After months of sailing, an exploration team has discovered a new land, named Ortharis. Settlers have arrived to lay claim to the bountiful land Ortharis provides. But, several dangers await, such as natives, who might not like these new nations coming to their land, foreign settlers who seek land of their own, and many other things.

The Settlers begin arriving, having just managed to avoid winter. They settled primarily on the islands surrounding the continent, as the islands were inhabited by less natives, and it was easier to send and receive ships from these island ports. The settlers began planting crops for food, and building settlements. These settlers seemed to prefer living in cities and larger settlements, as it was easier to get goods and services than in less urban areas.
