be the first completely unmanned ground vehicle owned by the Federal Army, and the first all-around combat support model in the Tano series.

"The fully modular combat UCGV is based on the BMP-3, as this IFV features a reliable and easy-to-maintain chassis. However, it can be integrated with other types of armoured combat vehicles with a combat weight of 7-15 tonnes, for instance, modified BMP-1 and BMP-2 IFVs, heavy trucks, or APCs," an industry source told IHS Jane's . He added that Tano-5 is intended for fire support and combat reconnaissance on the battlefield.

The vehicle is equipped with an advanced remote-control sensor package device that includes electo-optic suite, an automatic target tracking device, a laser rangefinder, a thermal imager, and a ballistic computer.

Tano-5 is armed with a stabilised 30 mm Guardian 2A72 automatic cannon, a coaxial 7.62 mm machine gun, and six ready-to-launch A8MM6 Hornet-C (AT-14 Pathfinder) anti-tank guided missiles. Tano-5 can deploy with mini UAVs and two smaller UGSV to support its operation.

"The 2A72 main gun of the Tano-5 robotic system can be replaced by single or twin-barrel 23 mm 2A14 anti-aircraft cannon, 12.7 mm NSVT or Kord heavy machine guns, or a 30 mm GSh-6-30K six-barrel naval automatic cannon. The vehicle can use surface-to-air missiles of Igla [SA-18 Kross] or 9K333 Verba man-portable air defence systems, as well as Shmel-M reactive flamethrowers. We can also integrate foreign artillery systems with the Tano vehicle," the source said.

According to official data, Tano has a combat weight of 14.7 tonnes, a payload capacity of 4 tonnes, an operating range of 600 km, a maximum road speed of 60 km/h, a swimming speed of 10 km/h, and can be remote controlled to a distance of 20 km. The vehicle's combat module weighs 1,450 kg.

Queen Westbrook missing?

Los Maria, Nova Zealand- The citizens of Los Maria and that of the Royal Empire has just received shocking news, it seems that Queen Elaine Westbrook has gone missing either on the mainland or the Commonwealth of Ibis Island. According to inside sources near the Royal Family it would seem, that Queen Westbrook was attending to her annual tour around the Royal Empire and just disappeared. It is unknown how long she has been missing from the public eye, before family members reported her missing to the authorities. The Royal Armed Forces of Nova Zealand along with local police forces from all around, the Royal Empire has been mobilized to try and find the missing Queen. Preparations are now under way to crown Princess Stephanie Casey Westbrook, as the new Queen of the Royal Empire but citizens continue hoping to one day see their former Queen return to them.

The Zelandian Government has also reached out to it's allies in the Elvaryan Allied Coalition, and the international community to help their efforts in locating Queen Elaine Westbrook and safely return her home to family and friends. A spokeswoman for the Royal family has just announced that it's, is offering a three million dollar reward to anybody with information leading to the Queen. Senate and House of Fulltrúi Voted to give Chancellor Extreme Power

Yesterday, Both the Senate and the House of Fulltrúi voted to give the Chancellor the ability to pass laws without the approval of the Legislative branch. This law was put through by Chancellor Victorine under the circumstances that the currently divided Legislative branch has been "uncooperative" with her.

Politics since my election have been heated, resulting in most congressmen not in the Nationalist party has almost always rejected any laws attempted to be passed by me or any other congressmen in the nationalist party. With this new law, I, and any other Chancellor after me will be able to perform their duties as Chancellor and uphold the promises I gave to Mithmyr. - Chancellor Victorine

The law however was passed with an overwhelmingly majority even having congressmen previously against Chancellor Victorine voted in favor of passing the law. Other congressmen however, have declared this law corrupt and outright insane.

The reason for the legislative branch is to provide an equal balance between the power of the Chancellor and the power of Congress. Without this barrier the Chancellor can easily become a dictator with no one stopping them. And considering Victorine's history as Chancellor, this will no doubt result in a catastrophe for Mithmyr. Protests have already begun prior to the voting of the law. As of now several riots have occurred within Mythshade, Khudan, Rivacheg, and Curin. The riots have resulted in over 29 deaths so over and do not appear to be near an end.

Vacroaye Reformed with Ayyam's Removal

Today the formerly divided countries of the Sultanate of Vacroaye and the Republic of Vacroaye have agreed to reform and once again become the Sultanate of Vacroaye with the agreement that Sultan Ayyam will be removed from office. Former leaders of the Vacroayean Republic, Emir Jala and Emir Jamar agreed to these conditions along with the added fact that Emir Jamar and Emir Jala would be Emir's in the Vacroayean Royal Council.

Emir Jamar's request was granted but Emir Jala's request was denied. The new sultanate would also agree to the end of slavery and the to end the persecution of non-Pandurns. The Royal Council will now begin to vote an Emir to replace the place of Sultan Ayyam. The Royal Council has also asked for Razonica to leave Vacroaye, as it's occupation has lasted longer than wanted, and has only caused unrest within Vacroaye.

