┌Supreme Council of the Union of Sovereign States┐
The Supreme Council of the Union of Sovereign States, or in short SCUSS is the main legislative body of the Sovereign Union/Union of Sovereign States (USS). The SCUSS is located in Lvikyiv - Novokraina. The SCUSS and CGUSS were founded alongsid the treaty on the creation of the USS.
Step 1 When one state wishes to bring up an issue for voting, one of the representitives must expose the issue and give a small explanation about why taking a stance on said issue is important. This stances will always be in favour or against.
Step 2 Once the issue has been exposed, the members of the Supreme Council will vote individually about whether they are in favour or against the proposal of the councilman/councilwoman.
Step 3 The voting results will appear on a screen, in which then the Chairman of the SCUSS will announce the result.

A member of the Eredian delegates from the SCUSS stands up:
"Mr. President, it has come to the attention of this parliament, that our state is partially envolved with another alliance, which potentially limits the ability of the USS to have a unitary foreign policy, which is guaranteed in the "Treaty of Creation of the Union of Sovereign States" in Section 1 Paragraph I. Hence why I motion to put to the vote of the CGUSS to remove this bonding in the other alliance by cutting the ties with said alliance. Furthermore I´d like a law to be passed that explicitly prohibits the joining into foreign alliances by member states, this law should only be voted upon in the SCUSS should the CGUSS vote turn out in favor of my proposal."

I propose that any action against the uss treaty as well as any other action against the uss will be punishable by exclusion from the union as well as diplomatic and financial boycott!" the spokesman slams his fist on the table. "some may say it's too radical, but no punishment should be eased in favour of traitors. I rest my case" the spokesman sat down.

Law has been enchanted
#1- Every state of the USS must not be allied with an external organization and/or other nations (Including, but not limited to the Iron Will Alliance) out of the USS. As stated in the "Treaty of Creation of the Union of Sovereign States" in Section 1 Paragraph I: "the representation of the Union in international relations;".
#Footer- Any state of the USS that will brake any of the above mentioned laws will face harsh economic and diplomatic sanctions and will face immidiate exclusion from the Sovereign Union.

"Good afternoon dear delegates, on behalf of the Novokrainian delegate, I propose the creation of an all-union currency! The reason is to promote trade and economic ties within the union. The second reason, which I personally see as more important, is the roar to the complete unify the USS as one body, bringing peace and prosperity to the world, both politically and economically. The one problem is - the name of our new currency. We need a name proposals, so for the next day we will collect your name proposals and then the CGUSS will vote on the best proposal. The winner name will be announced two days from now. We have already proposed the name "Sover" for the currency, taken from the title Union "Sovereign States". Thank you all for being a part of this important and historical event".
