Sierra Moon

With stabilization brought back to the region (due to Putins in activity) Efforts where put back into the building and upgrading of structures around sierra moon. Numerous Stores had opened around the burgeoning town selling all sorts of goods mainly local produce. Due to the Metal and Ore Resources found the first mining companies have moved into the area, eager to get there hands on the precious metals for 50/50 split with the provisional government the Company "Wilton Metal Products" has bought land both in Sierra moon (for a regional HQ) and has the rights to develop the Metal Mining in the area the way they see fit. it has Started upgrading the small metal Mines and hiring locals to work in them. it is projected the trade from the metal mines will bring the Province $39,000 Axon dollars a month with in the first fiscal year.

With in sierra moon its self 2 of the 3 Tower Flat Blocks had been completed just in time as another wave of Colonists arrived. taking up residence in the new tower blocks. With the ever growing populace the first tarmac based roads are being laid with a major motorway class road being made to the native capital in the region.

The Port has also been given the go ahead with enough materials to begin the first stage of the Port Project.

[Shelton and Mason]

The pair of small boats pulled up on shore, each of the inflatables carrying 10 Royal Marines. First out were a pair of young Lieutenants, Lt Brad Ferrol and Lt William Vernor. Vernor quickly made his way up the beach, cutting a long thin limb off a tree with his belt knife. Shrugging his pack off, he reached inside and pulled out a flag. Attaching it to the limb, he made his way back down the beach and rejoined the rest of the marines.

"I hereby claim this land in the name of His Majesty King Stephen the Third and the Harberian Empire!" Planting the 'pole' firmly in the sand as he said it. Ferrol just looked at him, moving over to where Vernor was standing.

"You know that hasn't been considered a legitimate means of claiming land since about, oh, well, that would be the 18th century. Right?" Ferrol said quietly, "What the devil are you playing at, anyhow?"

"I always saw pics when I was a lad with the famous explorers doing that. Thought I'd give it a go, just once. Want to take a picture so I can send it to my mum and dad?" Vernor replied, half smiling as he said it. Ferrol couldn't help but laugh. "C'mon Brad, just one pic?"

Ferrol tried to stop laughing as he spoke, "Alright, Will. One picture. Lets make it a proper one though, eh?" Turning to the rest of the marines who were securing the boats on shore and setting up a perimeter, "Sgt Cokens, get the men gather'd round. We're going to take picture for Lt Ferrols folks, a proper 'claim' picture. I know you remember seeing them in school, eh?"

So, for the first time in probably 150 years, the Royal Marines, in full battle gear, were involved in a 'colony claim'. Once the picture was taken, they then proceeded to divide into 3 teams, Lt Ferrol took 5 enlisted and went west down the beach, while Lt Vernor took 5 more and started inland. Sgt Cokens took a further 5 marines and headed east down the beach and Lance Corporal Hydens and Private Doorn stayed with the boats.

Over the next several days, marines from all 4 ships had made trips to all parts of both islands, both by boat and by helicopter. When the ‘copter pilots weren’t busy playing ferryman, they photographed them both from the air. By the end of the week, reasonable maps had been drawn up.

Discoveries such as this can rarely be kept quiet, and within days of the announcement being made several corporations and private groups began applying for colonial charters. The islands, having been claimed as Crown Lands, were the property of the government, and the Home Ministry’s Colonial Administration Bureau took charge. Unlike in previous centuries, there wouldn’t be one private charter, but individuals and corporations could claim lands through the CAB. The new Crown Colony, named “Shelton and Mason” after the names given to the pair of islands, began to be populated slowly but surely as prospective colonists arrived, determined to make a new life for themselves.

First order of business was to build a port facility and an airfield, something the Corps of Engineers was eminently suited for. Within a month, temporary airfields had been established on both islands, allowing cargo aircraft to bring in supplies and people, as well as a small port facility, not much more than a beachhead really, but sufficient for merchant vessels to unload their cargo of equipment and supplies. A small town was established at the port area, which was named “Vernor” after the young Lieutenant whose picture “claiming” the islands for the Crown had been in all the newspapers.

(As this is the name and NS nation of the new colony, I'll be posting here under this name instead of Grays Harbor, unless it is something which specifically concerns GH. More narrative to follow)

The People of Kreatora Live Peacefully for the time being the Natives where slowly but surely being indoctrinated into Axon society being put to work in mining and building jobs. Things had came along way 1000 more colonists had arrived and the roads (for now) had been completed. due to the readily made metal and newly found clay materials houses where being made out of sturdier stuff such as bricks and metal. giving the colony its very first industrialised look. due the decreased need for wood many people thought the lumber camp would be closed how ever a call for carpenters was made to the rest of the world inviting them to come and set up shop. and use the enormous amounts of wood in the tropicle forests to to there disaggregation. houses nowadays took on 2 stories or more with the Provisional council building now having 5. it had expanded and taken possession of 5 houses around it making sure the colonists had a place to stay while another place was built for them the hoses it acquired where knocked down and a fence put up this area was to be the Gardens around the provisional Council building.