The morning of April 27, 2017 started out as a peaceful one for the city of Boligrad, however this peaceful morning was not to last. At approximately 10:18 Monarchist Forces loyal to the old regime detonated a car bomb in the Razonican Peoples Museum, commissioned by Premier Kuznetsov at the request of Turína of the Razman. All artifacts and civilians in the building have been irrecoverably lost in the explosion. Eye witnesses to the terrorist attack say the car drove through one of the windows with gasoline leaking out of the vehicle. Martial law in the city has been implemented and has yet to be lifted as Military Police investigate the scene. The Premier has yet to comment on the attack.

Czargrad, Renova: Today the citizens of the Revolutionary People's State received wonderful news, from Foreign Minister Kun Young-Chul that the Renovan Government supports the Sultanate of Vacroaye in it's plea for a Razonican withdrawal. According to inside news sources the Central Committee of the National Liberation Front, voted overwhelmingly in supporting the Vacroayeans's drive to force Razonica to pull it's forces out of the country. Rumors are flying all over the country that the Renovan People's Liberation Armed Forces, would be called in to help Vacroaye force them out but its yet to be confirmed by either the RPLAF High Command or the Foreign Affairs Department. Minister Young-Chul however did not deny the rumors of armed intervention, when he issued a surprise press release this morning.

"Our government stands firm with Vacroaye in it's call for a withdrawal, of all Razonican forces stationed inside the country since the end of the Avarice War. The war has been over for a while now and yet Razonican troops still occupy Vacroaye, which leaves Elavarya wondering what their ultimate goal truly is for the country. I have discussed the crisis with other leaders of the Central Committee, and we all have decided to declare our upmost support to Vacroaye. Rumors have circlated that the Renovan People's Liberation Armed Forces, would be called in to force them out but I can safely say that is our last resort. Razonica is the founder of the democratic Elvaryan Allied Coalition, along side the Futrellian Federal Republic a well known friend to the Revolutionary People's State. We do not wish to be the ones who start a another global war, and besides what would we gain from making an enemy out of the EAC."

The foreign minister's press release is met with a mix reaction, throughout the Revolutionary People's State with some people believing a more radical approach is needed in dealing with the Razonican Empire. Others however believe that Foreign Minister Young-Chul is right about the idea, with Renova gaining nothing out of making more EAC enemies. General Ryo Ah-Joong commanding officer of the Renovan People's Liberation Army's Eastern Corps tweeted out moments ago, that she supported Foreign Minister Young-Chul's view on the matter of Vacroaye and her hopes of a peaceful arrangement.

The Empire Will Not Leave Vacroaye

Despite the fact that the Vacroayen people have decided to peacefully rejoin, the Empress has refused to pull Razonican forces out of the country. She argues that the rejection of Emir Jala has greatly troubled her. In fact, Empress Faenia points to this event as evidance that large amounts of sexism still exist in Vacrayoe. Although she has agreed to lessen the number of occupying troops from 90,000 to 30,000 by 2019 she says that a full withdrawal is impossible at this time. Empress Faenia released a statement on this matter. Below is an a portion of her full speech (link to full video down below)

"Some people believe that not removing Razonican troops from Vacroaye is a hostile action. I assure the people of Vacroaye and Elvaraya that this simply isn't the case. I am not withdrawing my troops because I fear for the safety of not only my own people but also the people of Vacroaye. I am also highly offended that the government of Renova has threatened to go to war on my nation in order to remove my troops. I have done nothing criminal, in fact, my soldiers have helped in the rebuilding process and have ensured the safety of countless women from sexual slavery. Vacroaye has done well but still has a long way to go before it is up to speed with the proper human rights requirements in the Elvaryan Allied Coalition.

My intentions are completely for the betterment of mankind. I have been quite merciful after this war. I did not demand too many reparations from Mithmyr and have sent millions into Vacroaye. It was my right as victor to take the entire nation. Did I? No, I let them make a republic. When I am still displeased with former Sultan Ayyam, I think that he has done a great good by stepping down. Both Razonica and Vacroaye have shown they can peacefully get their agenda of an Enlightened Vacroaye done. I ask Renova to stop its pointless war threats. I do not respond kindly to threats. If they want to help, instead of holding a knife to my throat, why not send money to rebuild Vacroaye, teachers to educate their youth? The faster this process goes, the faster Razonica can leave Vacroaye. I want only peace and ask other nations to help the empire rather than live in fear of it. Razonica hasn't taken a new province for over thirty-five years and the last province that joined the empire joined of its own accord. Expanding the empire is not the goal, I wish only to see a restored Vacroaye. If Renova really fears my motives that much, they are welcome to send their own troops to assist in peacekeeping in Vacroaye.

Razman Forces to Hunt Down Nerodanus Terrorists

Following the bloody attack on the Neodian Razonican Peoples Musem, Queen Turína of the province of Razmalin has declared war against the Monarchist Forces. The Queen has asked the Nerodian government for permission to send about one hundred warriors to track down and eliminate the terrorists. She has added that the warriors can be of mostly Nerodian origin if the government wishes. Queen Turína says that the relics lost are a tragic lost because many were loans or on their way back to their homeland. In fact, many were scripts unread by Razmas for hundreds of years. That knowledge is now gone forever. Erosion of the Razma way of life has increased by an measurable amount. The Queen, however, said the worse violation is the murder of civilians. She was quoted as saying "Cowards who have killed unarmed people do not deserve to die warrior's deaths. Indeed, they will not be given one."

The Empress is concerned that these terrorists may have gotten into the empire already. It seems that they are after Razonicans, specifically, the Razmas. She believes their leader might be a rejected Razma candidate or a dishonored sister. She assures the public that security forces will increase and domestic searches for terror elements will commence soon.

NEW DISEASE SPREADS IN SOUTHERN GERMERIA

Panic grips the Duchy of Baiern as news of a new deadly strain of rabies spreads from the port city of Walden to the surrounding cities and countryside. The Mayor of Augsburg and the Duke of Wittensbach have risen to the admirable task of containing the disease as the GAC setup military checkpoints in the region.

The Imperial Medical Corps have set up quarantine zones inside Walden and are studying the disease, which like other strains of Rabies causes increased aggression and mania in its victims. The Duke of Baiern, Maximillian von Baiern, was last seen in Walden two days before the outbreak started, and the Imperial Surveillance Bureau has publicy stated that the outbreak was an organized attack, orchestrated by the Aldes based terrorist group L'épée d'or. L'épée d'or wants to establish an independent country for the Franurkian people, roughly encompassing southwestern Razonica and northeastern Vacroaye.

Duke Maximillian was an ardent opponent against the creation of the state, favoring instead a joint state between the Franurkian and Yazishid peoples, who have been historical enemies. The ISB believes that the attack was in retaliation to this idea. Emperor von Aelstun gave a brief comment on the situation, stating that "[as]Emperor, I must uphold my duty as protector of the Germerian states. Counter-terrorist operations will be used against L'épée d'or until they stop their attacks and go to the negotiation tables for their state or until they've been forcibly disbanded by military action. Any international assistance or aid will be welcomed."

Today at 12:55 Skylar Medneev the Foreign Secretary gave a speech outlining a promise to aid to Germeria, with Neroian Doctors and medical supplies being readied for flight to southern Germeria later today. The exact details were left unknown as She also pledged support to Vacroaye in their plan of reunification.

"It is in the best interest of international stability that we do not have one people be split between two Nations, for they can become the catalyst to either a proxy or international war."

With Government support to Vacroaye and physical support being sent to Germeria, Neroian Armed Forces take on local Terrorists still loyal to the old Monarchs. Current intelligence has the group being lead by the former General Dimitry Grigor, which would explain the bombing of a museum of a foreign culture, considering the former General is highly Nationalist and rejects foreign cultures.

"We will commit the Neroian 8th Armored Batallion and the 51st Infantry Division to locating and taking out these Terrorists currently known to be hiding out in the south eastern mountains. Currently the 3rd Airborne is refitting for deployment alongside this group."

Following the announcement it was declared that Nerodanus would reject allowing any Razonican or Razma forces into Nerodanus, or any forces from any Nations to be allowed into Nerodanus as this is a "matter of Neroian legitimacy. These remnants of the Monarchist Army are continuing the Civil War in their own way, and as such we will respond accordingly."

TYDERIUS - As tensions between Razonica, Renova, and the newly reformed Sultanate of Vacroaye continue to rise, the President has announced in a State of the Republic address that he will support and defend Razonica in the face of Renovan threats of violence against occupying Razonican troops.

The President has detailed that the Razonican troops are there "Not to hurt, but to help" Vacroaye rebuild and that the "Reformation of the Sultanate could not have been accomplished without Razonican supplies, funds, and strength". In his SOTR announcement, he has also said that he "regrets that the Revolutionary People's State has suggested such an extreme solution that would most certainly be the beginnings of a second global war."

"We all want Razonican troops out of the country. The Elvaryan Allied Coalition wants a unified and independent Vacroaye, but at this point in time, the reformation of the Sultanate is simply a victory in a long war for Vacroaye standing back up on it's feet. I can attest that the Razonican troops there are merely to protect Vacroaye, not to hurt, harm, or feed off of them. I've spoken with the Empress on several occasions about removing Razonican troops and i can tell you as truthfully as possible that Vacroaye is not ready to stand on it's own. I've already contacted the Empress after the Renovans posted their article and she's of one mind with me. She wants to meet with Vacroayean and Renovan leadership about figuring out how to make this work. And i can assure you that the EAC will follow me in this decision."