The Tower Flat Blocks had been completed with another 3 more in development.

The Shaft metal mines where fully complete with a new profit of $45,000 more than the expected Income when the first started. the economy of the Island was fast growing with the abundance of materials available to them. The Port was still under way how ever with 3 of the 5 Temporary landing pads complete. the next stage would be the build up of sea defences on the coast.

Minister President Karl Blue has given Admiral Frank Schmidt orders to surround the Ganician colony "Saturo Island".
Sunsaderian Warships were sent to Saturo Island at 15.00 , March 18.
Rumors say that Führer Boris Pochenko, ordered Karl Blue to take this action, but nobody knows the truth.
The reason for this hostile action is believed to be Karl Blue's hunger for money and natural recources.

Both the colonists and the natives of Isabella Boricov Island are afraid that tensions will rise between Sunsader and Ganicia.

The colony on Kreatora was perhaps the most successful colony now holding enough People to to be classed as a Protectorate of the Arch Islands Kreatora is now Celebrating there Rise in status and the benefits it will bring. Already the industry is booming in Kreatora Arms manufacturing Metal Mining and Gem deposits as well as other "Goods" industries are growing incredibly fast.
The Kreatoran Colony now has its own Army of 30,000 strong and an Air force. both heavily subsidised by the Arch Islands Military they are armed with the Latest weaponry available with in the Arch Islands area of influence.

"COME ON MOVE IT GET UR KIT TOGETHER AND IN THAT PLAIN!"

Major Green was a Driller a man brought up to love military discipline. then again he had reason to discipline had kept him alive all these years. HE smiled pulling the cigar from his lips as he watched the young men of Kreatoras own 1st Airborne division, march into the Hercules Planes.

"COME ON MOVE IT" Green smirked picking up his own pack and slinging it over his shoulder. He was going to Ganica Also With his Pack Slung over his left shoulder his SCAR-32 Held in his right hand he boarded the Hercules and sat in his seat. turning to his left he saw a private literally shaking in fear he was pale and muttering utter gibberish.

Green took hold of the private and Smacked him in the face brining the boy back to reality. "Suck it up boy ill keep you alive dont worry about it."

Green smiled at the lad and then sat back in his seat strapping him self in he looked out the Cargo bay door to see the sunset its warm carribian glow warming his face for the last time today. he turned to his men

"TAKE THE SUN IN BOYS SAVOUR IT YOUR NOT GUNNA HAVE ANOTHER CHANCE FOR SOME TIME!" he chuckled to him self finishing his Cigar and flung it out the closing cargo bay door.

Paratrooper drop first stage of invasion of Gancian island.


Green Slung on his parachute making sure he was strapped in correctly before he went to help other who where struggling. the Hum of the 4 Turboprop engines filling the Cargo bay. Green spotted the same private he talked to earlier trying to put on his parachute and failing rather miserably.

"come here you fucker this goes here and your arm goes through there." he smiled as he strapped the young soldier in. "told you id keep you alive." Green smirked as he saw the Light turn from Green to Orange.

"STACK EM UP JUMP IN 5 MINUTES!"

The 1st Airborne Lined up Green at the front he looked out the Cargo bay door to see the lights of towns below. The Muffled voice of the pilot came over the intercom.

"2 Minutes till drop good hunting"

Major Green smiled as they waited eventually the light turned green.

"GO GO GO"

The Paratroopers Started to pile out of the Hercules Major Green Pushing each one out so they had no chance to falter and get tangled with the next guy. Eventually They where all out and Green Jumped to. As he exited the Cold Night air ripped at his face he turned back down to see the lights of 12 Hercules's above him with Soldiers still pouring out of them. as the time he was coutning in his head. 3 thousands 2 thousands 1 thousands, Pull!

he turned onto his Front again and pulled his chute his Parachute Ejecting as it should have his body being ripped upwards as the Air resistance drastically slowed him down. he took the time to check if he had everything. rifle...check...ammo...check...rest of kit... check.

Admiral Arlington was on deck, watching as the Gancian shore drew closer in the distance...
"The Scinfaxi sends word" An officer said
"Good, prepare main cannons, send word to the battleships for long range bombardment"

20 minutes later...

The Battleships aimed their massive long-range cannons and the Remore did the same, adding their railguns to the count.
In the distance, the Submarine Fleet submerged, yet the Scinfaxi didn't...not yet. The 'elite' submarines opened their cruise missile hatches and launched their share of missiles to the Ganician shore. The same operation was used at the recapture of the Jaharan Island, and the result was total destruction...hopefully, today would bear the same result.

While the shores and any military bases were being shelled, the Scinfaxi rose above sea level.
"I want the ICBMs ready 5 minutes ago, get on it!"

The hull of the massive submarine, roughly the size of 12 submarines combined, revealed an airstrip. Several squadrons of Nosferatu aircraft took off, followed by a batch of Unmanned Aircraft, armed with several Predator Missiles.

"We've brought hell to the Ganician Shore, let's make sure it stays!"
